Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种加装水冷器的空调,它包括室外机组和室内机组,室外机组内的压缩机和冷凝器之间的管道上加装一水冷器,管道穿过水冷器,水冷器下部设有进水口,水冷器上部设有出水口,室内机组的排水管与水冷器的进水口连接,水冷器的出水口连接有出水管。本实用新型采用上述技术,在室外机组内压缩机和冷凝器之间的管道上加装一水冷器,因地制宜的利用了空调本身所产生的水回流到水冷器来帮助冷凝器散热,克服了主机散热不足的问题,本实用新型结构简单,制冷效果明显,且达到了节能减排的作用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种加装水冷器的空调。
背景技术
空调的品种很多,但其工作原理大同小异。一般空调都是空气冷却冷凝器结构,这种空调器可分为室内部分和室外部分,压缩冷凝机组在室外部分,蒸发机组在室内部分;当空调运行时,其压缩机和风机同时启动运转,蒸发器开始制冷,室内部分的离心风机将室内空气吸入搅拌,与蒸发器进行热交换,蒸发器吸收了空气的热量和水蒸气后,将冷的干燥空气送入室内,水蒸气凝结成水流到室外,蒸发器吸收的热量,由压缩机输送的制冷剂带到冷凝器中放热,由冷凝器室外侧轴流风机的鼓风,将冷凝器吸收的热量排放到室外周围环境中。在空调整个工作过程中有两个重要部件:蒸发器和冷凝器,冷凝器在工作时温度可达到80摄氏度以上,它主要靠轴流风机来吹风散热,这样散热效果就不是很理想,散热效果不佳,热量就会重新流到蒸发器内,就会影响到蒸发器的制冷效果;再者在空调工作过程中产生的冷水也白白浪费掉。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术的问题而提供一种结构简单,效果明显、且达到了节能环保为目的的一种加装水冷器的空调。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型设计的一种加装水冷器的空调,它包括室外机组和室内机组,室外机组内的压缩机和冷凝器之间的管道上加装一水冷器,管道穿过水冷器,水冷器下部设有进水口,水冷器上部设有出水口,室内机组的排水管与水冷器的进水口连接,水冷器的出水口连接有出水管。
因为蒸发器吸收了空气的热量和水蒸气后,将冷的干燥空气送入室内,水蒸气凝结成水流的量不是很大,为了达到更好的散热效果,水冷器的进水口还可连接有补水装置。
本实用新型采用上述技术,在室外机组内压缩机和冷凝器之间的管道上加装一水冷器,因地制宜的利用了空调本身所产生的水回流到水冷器来帮助冷凝器散热,克服了主机散热不足的问题,本实用新型结构简单,制冷效果明显,且达到了节能减排的作用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种加装水冷器的空调,它包括室外机组1和室内机组2,其特征在于:所述室外机组2内的压缩机3和冷凝器4之间的管道处加装一水冷器5,管道穿过水冷器5,水冷器5下部设有进水口7,水冷器5上部设有出水口8,室内机组2的排水管6与水冷器5的进水口7连接,水冷器5的出水口8连接有出水管。
因为蒸发器9吸收了空气的热量和水蒸气后,将冷的干燥空气送入室内,水蒸气凝结成水流的量不是很大,为了达到更好的散热效果,水冷器的进水口7还可连接有补水装置,这样相对应的水冷器相外也就排出了更多的热水,为了达到合理利用资源的目的,排出水冷器5的热水可以存储起来作为生活用水。
为了使室内机组内蒸发器9所产生的水能流到水冷器5内,在空调安装时,室内机组2应高于室外机组1。

1、一种加装水冷器的空调,它包括室外机组(1)和室内机组(2),其特征在于:所述室外机组(2)内的压缩机(3)和冷凝器(4)之间的管道上加装一水冷器(5),管道穿过水冷器(5),所述水冷器(5)下部设有进水口(7),水冷器(5)上部设有出水口(8),所述室内机组(2)的排水管(6)与水冷器(5)的进水口(7)连接,水冷器(5)的出水口(8)连接有出水管。
2、根据权利要求1所述的加装水冷器的空调,其特征在于:所述水冷器(5)的进水口(7)处还可连接有补水装置。
