背景技术
[2] 通讯设备与配件或其他设备互联需要依靠特定的接口连接, 比如对讲机, 其主 机与音频配件或充电设备之间需要依靠连接接口来连接, 该接口除了要满足音 频信号和数据传输之外, 对可靠性、 易用性和三防性能要求都特别高。 现有的 连接器多釆用单插针式, 如图 1所示, 或者双插针式, 如图 2所示, 这两种连接 方式方便易用, 但可靠性不好, 信号传输质量较差, 同吋不易做防水设计。 除 上述两种连接方式外, 还有一种触针连接, 参看图 3, 触针式连接需要锁紧螺钉 1锁紧配件端, 这种连接方式可靠性好, 同吋防水级别也比较高, 但目前的方案 在易用性方面存在缺陷, 连接器与主机之间靠一颗锁紧螺钉 1固定, 受该链接器 结构空间限制, 该锁紧螺钉 1旋钮端直径比较小, 扭紧或扭松都很不方便, 需要 借助外部工具, 比如硬币来扭动, 而且在使用过程中易割手。
发明内容
[3] 本发明要解决的技术问题在于, 针对现有技术的上述连接器与主机连接和拆卸 不方便的缺陷,提供一种连接方便可靠的连接器。
[4] 本发明解决其技术问题所釆用的技术方案是: 构造一种连接器, 包括连接器主 体、 连接器上壳、 锁紧部件、 以及安装在所述连接器主体内的连接组件, 其特 征在于, 所述锁紧部件包括锁紧旋钮以及设置在其上的锁紧螺栓, 所述连接组 件和连接器主体中部设置有与所述锁紧螺栓适配的通孔, 所述锁紧部件的锁紧 旋钮的直径大于连接器主体的宽度, 所述连接器上壳固定在连接器主体上并将 所述锁紧旋钮限制在连接器主体与连接器上壳之间。
[5] 在本发明所述的连接器中, 所述锁紧部件的锁紧旋钮和锁紧螺栓为一体式结构
[6] 在本发明所述的连接器中, 所述锁紧部件的锁紧螺栓一端镶嵌入所述旋紧旋钮 , 所述锁紧螺钉镶嵌入锁紧旋钮一端设置有用于使锁紧螺钉和锁紧旋钮保持同 步转动的削边, 所述锁紧旋钮上设置有和所述削边适配的孔位。
[7] 在本发明所述的连接器中, 所述连接组件包括内模、 PCB板和设置在 PCB板上 的触针, 所述内模与 PCB板成型为一体, 所述连接器主体上的设置有供触针穿出 的针孔。
[8] 在本发明所述的连接器中, 所述连接器主体与主机接触端设置有防水筋位, 所 述防水筋位材质为弹性材质, 所述防水筋位上设置有供触针穿出的针孔。
[9] 在本发明所述的连接器中, 所述连接器上壳上设置有连接器主体配合的卡扣结 构, 所述连接器主体上设置有与所述卡扣结构配合的扣位
[10] 在本发明所述的连接器中, 所述锁紧旋钮上设置有防滑条纹。
[11] 在本发明所述的连接器中, 所述连接器上壳上设置有定位凸起, 所述连接器主 体上设置有与所述定位凸起配合的定位孔。
[12] 在本发明所述的连接器中, 所述连接组件的内模与锁紧旋钮接触端设置有圆形 凸台, 所述锁紧旋钮上设置有与所述凸台适配的凹陷。
[13] 本发明的有益效果是, 本发明的连接器易用性好, 三防性能高, 操作简单, 不 需要借助外部工具即可完成与主机的连接和拆卸, 另外, 本发明的连接器结构 紧凑, 有良好的防水性能, 防水等级可以达到 IP67。

具体实施方式
[22] 如图 4、 图 5和图 6所示, 在本发明的连接器的优选实施例中, 包括连接器主体 4 0、 连接器上壳 10、 锁紧部件 20和连接组件 30, 锁紧部件 20包括锁紧旋钮 23以及 设置在其上的锁紧螺栓 21, 连接组件 30包括内模 31、 PCB板 32和设置在 PCB板 32 上的触针 33, 内模 31和 PCB板 32成型为一体; 连接组件 30镶嵌在连接器主体 40内 , 触针 33穿出设置在连接器主体上的针孔, 连接组件 30和连接器主体 40的中部 设置有与锁紧螺栓 21适配的通孔, 锁紧部件 20的锁紧螺栓 21穿出该通孔, 并可 在该通孔内转动, 锁紧旋钮 23紧挨内模 31, 锁紧部件 20的锁紧旋钮 23的直径大 于连接器主体 40的宽度, 连接器上壳体 10固定在连接器主体 40上并将锁紧部件 2 0的锁紧旋钮限制在连接器主体 40与连接器上壳体 10之间, 锁紧旋钮 23露出部位 适合手动拧动。
[23] 在本发明的连接器的优选实施中, 锁紧螺栓 21为金属的, 锁紧旋钮 23为工程塑 料的, 锁紧螺栓 21—端镶嵌入锁紧旋钮 23中, 为了防止锁紧螺栓 21相对锁紧旋 钮 23转动, 锁紧螺栓 21镶嵌入锁紧旋钮 23的一端设置有用于使两者保持同步转 动的削边 22, 锁紧旋钮 23上设置有与其相适配的位孔。

[25] 为了方便连接器上壳的安装, 在本发明的连接器的优选实施中, 连接器上壳 10 上设置有卡扣结构 11, 在连接器主体 40上设置有与卡扣结构 11适配的扣位 42; 为了确保定位准确,连接器上壳 10上还设置有定位凸起 12, 在连接器主体 40上设 置有与凸起 12配合的定位孔 41。
[26] 为了方便旋转旋紧旋钮 23, 在旋紧旋钮 23上设置有防滑条纹 24, 防止在旋转旋 紧旋钮 23的吋候出现打滑的现象, 增加连接器的易用性。
[27] 在本发明的优选实施例中, 连接组件 30的内模 31与旋紧旋钮接触端设置有圆形 凸台 34, 旋紧旋钮 23上设置有与凸台 34相适配的凹陷 25。
[28] 本发明的另一实施例中, 旋紧部件的锁紧旋钮 23和锁紧螺栓 21为一体式结构, 参看图 8, 可以釆用工程塑料或金属一体成型制成, 其他结构与优选实施例相同
, 不再赞述。 [29] 如图 7所示, 本发明的连接器与主机连接吋, 转动锁紧旋钮 23, 从而带动锁紧 螺栓 21转动, 旋入主机配合锁紧孔位, 实现连接器与主机的锁紧配合, 同吋触 针 33与主机上的触点接触, 实现连接器与主机的连接。 由于在连接器主体与主 机接口接触处设置有防水筋位, 提高了连接器的三防性能。 卸载连接器吋只需 要反方向转动锁紧旋钮即可。 由于锁紧旋钮的直径较大, 而且其上设置有防滑 条纹, 直接用手就可以方便的实现连接器与主机的连接和拆卸。
[30] 上面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行了描述, 但是本发明并不局限于上述 的具体实施方式, 上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的, 而不是限制性的, 本 领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下, 在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保 护的范围情况下, 还可做出很多形式, 这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

1、 一种连接器, 包括连接器主体、 连接器上壳、 锁紧部件、 以及安装在所 述连接器主体内的连接组件, 其特征在于, 所述锁紧部件包括锁紧旋钮以 及设置在其上的锁紧螺栓, 所述连接组件和连接器主体中部设置有与所述 锁紧螺栓适配的通孔, 所述锁紧部件的锁紧旋钮的直径大于连接器主体的 宽度, 所述连接器上壳固定在连接器主体上并将所述锁紧旋钮限制在连接 器主体与连接器上壳之间。

根据权利要求 1所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述锁紧部件的锁紧旋钮和锁 紧螺栓为一体式结构。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述锁紧部件的锁紧螺栓 一端镶嵌入所述旋紧旋钮, 所述锁紧螺钉镶嵌入锁紧旋钮一端设置有用于 使锁紧螺钉和锁紧旋钮保持同步转动的削边, 所述锁紧旋钮上设置有和所 述削边适配的孔位。

根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述连接组件包括 内模、 PCB板和设置在 PCB板上的触针, 所述内模与 PCB板成型为一体, 所述连接器主体上的设置有供触针穿出的针孔。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述连接器主体与主机接 触端设置有防水筋位, 所述防水筋位材质为弹性材质, 所述防水筋位上设 置有供触针穿出的针孔。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述连接器上壳上设置有 连接器主体配合的卡扣结构, 所述连接器主体上设置有与所述卡扣结构配 合的扣位。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述锁紧旋钮上设置有防 滑条纹。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述连接器上壳上设置有 定位凸起, 所述连接器主体上设置有与所述定位凸起配合的定位孔。
9、 根据权利要求 5所述的连接器, 其特征在于, 所述连接组件的内模与锁 紧旋钮接触端设置有圆形凸台, 所述锁紧旋钮上设置有与所述凸台适配的 凹陷。
