- radio resources used by the base station for communication with the mobile station are determined in advance.
- the home base station it is considered that the home base station autonomously selects a radio resource.
- the radio resource is, for example, a frequency channel in an FDMA (Frequency Division Multiple Access) system and a spread code in a CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) system.
- FDMA Frequency Division Multiple Access
- CDMA Code Division Multiple Access
- W-CDMA Wideband-CDMA
- the radio resource is a frequency channel and a scrambling code.
- the radio resource is a physical resource block.
- a physical resource block is a basic unit of radio resources used for downlink data transmission from a base station to a mobile station, includes a plurality of OFDM subcarriers in the frequency domain, and includes at least one symbol time in the time domain.
- a home base station receives a permission list including a plurality of radio resources (specifically, frequency channels and scrambling codes) candidates from a management system connected by an xDSL line or an optical fiber line, It describes that the radio signal reception signal strength and CIR (Carrier-to-Interference-Ratio) are measured for each radio resource candidate included in the permission list. Furthermore, the home base station of Patent Document 1 autonomously selects a radio resource candidate with the minimum received signal strength and uses it for communication with the mobile station. The reason for selecting a radio resource candidate with the minimum reception level is that it is considered that interference with cells formed by neighboring base stations can be minimized.
- radio resources specifically, frequency channels and scrambling codes
- the home base station of Patent Literature 1 determines the initial transmission power based on the selected radio resource using the received signal strength and CIR measured previously. Specifically, the initial transmission power is determined so that a sufficient communication service can be provided in a desired communication range (for example, within 20 m) in consideration of the interference level from neighboring base stations.
- the inventors of the present application examined the feasibility of the DC-HSDPA support by the home base station.
- the priority of communication service provision by a secondary cell is considered to be relatively lower than that of communication service provision by a primary cell or neighboring cells.
- the downlink signal transmitted by the home base station in the secondary cell is an interference wave with respect to the downlink signal received by the mobile station connected to the neighboring cell from the neighboring base station. For this reason, when interference from the secondary cell to the neighboring cell is expected, it is desirable to make the frequency channel of the secondary cell different from the frequency channel of the neighboring cell.
- a mobile station connected to a neighboring cell can withstand interference by a secondary cell varies depending on the load status of the neighboring cell.
- the load on the neighboring cell is large, when there are many mobile stations connected to the neighboring cell, or when a high-speed communication service (such as HSDPA) with a low spreading factor is provided, This is the case when the level of the interference wave from the wireless system is high.
- the mobile station connected to the neighboring cell is already in a state of being exposed to a large amount of interference or in a state of weak interference tolerance. For this reason, there is a possibility that the communication quality of the mobile station connected to the neighboring cell may deteriorate due to the additional interference from the secondary cell.
- Patent Document 1 determines radio resources (frequency channels and scrambling codes) based on the received power of signals wirelessly transmitted from neighboring base stations, and based on the CIR of signals wirelessly transmitted from neighboring base stations. It only discloses that the transmission power of the local station is determined. That is, Patent Document 1 does not disclose anything about determining a frequency channel to be allocated to a secondary cell of DC-HSDPA based on the load status of the neighboring cells.
- the present invention has been made based on the above-described studies, and is dependent on the formation of the first cell using a frequency channel different from that of the first cell and the first cell, such as DC-HSDPA.

- the base station apparatus includes a radio communication unit and a control unit.
- the wireless communication unit forms a second cell that is subordinately formed on the condition that the first cell is formed using a frequency channel different from the first cell and the first cell, and A physical channel for data transmission can be transmitted in each of the first and second cells.
- the control unit determines a frequency channel that can be used in the second cell based on a load situation of the peripheral cell formed by the peripheral base station.
- the method according to the second aspect of the present invention includes a first cell and a second cell that is subordinately formed on the condition that the first cell is formed using a frequency channel different from that of the first cell. Transmitting the physical channel for data transmission in the second cell formed by using.

- the first base station forms a second cell that is subordinately formed on the condition that the first cell is formed using a frequency channel different from that of the first cell and the first cell.

- the base station apparatus uses the frequency channel different from that of the first cell and the first cell to form a second cell that is formed dependently on the condition that the first cell is formed.
- the physical channel for data transmission can be transmitted in each of the first and second cells.
- the control process that the program causes the computer to execute includes the following steps (a) and (b).
