Abstract

L'invention porte sur un article d'emballage thermorétractable qui a un ou plusieurs initiateurs de déchirure pour initier une déchirure manuelle qui peut être propagée pour ouvrir un emballage et permettre à un produit d'être retiré de façon aisée de celui-ci, sans l'utilisation d'un couteau ou de ciseaux ou de tout autre instrument. Les initiateurs de déchirure sont présents dans une jupe et/ou une étiquette fermoir de l'article. La jupe et/ou l'étiquette fermoir a un premier côté et un second côté. Dans un mode de réalisation, une partie ou la totalité du premier côté de la jupe et/ou de l'étiquette fermoir peut être thermodurcie afin de réduire la contraction et l'ondulation de la jupe et/ou de l'étiquette fermoir. Ceci améliore l'identification et l'utilisation des initiateurs de déchirure par un consommateur lors de la contraction de l'article d'emballage autour du produit. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, la jupe et/ou l'étiquette fermoir a une pluralité de paires d'initiateurs de déchirure pour permettre à des parties de l'emballage d'être déchirées pour exposer une partie du produit qui peut être tranchée tandis que le reste du produit emballé reste recouvert par le reste du film.
