Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un capuchon anticorrosion pour boulons, qui est introduit de manière ajustée sur des boulons utilisés pour fixer des constructions extérieures telles que des ponts, pour protéger les boulons contre la corrosion de telle sorte que les constructions ne puissent pas s'écrouler ou être endommagées. Selon un aspect, le capuchon anticorrosion pour boulons comprend un corps en forme de « ∩ » semi-circulaire qui est réalisé en un matériau souple contenant une peinture lumineuse ; un tube ondulé qui est disposé à un côté inférieur du corps et qui a une hauteur variable dépendant de la hauteur d'un boulon sur lequel est ajusté le capuchon ; un élément de fixation qui est disposé au-dessous du corps ; et un logement d'huile antirouille qui reçoit de l'huile antirouille. L'élément de fixation du capuchon anticorrosion pour boulons est destiné à fixer le capuchon sur une construction et possède, sur sa partie supérieure, une rainure devant être insérée dans la partie inférieure du corps, et un aimant qui est inséré de manière ajustée dans sa partie inférieure pour le lier à la construction. Le logement d'huile antirouille du capuchon anticorrosion pour boulons est disposé à l'intérieur d'une partie métallique en excès dans laquelle la partie de vis est formée et stocke de l'huile antirouille dans celle-ci, et lorsque le capuchon est fixé dans le boulon, un film s'ouvre en éclatant et l'huile antirouille qui était maintenue à l'intérieur est poussée dans le boulon. Selon un autre aspect, un capuchon anticorrosion pour boulons comprend un corps en forme de « ∩ » semi-circulaire qui est réalisé en un matériau souple contenant une peinture lumineuse et possède une pluralité de saillies à la partie inférieure ; un tube ondulé qui est disposé à un côté inférieur du corps et a une hauteur variable dépendant de la hauteur d'un boulon sur lequel le capuchon est ajusté ; une partie de vis qui est disposée à l'intérieur du corps devant être fixé dans le boulon ; et un logement d'huile antirouille qui est disposé à l'intérieur du corps et reçoit de l'huile antirouille.
