Definitions
- the present invention relates to a container used for containing contents such as liquid, paste, jelly, etc., and discharging the contents for use.
- This type of container is used to store adhesives and other items.
- Various adhesives are widely distributed in the market.
- a moisture curable adhesive mainly composed of cyanoacrylate is known as a so-called instantaneous adhesive (see, for example, the following non-patent document).
- Cyanoacrylate is a monomer at first, but when it reacts with moisture in the air or on the surface of the adherend, it rapidly starts to polymerize and becomes a polymer, which cures and adheres.
- the contents remaining in the container deteriorate during storage is not limited to adhesives. Even with seasonings and spices, the flavor drops with time after opening. Although it is ideal to use up as soon as possible, due to the nature of such a thing, it is not so much consumed in a single use opportunity.
- the present invention has been made by paying attention to the above-mentioned problem for the first time, and mainly aims to reduce the waste that the contents remaining without being used up after one use deteriorate and become difficult to use or become unusable. It is aimed.
- a plurality of small containers each enclosing a content, and the plurality of small containers are integrally held, and one of them is left in a use area where the content can be discharged and used.
- a holding mechanism respectively arranged in a retreat area connected to the use area.
- a lever that squeezes the small container disposed in the holder in which the holding mechanism is provided in the holder that includes the use area and the evacuation area is provided. It is desirable to provide
- the lever is provided with a pressing body that comes into contact with the small container when the small container placed at the use position is pressed, and the inner peripheral surface of the pressing body is in contact with the pressing body in the small container. If the concave shape corresponding to the outer peripheral surface is formed, the small container can be squeezed with a surface instead of a point, and the contents can be squeezed out effectively.
- the lever includes a plurality of springs that engage with a peripheral wall of the holder and elastically deform to store a repulsive force when the small container disposed at the use position is squeezed, and the plurality of springs are separated from each other. If the small container placed in the use position fits between the springs, when the small container is squeezed, the small container is relatively displaced in the holder by the lever spring. It becomes possible to suppress.
- the holder is provided with an extruding mechanism for extruding the small container arranged in the evacuation area toward the use area, and the small container arranged in the use area immediately after that is operated by operating the extruding mechanism. If the next small container is removed by being pushed out to the next small container, the used small container can be discharged and the new small container can be loaded at the same time. Can be made more convenient.
- a rotation restraining mechanism is provided between the holder and the small container to prevent the small container disposed in the use area from rotating around the axis, the small container is held by the holder when the small container is opened. Rotating inside will not interfere with the opening operation.
- the holding mechanism is configured to hold the plurality of small containers in a straight line, it is possible to hold a large number of small containers while reducing the size of the entire container.
- the container since the container is close to a pen shape, it can be used in a posture like holding a pen.
- the push-out mechanism is configured by a slider that can move forward and backward along the axial direction with respect to the holder body (refers to the moving direction when the small container moves from the retracted position to the use area),
- a moderation part that a slider selectively engages with any one of a plurality of engagement portions that are intermittently arranged along the axial direction of the holder body and recessed in a direction intersecting the axial direction, and the moderation part includes An elastic portion that elastically deforms and stores a repulsive force as it escapes from the engagement location, a restraint position that prevents the moderation portion engaged with the engagement location from escaping from the engagement location, and the elastic portion If there is a restraining part that is displaceable between the moderation part and the release position that allows the moderation part to be released from the engagement position, a click feeling (moderation feeling) at a plurality of locations along the slide movement path of the slider Moderation mechanism to give Of both the switching mechanism for inhibiting / ban the sliding movement can be implemented
- an opening tool for opening the small container arranged in the use area, it is possible to save the trouble of preparing tools such as scissors and a thousand sheets when opening the small container.
- the small container is formed by integrally forming a lid that seals the discharge outlet of the contents, and the lid has an engaging portion that engages with the discharge outlet and closes the discharge outlet.
- the small container is opened by removing the lid from the discharge port of the small container, and then the discharge port is closed by engaging the engaging portion of the lid with the discharge port. Then, the lid once separated from the small container becomes the lid of the small container where the contents remain again, which is convenient for temporarily storing the contents remaining without being used up. In addition, it is possible to avoid the inconvenience that the contents leak from the small container when the small container is discarded.
- the small container is formed by integrally forming a lid that seals the discharge outlet of the contents, and the holding mechanism is provided in a holder that encloses the use area and the evacuation area. If a cap that can be attached is engaged with the lid of the small container and the lid is detached from the discharge port of the small container by operating the cap, the small container is used using the cap as an opening tool. It can be opened easily.
- the cap is attached to the holder main body and has a cutout portion having an engaging body that engages with the lid of the small container, and a storage space for storing the lid cut out in the cutout portion that communicates with the cutout portion. If it has the storage part which wraps, the cover body which is the garbage which arises with opening of a small container can be stored suitably, and convenience will further improve.
- the lid body cut out from the small container can be securely It can be poured into the storage space. It also reduces the risk that the lid that suddenly falls from the cap will fall on the desk or floor and stain the surroundings.
- the container of the present invention is extremely suitable as a container for containing an adhesive, particularly a moisture curable adhesive or an instantaneous adhesive.

- the restraint portion 366 is restrained.
- the moderation portion 364 is constrained at the position. That is, the compression of the moderation portion 364 accompanying the deformation of the elastic portion 365 is suppressed. Therefore, even if the slider 36 is slid in the axial direction along the slit 323, the moderation portion 364 cannot escape from the recess 324, and the sliding movement is prohibited. In this situation, as shown in FIG.
- the restraining portion 366 is displaced inward (downward in the figure) against the elastic biasing force of the spring 367 to the release position. It reaches and separates from moderation part 364. Then, the restraining portion 366 does not restrain the moderation portion 364, and the compression of the moderation portion 364 accompanying the deformation of the elastic portion 365 and the escape of the moderation portion 364 from the recess 324 are allowed as shown in FIG. The Accordingly, the sliding movement of the slider 36 is released.
