Abstract

O pellet constituí-se de uma massa extrusada ou não preparada a partir de matéria-prima preferencialmente amilosa, como trigo, batata, mandioca, arroz , milho ou integral, com ou sem a- roma sólido, líquido, encapsulado ou mesmo incorporado à massa, determinado conforme necessidade em sua produção.
