Tratado no presente relatório descritivo, tem por objeto a apresentação de um prático, seq³encial e eficiente processo para a obtenção de 'salgadinhos' pertencente ao campo alimentício, sendo comercializado como petiscos para aperitivos e lanches, e ao qual agrega original seq³ência procedimental, visto ser constituído da seguinte seq³ência: - inserção dos componentes integrantes da composição da massa dentro de uma batedeira (1); - esgotamento da massa para dentro de um recipiente rolante (2); - estiramento da massa sobre a bancada (4) dotada de rodízios; -inserção da massa esticada na calandra-cortadeira (5); -transporte da massa recortada até a porção superior de uma esteira vai-e-vem em cascata (10); transporte da massa recortada por meio de esteira (12) até a esteira lançadora do banho (13) de óleo quente (14), que executa a fritura do 'salgadinho; - transporte do 'salgadinho' pós-frito por meio de esteira (18) para dentro de um tambor rotativo (19) contendo condimento pulverizado (22); - transporte do 'salgadinho' pós-frito e temperado por meio de esteira (23) até uma máquina embaladora apropriada (24)."PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF APPETIZER AND SIMILAR TASTE OF SALTY".
