Abstract

본 발명은 나노와이어가 양자점들 사이의 전자 전달 매개체 역할을 하도록 하여 발광 또는 광전 효율을 높일 수 있는 에너지 변환용 복합물질과 그 제조 방법 및 그를 이용한 에너지변환소자에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 양자점으로 구성되는 에너지변환소자의 에너지 변환용 복합물질에 관한 것으로서, 나노와이어와, 상기 각 나노와이어 상에 형성되며 반도 체 물질로 구성되는 다수의 양자점, 및 상기 나노와이어와 상기 양자점을 비공유 결합 방식으로 연결하는 저분자 링커를 포함한다.
