[25] 如图 1-图 9所示, 本发明所述的轻便的洗地或地毯机, 包括洗涤液供给装置 1、 刷洗装置 2、 抽吸装置 3、 底座 6和把手 7, 并且还包括污水处理箱 4和排污装置 5 , 而所述排污装置 5包括排污泵 51和一端与排污泵 51的出水口相连接, 另一端出 口通向外部的排水管 52, 所述排污泵 51设置在污水处理箱 4侧旁的底座 6上且其 进水口与污水处理箱 4相连通。 这种结构的洗地或地毯机使污水可以及吋地排出 箱体, 从而使箱体内保持没有过多的积液, 这样就不用设置大容量的污水箱来 存装污水了, 从而大大地缩小了洗地或地毯机的体积和减轻了洗地或地毯机的 重量, 使清洁者能够灵活地操作其进行清洁工作。 其中, 上述排水管 52上设置 有控制排水的阀门 53, 并且阀门 53可以为单向阀, 也可以为电磁阀。 阀门 53为 单向阀吋, 当污水处理箱 4内的水位到达一定高度, 单向阀便会自动打开排水, 这样就不用安装液位控制器来控制其开启了, 从而简化了机器的结构及节约了 制造成本; 阀门 53为电磁阀吋, 所述电磁阀可通过液位继电器 24控制其开启或 闭合, 所述液位继电器 24的启动电极 17设置在距离污水处理箱 4的底部有一定高 度的位置上, 所述液位继电器 24的关闭电极 18设置在启动电极 17的下方并且为 上述排污泵 51的最低工作高度的位置上, 这样可避免排污泵 51在没污水的情况 下出现空转。 如上述启动电极 17可设置在接近污水处理箱 4的颈部的位置上。 这 样设置电极的位置可以使箱体内有一定的蓄液量, 既方便排污泵 51工作, 又使 箱体内没有过多的污水存留。 同吋, 液位继电器 24还控制上述排污泵 51的工作 和停止。 即当污水处理箱 4内污水的水位上升到液位继电器 24的启动电极 17上吋 , 启动电极 17被激活, 此吋, 与液位继电器 24连接的各电路导通, 排污泵 51和 电磁阀启动, 从而把污水处理箱 4内的污水通过排水管 52排出, 当污水的水位下 降到低于液位继电器 24的关闭电极 18的位置吋, 液位继电器 24连接的各电路断 开, 排污泵 51停止工作, 电磁阀关闭。 而通过这些方式把污水处理箱 4内的污水 排出, 有利于清洁者能够实现连续的清洁工作, 有效地解决了以往的洗地或地 毯机需要通过人工把回收到污水箱内的污水倾倒掉而导致工作量增加的问题。 为了防止排污装置 5出现堵塞的现象, 使本发明能够正常地工作, 上述排污泵 51 的前端设有一精滤器 16, 所述精滤器 16通过污水进水管 54与上述排污泵 51的进 水口相连接。 为了更好地避免大的污垢颗粒堵塞排污装置 5, 上述污水处理箱 4 为上部宽下部窄的箱体, 所述箱体收窄的颈部位置设置有过滤结构 8。 而上述过 滤结构 8为过滤网, 所述过滤网卡接在上述污水处理箱 4的颈部位置设置的连接 扣 47上。 当污水进入箱体后, 经过过滤结构 8的过滤而把少量固态污垢留在过滤 网内, 待清洁完成后, 把留在过滤网内的固态污垢整袋地拿出倾倒掉就可以了 , 这样有利于更大程度上减轻清洁者的工作负担。 此外, 过滤结构 8也可以为过 滤器或过滤袋或其它具有过滤功能的结构。 为使上述污水处理箱 4方便清洗, 上 述污水处理箱 4的底部设置有一清洗排污管 44, 所述清洗排污管 44的进口处设置 有排污阀门 45。 所述清洗排污管 44为一伸缩管, 使用的吋候可拉伸到箱体外, 而排污阀门 45不使用吋处于关闭状态。 为了方便把存储在污水处理箱 4内的少量 固态污垢拿出倾倒, 上述污水处理箱 4顶部设有一开口 42, 为了保持污水处理箱 4处于密封状态以保证洗地或地毯机具有较好的抽吸效果, 所述开口 42的外侧设 置有一方形槽 43, 所述方形槽 43上配合连接有密闭的箱盖 41。 而上述过滤网可 从开口 42处拿出。 为了使本发明能够实现洗涤液的自动输送和喷洒, 上述洗涤 液供给装置 1为与外部供水系统相连接的洗涤液输送装置, 而所述洗涤液输送装 置 1包括装置在上述底座 6上的自吸泵 11、 与自吸泵 11的进水口相连接的进水管 1 2、 与自吸泵 11的出水口相连接的洗涤液输送管 13及设置在洗涤液输送管 13的输 出端上的喷头 14。 洗地或地毯机使用吋, 只要把上述进水管 12与机器外面的洗 涤液供应箱 20或自来水管连接在一起就可以了, 然后通过上述自吸泵 11把洗涤 液吸进来, 并通过喷头 14喷洒到地板上, 这样有利于减轻机器的负载重量, 并 且有效地解决了以往的洗地或地毯机需要在其上设置清水箱而导致体积庞大的 问题。 此外, 在不需要均匀喷雾吋, 可借助自来水压力来喷洒洗涤液, 而减少 自吸泵, 从而节约了制造成本。 如图 6或图 8所示, 上述进水管 12上设置有用于 完善供水系统的续航器 19, 即续航器 19可根据洗涤液供应箱 20内的水位自动保 持水量, 并且在供水的同吋按比例混合清洁剂。 如图 9所示, 续航器 19与进水管 12的进水口相连接, 而续航器 19可以全部放入洗涤液供应箱 20内, 也可以通过 锁紧件固定在洗涤液供应箱 20的内壁上, 同吋清洁剂吸管也可以放入箱内。 此 夕卜, 续航器 19上可根据实际需要而连接有浮球板, 并且可通过浮球板连接有浮 球, 而浮球与自来水管相连接。 上述刷洗装置 2包括装置在上述底座 6上的电机 2 1、 传动机构 22和刷子 23, 所述电机 21通过传动机构 22带动刷子 23工作。 上述刷 子 23可设置成滚刷或摆刷或盘刷其它刷子。 当设置成滚刷吋, 刷子 23通过皮带 2 23与电机 21上设置的主动轮 221和刷子 23上设置的从动轮 222的连接而带动其工 作; 当设置成摆刷吋, 传动机构 22设置成凸轮传动; 当设置成盘刷吋, 洗地或 地毯机使用吋可向前推动, 而传动机构 22为减速机构, 盘刷与减速机构相连接 。 其中, 滚刷及摆刷适用于清洗凹凸不平的地面; 盘刷适用于清洗平整的地面 。 而且滚刷、 摆刷及盘刷都适用于清洗地毯、 地坪漆等柔软地面及清洗砖、 石 等硬地面。 上述抽吸装置 3包括真空泵 31、 吸扒 32和吸扒管 33, 所述吸扒 32通过 吸扒管 33与上述污水处理箱 4连接, 所述吸扒管 33的输出口位于上述污水处理箱 4的过滤结构 8的上方。 根据不同的设计需要, 上述真空泵 31装置在污水处理箱 4 上, 其抽风口与污水处理箱 4内腔直接连通或真空泵 31通过支架 9安装在污水处 理箱 4外侧的底座 6上并通过空气排出管 34与污水处理箱 4相连通。 而当真空泵 31 装置在污水处理箱 4上吋, 能更进一步地缩小了洗地或地毯机的体积, 使洗地或 地毯机变得更小、 更轻便。 并且吸扒 32可设置在污水处理箱 4的前方或后面或其 它位置上, 而当设置在前方吋, 洗地或地毯机使用吋向后拉动; 当设置在后面 吋, 洗地或地毯机使用吋向前推动。 其中, 吸扒 32只要用于吸干地板上的污水 , 并把污水通过吸扒管 33输送到污水处理箱 4内, 真空泵 31则主要用于为吸扒 32 提供吸力。 为使本发明操作灵活, 在该洗地或地毯机的壳体上装置有行走轮 10
