目前现有的过滤垃圾电话的方法为基于语音识别系统的图灵测试方法, 该方法是以语音为基础的, 在服务器在收到某个主叫方的呼叫请求后, 并不 立即与被叫方建立呼叫连接, 而是向主叫方发送一段语音, 这段语音包含了 一个简单的逻辑问题; 主叫方在接听到问题后也会以语音的形式进行回答; 主叫方语音回答后, 通过安装在服务器端的语音识别系统识别后, 将答案进 行匹配, 如果匹配正确, 则允许与被叫方建立呼叫连接; 否则终止此次呼叫。
发明人在实现本发明的过程中, 发现现有技术至少存在以下缺点: 现有技术的语音识别系统对由机器或软件作为主叫方的回答进行语音识 别的准确率 4艮低; 服务器须安装语音识别系统, 而语音识别系统的成本 4艮高, 需要耗费较多的财力来实现。

在本发明提供的实施例中, 过滤垃圾电话的方法可以包括以下的步骤: 当接收呼叫终端发起的呼叫请求时, 通过验证码与智能回答相结合的方式或 语音提问的方式生成测试信息, 并向呼叫终端发送测试信息; 同时, 判断呼 叫终端发送的测试信息对应的反馈信息是否正确; 若不正确, 则所述呼叫请 求为垃圾电话的呼叫请求, 并过滤所述呼叫请求。 该过滤垃圾电话的方法可 以应用于代理服务器或手机终端或智能终端。
以下针对不同的应用环境进行实施例说明。
图 1为本发明实施例一的检测装置的应用环境图。 在本实施例一中, 呼叫 终端 10与代理服务器 20通信相连, 代理服务器 20通过网络 30与被叫终端 40通 信相连。 代理服务器 20用于当接收呼叫终端 10发起的呼叫请求时, 通过验证 码与智能回答相结合的方式或语音提问的方式生成测试信息, 并向呼叫终端
10发送测试信息。 呼叫终端 10用于当接收该测试信息时, 通过一键回答的方 式发送反馈信息。 代理服务器 20进一步用于判断呼叫终端 10的反馈信息是否 正确, 若判断正确, 则通过网络 30向被叫终端 40发送该呼叫请求; 若判断不 正确, 则过滤该呼叫请求, 即阻止该呼叫请求。 在本实施例一中, 该反馈信 息是针对测试信息做出的答案信息。 在本实施例一中, 网络 30可以为 VoIP网 络, PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network, 公共交换电话网络), GSM ( Global System for Mobile Communications, 全球移动通讯系统), WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access, 宽带码分多址存取), TD-SCDMA ( Time Division - Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access, 时分-同 步码分多址存取)。 呼叫终端 10和被叫终端 40可以为手机、 智能终端。
在本实施例一中, 代理服务器 20包括检测装置 21和收发装置 22。 收发装 置 22用于接收呼叫终端 10发起的呼叫请求。 检测装置 21用于当收发装置 22接 收呼叫终端 10发起的呼叫请求时, 通过验证码与智能回答相结合的方式或语 音提问的方式生成测试信息, 并通过收发装置 22发送至呼叫终端 10。 收发装 置 22还用于接收呼叫终端 10发送的反馈信息, 该反馈信息对应于测试信息。 检测装置 21还用于判断该反馈信息是否正确。
在本实施例一中, 检测装置 21包括测试数据库 210和检测模块 212。 测试 数据库 210用于存储以验证码与智能回答相结合的方式或语音提问的方式生 成的测试信息及该测试信息对应的答案信息。 检测模块 212用于从测试数据库 210获取测试信息,并判断该测试信息对应的反馈信息是否正确。若判断正确, 则通过网络 30向被叫终端 40发送该呼叫请求。 若判断不正确, 则过滤该呼叫 请求, 即该呼叫请求的电话为垃圾电话, 需阻止该呼叫请求。 在本实施例一 中, 判断该测试信息对应的反馈信息是否正确时, 通过将该反馈信息与测试 数据库 210中存储的与该测试信息对应的答案信息进行匹配, 若匹配成功, 即 判断所述呼叫终端发送的所述测试信息对应的反馈信息正确, 判断呼叫终端 10发送的呼叫请求是由用户进行呼叫操作; 若匹配不成功, 即判断所述呼叫
终端发送的所述测试信息对应的反馈信息不正确, 判断呼叫终端 1 0发送的呼 叫请求是由机器或软件进行呼叫操作的垃圾电话的呼叫请求,即垃圾电话制 造者。
在本实施例一中, 验证码与智能回答相结合的方式生成的测试信息如图 2 所示。 该测试消息是一张验证码和智能问答相结合的图片。 这种图片对于机 器来说, 其做出正确回答的概率几乎可以为零。 在本实施例一中, 通过验证 码和智能问答相结合而得出的图片可以是多种, 图 2只是作一个更好的解释。 语音提问的方式生成的测试信息诸如 "某人有一个苹果, 又买了两个苹果之 后, 该人总共有几个苹果" 之类的问题, 若需要增加其安全性, 则问题可以 复杂化。 呼叫终端 10通过一键回答的方式反馈该测试信息中的答案。 一键回 答的方式为用户在呼叫终端 1 0上进行一次按键操作来回答呼叫终端 10所接收 的测试信息。 当用户完成一次按键操作后, 呼叫终端 10就会返回针对该测试 信息的反馈信息。
图 3为本发明实施例一的过滤垃圾电话的方法的流程图。 在本实施例一 中, 步骤 100 , 呼叫终端发起呼叫请求;
步骤 102 , 代理服务器接收该呼叫请求, 通过验证码与智能回答相结合的 方式或语音提问的方式生成测试信息, 并发送该测试信息至呼叫终端;
步骤 104 , 呼叫终端通过一键回答的方式发送该测试信息对应的反馈信 息, 所述反馈信息即呼叫终端反馈的针对所述测试信息的答案。 一键回答的 方式为用户在呼叫终端上进行一次按键操作来回答呼叫终端所接收的测试信 息。 当用户完成一次按键操作后, 呼叫终端就会返回针对该测试信息的反馈 信息。
步骤 106 , 代理服务器判断呼叫终端的反馈信息是否正确。 在本实施例一 中, 查询该反馈信息对应的测试信息的答案信息, 并将该反馈信息与答案信 息进行匹配, 若匹配成功, 判断呼叫终端的发送的呼叫请求是由用户进行呼 叫操作; 若匹配不成功, 即所述呼叫终端发送的所述测试信息对应的反馈信
息不正确, 判断呼叫终端发送的呼叫请求是由机器或软件进行呼叫操作的垃 圾电话的呼叫请求。
若正确, 则进入步骤 108 , 代理服务器通过网络向被叫终端发起该呼叫请 求;
若不正确, 则进入步骤 110, 过滤该呼叫请求, 即该呼叫请求的电话为垃 圾电话, 需阻止该呼叫请求。
本发明实施例一提供的过滤垃圾电话的方法、 检测装置及代理服务器, 将验证码与智能回答相结合的方式或语音提问的方式生成测试信息发送至呼 叫终端, 并判断呼叫终端通过一键回答的方式返回的反馈信息是否正确, 可 以很好的区分呼叫终端的呼叫请求是否为由机器或软件进行呼叫操作的垃圾 电话的呼叫请求, 可提高测试的安全性和准确性, 并且测试信息易于生成和 传输; 同时, 通过一键回答的方式来反馈信息, 使用户不必输入长串的验证 码, 因此, 可使用户操作简单, 方便易行; 此外, 验证码与智能回答相结合 的方式或语音提问的方式生成测试信息和通过一键回答的方式来反馈信息, 使检测设备无须安装语音识别系统, 从而达到减少成本的开销。
图 4为本发明实施例二的检测装置的应用环境图。
实施例二与实施例一的区别在于, 实施例二中没有代理服务器, 而检测 装置设置于呼叫终端或被叫终端。 被叫终端直接对呼叫终端发起的呼叫请求 进行检测。
在本实施例二中, 被叫终端 40包括检测装置 41、 收发装置 42、 电话接入 装置 43及提示装置 44。 在本实施例二中, 呼叫终端 10通过网络 30与被叫终端 40建立通信连接。 当呼叫终端 10向被叫终端 40发起呼叫请求时, 被叫终端 40 中的检测装置 41接收该呼叫请求, 通过验证码与智能回答相结合的方式或语 音提问的方式生成测试信息, 并通过收发装置 42发送至呼叫终端 10。 收发装 置 42还用于接收呼叫终端 10发送的反馈信息, 该反馈信息对应于所述测试信 息。 检测装置 41还用于判断该反馈信息是否正确。 在本实施例二中, 检测装
置 41与实施例一中的检测装置 21具有相同的结构和功能, 此处不再重复描述。 在本实施例二中, 网络 30可以为 VoIP网络, PSTN, GSM, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA。 呼叫终端 10和被叫终端 40可以为手机、 智能终端。
电话接入装置 43用于当检测装置 41判断该反馈信息正确时, 接入该呼叫 请求。 提示装置 44用于当接入该呼叫请求后, 显示该呼叫请求对应的呼叫终 端 10的电话号码或通知用户有电话呼叫; 若当检测装置 41判断该反馈信息不 正确时, 过滤该呼叫请求, 即该呼叫请求的电话为由机器或软件进行呼叫操 作的垃圾电话, 需阻止该呼叫请求。
图 5为本发明实施例二的过滤垃圾电话的方法的流程图。
步骤 200, 呼叫终端发起呼叫请求;
步骤 202 , 被叫终端接收该呼叫请求, 通过验证码与智能回答相结合的方 式或语音提问的方式生成测试信息, 并发送该测试信息至呼叫终端。
步骤 204 , 呼叫终端通过一键回答的方式发送该测试信息对应的反馈信 息, 所述反馈信息即呼叫终端反馈的针对所述测试信息的答案。 一键回答的 方式为用户在呼叫终端上进行一次按键操作来回答呼叫终端所接收的测试信 息。 当用户完成一次按键操作后, 呼叫终端就会返回针对该测试信息的反馈 信息。
步骤 206 ,被叫终端判断呼叫终端的反馈信息是否正确。在本实施例一中, 查询该反馈信息对应的测试信息的答案信息, 并将该反馈信息与答案信息进 行匹配, 若匹配成功, 即判断反馈信息正确, 判断呼叫终端的发送的呼叫请 求是由用户进行呼叫操作; 若匹配不成功, 即判断反馈信息不正确, 判断呼 叫终端发送的呼叫请求是由机器或软件进行呼叫操作。
若正确, 则进入步骤 208 , 接入该呼叫请求, 并显示该呼叫请求对应的呼 叫终端的电话号码或通知用户有电话呼叫;
若不正确, 则进入步骤 210, 过滤该呼叫请求, 即该呼叫请求的电话为垃 圾电话, 需阻止该呼叫请求。
本发明实施例二提供的过滤垃圾电话的方法、 检测装置及终端, 将验证 码与智能回答相结合的方式或语音提问的方式生成测试信息发送至呼叫终 端, 并判断呼叫终端通过一键回答的方式返回的反馈信息是否正确, 可以很 好的区分呼叫终端的呼叫请求是否为由机器或软件进行呼叫操作的垃圾电话 的呼叫请求, 可提高测试的安全性和准确性, 并且测试信息易于生成和传输; 同时, 通过一键回答的方式来反馈信息, 使用户不必输入长串的验证码, 因 此, 可使用户操作简单, 方便易行; 此外, 验证码与智能回答相结合的方式 或语音提问的方式生成测试信息和通过一键回答的方式来反馈信息, 使检测 设备无须安装语音识别系统, 从而达到减少成本的开销。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流 程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可存储于 一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的实施 例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体( Read-Only Memory , ROM )或随机存储记忆体 ( Random Acces s Memory, RAM )等。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其进 行限制, 尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技 术人员应当理解: 其依然可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换, 而这些修改或者等同替换亦不能使修改后的技术方案脱离本发明技术方案的 ^"神和范围。
Claims
1、 一种过滤垃圾电话的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
当接收到呼叫终端的呼叫请求时, 向所述呼叫终端发送测试信息; 判断所述呼叫终端通过一键回答方式生成的针对所述测试信息的反馈信息 是否正确;
若判断不正确, 则所述呼叫请求为垃圾电话的呼叫请求, 过滤所述呼叫请 求。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述测试信息包括通过验证 码与智能回答相结的方式生成的测试信息, 或通过语音提问的方式生成的测试 信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述判断所述呼叫终端发送 的所述测试信息对应的反馈信息是否正确的步骤包括:
查询所述测试信息对应的答案信息;
将所述答案信息与所述反馈信息进行匹配;
若匹配不成功, 则所述呼叫终端发送的所述测试信息对应的反馈信息不正 确。
4、 一种应用于过滤垃圾电话的检测装置(21) , 其特征在于, 包括: 测试数据库(21 0) , 用于存储测试信息;
检测模块(212) , 用于当接收呼叫终端的呼叫请求时, 发送所述测试信息至 所述呼叫终端, 并判断所述呼叫终端通过一键回答方式生成的针对所述测试信 息的反馈信息是否正确, 及当判断不正确时, 判断所述呼叫请求为垃圾电话的 呼叫请求, 过滤所述呼叫请求。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的检测装置(21) , 其特征在于, 所述测试信息包括 通过验证码与智能回答相结的方式生成的测试信息, 或通过语音提问的方式生 成的测试信息。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的检测装置(21) , 其特征在于, 所述检测模块(212)
还用于当接收所述呼叫终端通过一键回答方式生成的针对所述测试信息的反馈 信息时, 查询所述测试数据库的存储的所述测试信息对应的答案信息, 并将所 述答案信息与所述反馈信息进行匹配。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的检测装置(21) , 其特征在于, 所述检测模块(212) 还用于当匹配不成功时, 判断所述呼叫终端发送的所述测试信息对应的反馈信 息不正确。
8、 一种应用于过滤垃圾电话的代理服务器(20) , 其特征在于, 包括: 收发装置(22) , 用于接收呼叫终端的呼叫请求;
检测装置(21) , 用于当所述收发装置(22)接收到所述呼叫请求时, 通过所 述收发装置(22)向所述呼叫终端发送所述测试信息, 及判断所述呼叫终端通过 一键回答方式生成的针对所述测试信息的反馈信息是否正确, 当判断不正确时, 判断所述呼叫请求为垃圾电话的呼叫请求, 过滤所述呼叫请求。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的代理服务器(20) , 其特征在于, 所述测试信息包 括通过验证码与智能回答相结的方式生成的测试信息, 或通过语音提问的方式 生成的测试信息。
10、根据权利要求 8所述的代理服务器(20),其特征在于,所述检测装置(21) 还用于当接收所述收发装置(22)发送的所述呼叫终端的所述反馈信息时, 查询 所述测试信息对应的答案信息, 并将所述答案信息与所述反馈信息进行匹配。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的代理服务器(20) , 其特征在于, 所述检测装置 (21)还用于当匹配不成功时, 判断所述呼叫终端发送的所述测试信息对应的反 馈信息不正确。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的代理服务器(20) , 其特征在于, 所述检测装置 (21)还用于当匹配成功时, 判断所述呼叫终端发送的所述测试信息对应的反馈 信息正确, 则通过所述收发装置(22)将所述呼叫请求发送至所述呼叫请求对应 的被叫终端。
13、 一种应用于过滤垃圾电话的终端(40) , 其特征在于, 包括:
收发装置(42) , 用于接收呼叫终端的呼叫请求;
检测装置(41) , 用于当所述收发装置(42)接收到所述呼叫请求时, 通过所 述收发装置(42)向所述呼叫终端发送所述测试信息, 及判断所述呼叫终端通过 一键回答方式生成的针对所述测试信息的反馈信息是否正确, 当判断不正确时, 判断所述呼叫请求为垃圾电话的呼叫请求, 过滤所述呼叫请求。
14、 根据权利要求 1 3所述的终端(40) , 其特征在于, 所述测试信息包括通 过验证码与智能回答相结的方式生成的测试信息, 或通过语音提问的方式生成 的测试信息。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的终端(40) , 其特征在于, 所述检测装置(41)还 用于当接收所述收发装置(42)发送的所述呼叫终端的所述反馈信息时, 查询所 述测试信息对应的答案信息, 并将所述答案信息与所述反馈信息进行匹配。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的终端(40) , 其特征在于, 所述检测装置(41)还 用于当匹配不成功时, 判断所述呼叫终端发送的所述测试信息对应的反馈信息 不正确。
17、 根据权利要求 15所述的终端(40) , 其特征在于, 还包括:
电话接入装置(43) , 用于当所述检测装置(41)匹配成功时, 接入所述呼叫 请求;
提示装置(44) , 用于接入所述呼叫请求后, 显示所述呼叫请求对应的呼叫 终端的电话号码或通知用户有电话呼叫。
