ケーブルPと雄雌端子12、22は、その端子の筒状部にケーブルPの導体を挿入して圧着接続され、雄端子12と雌端子22の接続は、雄端子12の先端棒状部12aを雌端子22のスリット入り筒状部22aに挿入して接続する。これらの接続は、例えば、特許文献3図1、図2、図5、図6、図9等に示されるように周知の構成である。
係止爪部28は片先端に外側に突出する爪29を有し、係止部18は、ハウジング11外面から立ち上がった後、そのハウジング周方向に延びる係止片19を有しており、図1及び図2に示すように、雄コネクタ10と雌コネクタ20を嵌め合わすと(雄コネクタ10の嵌合部15と雌コネクタ20の嵌合部25を嵌め合わすと)、係止爪部28が係止部18の係止片19の内側を通ってその爪29が係止片19をくぐってその外側への弾性力でもって係止片19に係止する(図2参照)。この係止によって、両コネクタ10、20が抜け止めされる(容易に外れることなく、両端子12、22が嵌合接続する)。係止片19は、ハウジング11の筒軸方向から見て門状でなく、L字状でも良い。
このため、例えば、図3及び図4に示すように、解放治具40の楔状突片41をカバー30と係止爪部28の間に挿し入れ、その係止爪部28を内側に押して爪29と係止部18との係止を解除しない限り(図4(a)から同(b)参照)、その係止爪部28と係止部18の係止は外れない。解放治具40は、カバー30と係止爪部28の間に挿し入れてその係止爪部28を内側に押し得るものであれば何れでも良く、例えば、マイナスドライバー等の周知の工具を採用できる。
この端子ボックスBの両コネクタ10、20はその端子12、22が端子板52に嵌合接続されている。
図中、53は、PPO樹脂又はPPE樹脂製のカバーであり、防水リング54を介しボックス本体51に嵌着して防水性とする。端子板52、52の間にはバイパス用逆流防止ダイオード(図6(e)符号63参照)を設けることができる。
因みに、両接続器C1、C2のケーブルPの接続は、同一態様のコネクタ10又は20にモジュールMからのケーブルP及び幹線ケーブルPの一方の接続端が接続される。例えば、図6(e)においては、左側のコネクタ10にモジュールMからのケーブルPが接続される。
図10、図11、図12には、4本のケーブルPを接続する他の接続箱C5、C6、C7を示す。図12の接続箱C7はそのボックス本体底板に透孔61aが形成されており、この透孔61aから、各種の電気リード線や太陽電池モジュールの電極線a等をボックス本体61に導き入れることができる。
これらの接続器C3~C7においても、各端子板62、62の間は、逆流防止ダイオード63を設けたり、ジャンパー線64を設けたり、その他の部材を設けたり、ボックス本体61内において、各種の配線を行ったり、配線基板を設けたりすることができる。
接続器C1、C2、C3、C4においても、3本又は4本のケーブルPの接続に限らず、2本,5本以上であっても、そのケーブルPの接続数に応じたコネクタ10又は20を設ければ良いことは勿論である。また、このコネクタ装置は、太陽光発電システムを構成する各種のケーブル同士を接続するものであれば、その一方のケーブル端末に雄コネクタが設けられ、他方のケーブ端末に雌コネクタが設けられたものとする。

Claims (8)
- 筒状雄ハウジング(11)内に棒状雄端子(12)を同一軸上に設けた雄コネクタ(10)と、前記筒状雄ハウジング(11)に同一軸上に嵌り合う筒状雌ハウジング(21)に前記棒状雄端子(12)に嵌り合う筒状雌端子(22)を同じく同一軸上に設けた雌コネクタ(20)とからなる太陽光発電システムにおける電力ケーブル接続用コネクタ装置であって、
上記筒状雄ハウジング(11)又は筒状雌ハウジング(21)の一方外面に、他方に向かって上記同一軸方向に延びる片状係止爪部(28)を設けるとともに、他方の外面にはその係止爪部(28)が係止する係止部(18)を設け、前記係止爪部(28)は片先端に外側に突出する爪(29)を有し、前記係止部(18)は、ハウジング(11)外面から立ち上がった後、そのハウジング周方向に延びる係止片(19)を有して、前記係止爪部(28)が前記係止部(18)の係止片(19)の内側を通ってその爪(29)が係止片(19)をくぐってその外側への弾性力でもって係止片(19)に係止し、
かつ、その係止爪(29)が係止片(19)に係止した状態において、上記係止部(18)を設けたハウジング(11)外面に、開放された上記爪(29)の外面を覆ってその爪(29)の内側への押し込みを阻止するカバー(30)を設けたことを特徴とする太陽光発電システムにおける電力ケーブル接続用コネクタ装置。 - 上記カバー(30)は、上記係止部(18)から上記爪(29)の外面を覆った後、ハウジング(11)外面に連続した上記係止部(18)とハウジング(11)の一体物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽光発電システムにおける電力ケーブル接続用コネクタ装置。
- 上記係止片(19)は、上記ハウジング周方向に延びた後、そのハウジング(11)外面に連続するハウジング軸方向に見て門状にそのハウジング(11)と一体物となっていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の太陽光発電システムにおける電力ケーブル接続用コネクタ装置。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の太陽光発電システムにおける電力ケーブル接続用コネクタ装置が、太陽電池モジュール用端子ボックス(B)と外部接続用ケーブル(P)を接続するものであって、上記雄コネクタ(10)がその太陽電池モジュール用端子ボックス(B)又は外部接続用ケーブル(P)の一方に、上記雌コネクタ(20)がその他方にそれぞれ設けられたことを特徴とする太陽光発電システムにおける電力ケーブル接続用コネクタ装置。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の太陽光発電システムにおける電力ケーブル接続用コネクタ装置が、各太陽電池モジュール用端子ボックス(B)を接続する接続器(C1、C2、C3、C4、C5、C6、C7)とその接続器に接続されるケーブル(P)の間に構成されたものであって、その接続器(C1、C2、C3、C4、C5、C6、C7)の外面に上記雄コネクタ(10)及び雌コネクタ(20)が設けられ、前記ケーブル(P)に雌コネクタ(20)又は雄コネクタ(10)が設けられたことを特徴とする太陽光発電システムにおける電力ケーブル接続用コネクタ装置。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の太陽光発電システムにおける電力ケーブル接続用コネクタ装置が、太陽電池モジュールに設けられる端子ボックス(B)間を接続するケーブル(P、P)間に構成されたものであって、一方のケーブル(P)端末に雄コネクタ(10)が設けられ、他方のケーブル(P)端末に雌コネクタ(20)が設けられたことを特徴とする太陽光発電システムにおける電力ケーブル接続用コネクタ装置。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の太陽光発電システムにおける電力ケーブル接続用コネクタ装置が、各太陽電池モジュール用端子ボックス(B)を接続する接続器(C1、C2、C3、C4、C5、C6、C7)間を接続するケーブル(P、P)間に構成されたものであって、一方のケーブル(P)端末に雄コネクタ(10)が設けられ、他方のケーブル(P)端末に雌コネクタ(20)が設けられたことを特徴とする太陽光発電システムにおける電力ケーブル接続用コネクタ装置。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の太陽光発電システムにおける電力ケーブル接続用コネクタ装置が、その太陽光発電システムを構成するケーブル(P、P)同士を接続するものであって、一方のケーブル(P)端末に雄コネクタ(10)が設けられ、他方のケーブル(P)端末に雌コネクタ(20)が設けられたことを特徴とする太陽光発電システムにおける電力ケーブル接続用コネクタ装置。
