在本发明中所述直线形隐形切痕 13和圆弧形隐形切痕 14均设于瓶盖 1 的背面, 且被 PVC或 PE垫片(图中未示出)覆盖, 既确保了开启力降低到最 小程度, 又保证了瓶盖外侧的美观, 可避免现有技术中切痕设于瓶盖正面导 致切痕暴露在空气中出现锈蚀的情况, 因此, 本发明更有利于确保包装物的 质量。
进一步, 如图 2所示, 在本实施方式中, 冠形瓶盖 1顶部外侧相对于两 条直线形隐形切痕 13且位于冠形瓶盖 1另一侧设有两个定位凸点 15, 所述 杠杆片 21的底面与所述定位凸点 15接触并由两个定位凸点 15定位,使拉环 2铆合在瓶盖 1上时更加稳固, 拉环 2不会产生旋转现象, 并进一步保证罐 装时瓶盖 1不相对拉环 2旋转。
如图 1、 图 2和图 4所示, 在本实施方式中, 所述冠形瓶盖 1顶部向下 形成一沉槽 16, 该沉槽 16恰好能够将所述拉环 2及杠杆片 21容设在其中。 在罐装时, 可使拉环 2避免产生相互交叉的情况, 保证瓶盖 1顺利通过罐装 设备; 同时, 由于拉环 2容设在沉槽 16中, 使瓶盖 1的整体高度符合现有灌 装生产线的要求,无需改变现有罐装设备即可使用本发明的杠杆式易拉瓶盖, 因此, 本发明的杠杆式易拉瓶盖具有较好的兼容性和通用性。 进一步, 当瓶 内灌装相应饮料后将所述瓶盖 1压盖于瓶口时, 如图 5所示, 由于瓶内压力 的作用, 使所述沉槽 16的沉陷消失 (即: 瓶盖上表面平齐), 并将所述拉环 2顶起, 使拉环凸出于瓶盖 1的上表面, 以方便使用者拉起该拉环 2。
在本实施方式中, 如图 1、 图 2和图 4所示, 在所述沉槽 16内部围绕所 述凸起部 11还设有一圆形凹槽 17; 该圆形凹槽 17能够加强瓶盖 1强度, 使 瓶盖 1达到耐压要求。
如图 3A、 图 3B、 图 3C和图 4所示, 在本实施方式中, 所述杠杆片 21上 设置铆接孔 211的自由端形成向瓶盖 1贴靠的凹陷部 213。 该凹陷部 213使 瓶盖 1与拉环 2铆接时, 瓶盖 1可与拉环 2的杠杆片 21铆合的更紧密, 不会 因拉环 2与瓶盖 1相对撬起影响瓶盖的开启。
如图 3A、 图 3B、 图 3C和图 4所示, 所述拉环 2的内外圈向拉环 2的底 部形成对应的卷边 22和 23, 所述内外圈的卷边 22和 23在拉环 2底部紧密 靠合。 该结构能够保证瓶盖 1与拉环 2的整体性, 使瓶盖外形美观, 罐装顺 畅, 并保证拉启瓶盖时手感舒适、 不被毛边剌伤或割伤。 同时, 内外圈的卷 边 22和 23在拉环 2底部紧密靠合, 可使罐装时液态物质无法渗入环体, 起 到了防止锈蚀的作用。
进一步, 如图 3B所示, 所述杠杆片 21的两侧向其底部形成对应的卷边 214, 以加强杠杆片 21的强度, 使瓶盖开启时不会出现由于杠杆片 21强度不 够而增大拉力的情况。 虽然本发明已以具体的实施方式揭示, 但其并非用以限定本发明, 任何 本领域的技术人员, 在不脱离本发明的构思和范围的前提下所作出的等同组 件的置换, 或依本发明专利保护范围所作的等同变化与修饰, 皆应仍属本专 利涵盖之范畴。

Claims

权利要求书
1.一种杠杆式易拉瓶盖, 其特征在于: 所述杠杆式易拉瓶盖包括一冠形 瓶盖和一拉环; 所述冠形瓶盖顶部内侧的中心处向上冲压形成一凸起部, 围 绕该凸起部在冠形瓶盖顶部内侧形成一弧形切痕, 该弧形切痕两端分别向冠 形瓶盖一侧延伸设有一能开启瓶盖的直线形隐形切痕; 所述拉环向其中心部 一体成型一杠杆片, 所述杠杆片的自由端设有一铆接孔, 所述铆接孔套设于 该凸起部, 由该凸起部将冠形瓶盖和拉环固定铆接; 所述杠杆片与拉环连接 部位的两侧形成对应的凹弧形缺口。
2.如权利要求 1所述的杠杆式易拉瓶盖, 其特征在于: 所述两条直线形 隐形切痕的夹角为 1-20° 。
3.如权利要求 2所述的杠杆式易拉瓶盖, 其特征在于: 一条直线形隐形 切痕延伸至瓶盖的边缘; 另一条直线形隐形切痕的尾部连接一圆弧形隐形切 痕, 该圆弧形隐形切痕的半径为 l_5mm, 且该圆弧形隐形切痕与瓶盖的边缘 留有一间距。
4.如权利要求 3所述的杠杆式易拉瓶盖, 其特征在于: 所述圆弧形隐形 切痕的半径为 3mm。
5.如权利要求 1所述的杠杆式易拉瓶盖, 其特征在于: 冠形瓶盖顶部外 侧相对于两条直线形隐形切痕且位于冠形瓶盖另一侧设有两个定位凸点, 所 述杠杆片的底面与所述定位凸点接触并定位。
6.如权利要求 1所述的杠杆式易拉瓶盖, 其特征在于: 所述冠形瓶盖顶 部向下形成一能容设所述拉环的沉槽。
7.如权利要求 6所述的杠杆式易拉瓶盖, 其特征在于: 在所述沉槽内部 围绕所述凸起部还设有一能提高瓶盖强度的圆形凹槽。
8.如权利要求 1所述的杠杆式易拉瓶盖, 其特征在于: 所述拉环的内外 圈向拉环的底部形成对应的卷边, 所述内外圈的卷边在拉环底部紧密靠合。
9.如权利要求 1所述的杠杆式易拉瓶盖, 其特征在于: 所述杠杆片的两 侧向其底部形成对应的卷边。
10.如权利要求 1所述的杠杆式易拉瓶盖, 其特征在于: 所述杠杆片上设 置铆接孔的自由端形成向瓶盖贴靠的凹陷部。
