Abstract

一种应用于啤酒瓶或气压饮料瓶的杠杆式易拉瓶盖,由冠形瓶盖、拉环、杠杆片和铆钉组成。冠形瓶盖与拉环通过杠杆片相连接,在冠形瓶盖的盖部背后增设两道夹角为20～40度的隐形切痕。利用杠杆原理,使该易拉瓶盖拉启时更加省力。

杠杆式易拉瓶盖
本实用新型杠杆式易拉瓶盖涉及一种应用于啤酒瓶或气压饮料瓶上的易拉瓶盖。
目前国内现有的易拉瓶盖通常是瓶盖上增设一拉环，并在盖部背后增加两夹角为70度左右的隐形切痕，拉环与盖体通过铆钉直接连接起来且连接点不在盖体的中心位置，要想将此瓶盖拉开，则需用8公斤左右的拉力，用力较大。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、开启方便的易拉瓶盖，该易拉瓶盖拉启时，比现有的易拉瓶盖更加省力。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：在冠形瓶盖上增设一拉环，并在盖部背后增加两道夹角为20～40度的隐形切痕，冠形瓶盖与拉环通过一杠杆片相连接，连接点位于盖体的上表面中心。
采用该结构后，拉环并不直接与盖体相连接，而是通过一杠杆片铆接在盖体中心。由于利用了杠杆原理，大幅度地减小了开启瓶盖时所需的拉力，一般的易拉瓶盖开启时需8公斤左右的拉力，而本杠杆式易拉瓶盖开启时，仅需2公斤左右的拉力。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型杠杆式易拉瓶盖作进一步详细说明。
附图是本实用新型杠杆式易拉瓶盖的主体示意图。附图所示的杠杆式易拉瓶盖由冠形瓶盖1、拉环2、杠杆片3和铆钉4组成。在冠形瓶盖1的背部增设两道夹角为30度的隐形切痕5。冠形瓶盖1与拉环2通过杠杆片3相连接，拉环2与杠杆片3连为一体，并将杠杆片3的另一端用铆钉4铆接在冠形瓶盖1的盖体上表面中心。

1、杠杆式易拉瓶盖，由冠形瓶盖(1)、拉环(2)、杠杆片(3)及铆钉(4)组成，其特征在于：冠形瓶盖(1)与拉环(2)通过杠杆片(3)相连接；
2、根据权利要求1所述的杠杆式易拉瓶盖，其特征在于：拉环(2)与杠杆片(3)连为一体，并将杠杆片(3)的另一端用铆钉(4)铆接在冠形瓶盖(1)的盖体上表面中心；
3、根据权利要求1所述的杠杆式易拉瓶盖，其特征在于：在冠形瓶盖(1)的背部增设两道夹角为20～40度的隐形切痕(5)。
