Abstract

L'invention porte sur un siège de gymnastique pour stimuler le système musculo-squelettique, particulièrement approprié pour mobiliser la zone lombaire de la colonne vertébrale et/ou les hanches. Le mouvement peut être ajusté en termes d’amplitude et de fréquence, permettant une stimulation graduelle bénéfique du système musculo-squelettique, permettant à l'utilisateur d'interagir normalement avec des objets environnants, tels qu'un clavier d'ordinateur, un calepin ou un livre de lecture.
