本发明的较佳实施方式
本发明中, 对文字信息的发送和接收主要利用可视电话协议栈支持的 ITU-T H245多媒体控制协议中的用户输入指示消息 (User Input Indication ) 来实现。 此功能在当前可视电话应用主要用于实现类语音电话的双音多频 ( DTMF )功能, 即每次用户在手机键盘上输入 1个字符, 例如数字健、 "*" 或 "#" , H245 就把这些字符发送给通话对方终端。 同时用户输入指示消息 还用于终端之间进行消息指示,例如一方终端可以发送特定的字符串给对方, 通知对方本端正在对对方进行录像、 拍照等, 对方解析后就可以进行相应的 处理。
本发明就是利用 ITU-T H245用户输入指示消息能够给对方传送字符串 功能来实现文字信息的发送和接收的, 同时支持类 DTMF功能和用户输入文 字信息功能。 如果用户要发送文字信息给对端, 先进入编辑模块, 选择菜单 中的 "编辑信息" , 进入编辑框并完成文字信息的文字内容编辑后再利用用 户输入指示消息发送文字信息;如果用户不发送文字信息给对端,就以 DTMF 形式发送字符串给对方。

本发明对手机的信息交互进行了改进, 适用于 3G 网络的手机可视电话 通话中实现文字信息的发送和接收。 用户可以在通话界面直接输入文字给通 话对方, 选择发送后, 输入的文字信息可以直接显示在用户的通话界面。 同 时考虑了对不支持本发明的利用用户输入指示消息携带文字信息的方法的接 收端, 发送端将文字信息的发送改成更为通用的短消息发送, 增强了和不支 持本发明的利用用户输入指示消息携带文字信息的方法的终端发送消息时的 兼容性。 这种方式实时性很强, 操作方便, 且此信息发送是免费的, 势必得 到用户的欢迎。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种可视电话通话中的传递方法, 其包括:
在通话过程中利用用户输入指示消息来携带文字信息, 所述文字信息的 文字内容被显示到终端的通话界面;
从而实现可视电话通话中文字信息的传递。
2、如权利要求 1所述的传递方法, 利用用户输入指示消息来携带文字信 息的步骤之前, 所述传递方法还包括:
在用户终端的通话界面上编辑所述文字信息的文字内容。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的传递方法, 其中, 在所述文字信息的所述文字内 容编辑完成后, 利用用户输入指示消息来携带文字信息的步骤包括:
为所述文字信息添加消息头,
通过所述用户输入指示消息将所述文字信息发送给通话对方;
其中, 所述消息头用于标识所述用户输入指示消息中携带有包含文字内 容的所述文字信息。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的传递方法, 其中, 所述文字信息的文字内容被显 示到终端的通话界面的步骤中, 所述通话对方接收到携带所述文字信息的所 述用户输入指示消息, 并将所述文字信息的文字内容显示到自身的终端的通 话界面。
5、如权利要求 4所述的传递方法,其中,所述通话界面设置有操作界面, 当编辑或者接收到所述文字信息时, 所述文字信息被显示在所述操作界面。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的传递方法, 其中, 所述操作界面包括显示区, 并 提供用户或通话对方操作的操作命令, 所述文字信息被显示在所述显示区; 针对所述文字内容的操作命令包括: 编辑信息、 删除信息、 发送信息、 保存信息或者回复信息。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的传递方法, 其中, 所述文字信息包括文字内容和 消息头, 所述消息头用于标识所述用户输入指示消息中携带有包含所述文字 内容的文字信息。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的传递方法, 其中, 编辑所述文字信息的文字内容 的步骤中:
在可视电话通话状态下, 当用户需要编辑文字内容发送给通话对方时, 进入所述文字内容的编辑状态; 以及,
在所述通话界面进入信息编辑框输入编辑所述文字内容。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的传递方法, 其中, 在通过所述用户输入指示消息 将所述文字信息发送的步骤之前, 所述文字信息被保存到用户的终端的内存 中, 以便于多次发送。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的传递方法, 其中, 当所述文字信息的文字内容 超过设定值时, 将所述文字信息分批发送给通话对方。
11、 如权利要求 8所述的传递方法, 其中,
所述文字信息包括文字内容和消息头, 所述消息头用于标识所述用户输 入指示消息中携带有包含所述文字内容的文字信息;
通过所述用户输入指示消息将所述文字信息发送的步骤之前, 所述传递 方法还包括:
用户终端与通话对方的终端先进行握手协商, 如果协商结果为通话对方 的终端能够解析所述消息头, 则执行所述发送的步骤。
12、 如权利要求 4所述的传递方法, 其中, 所述文字信息包括文字内容 和消息头, 所述消息头用于标识所述用户输入指示消息中携带有包含所述文 字内容的文字信息;
在所述通话对方接收到携带所述文字信息的所述用户输入指示消息的步 骤后, 所述传递方法还包括:
通话对方的终端解析所述消息头以确定所述用户输入指示消息中携带有 包含文字内容的文字信息, 并提取所接收到的所述文字信息的文字内容, 以 显示在其自身的通话界面。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的传递方法, 其中, 所述文字信息的文字内容被 显示到终端的通话界面的步骤中, 完成提取所述文字内容后, 进入所述终端 的文字信息的文字内容的操作界面; 所述文字信息的文字内容显示到所述通话界面的所述操作界面中, 在所 述操作界面对所述文字内容进行操作。
14、 如权利要求 11所述的传递方法, 所述传递方法还包括:
通过所述消息头判断所述用户输入指示消息携带的是命令消息还是文字 信息, 当所述用户输入指示消息中包含所述消息头时, 则所述用户输入指示 消息携带有文字信息, 从而可以获取所述文字信息中所述消息头之后的文字 内容。
15、 如权利要求 11所述的传递方法, 所述传递方法还包括:
如果协商结果为通话对方的终端不支持解析所述消息头, 则用户终端通 过短信方式将所述文字信息的文字内容发送给通话对方, 以使得通话对方可 到其终端的短信模块阅读所述文字内容。
