Abstract

 多種類のマイクロビーズを含むビーズセットであって、各マイクロビーズのポピュレーションが明確なビーズセットを供給できるマイクロビーズ作製方法の提供。基板上に親水性有機材料からなる親水層を製膜する工程S1と、この親水層にマイクロビーズとして剥離され得る薄膜を積層する工程S2と、製膜された薄膜をフォトリソグラフィーによって所定の形状に成形する成形工程S3と、成形後の薄膜上に所定の物質を固相化する固相化工程S6と、前記物質が固相化された成形後の薄膜を、前記親水層の少なくとも一部とともに基板から剥離してマイクロビーズを得る剥離工程S7と、を含むマイクロビーズ作製方法を提供する。
