Abstract

본 발명은 바다, 강, 호수 등의 수면위에서 불어오는 바람을 이용하여 발전에너지로 전환시켜질 수 있도록 수면위에서 일정크기의 부기와 바닥판을 형성하고 그 위에 회전용 수평축을 도입하여서 된 회전체를 수평으로 된 대칭익형 날개판으로 형성시켜주어 수상에서 불어오는 바람을 이용하여 회전체를 회전되게 하여 동력에너지를 생산되어질 수 있게 한 수상풍력발전장치에 관한 것이다.
