Abstract

The present invention relates to an offshore wind power generator wherein a buoy and a bottom plate of a certain size are formed above a water surface and a rotor is formed thereabove wherein a rotating horizontal shaft, in the form of a horizontal and symmetrical wing plate is introduced, so that wind blowing over the water surface on a river, lake, etc., may be used so as to enable conversion to electrical energy by using the wind blowing over the water surface to rotate the rotor, thus enabling the production of kinetic energy.
