Claims (5)
- 第1流体と第1流体に混入された第2流体とを配管内で移動させ、かつ上記第2流体を検出することにより試料の流速を測定する流量センサであって、
上記配管に対する上記第2流体の接触面積が一定または略一定に維持されるように構成されている、流量センサ。 - 上記第1流体は、上記第2流体の上流側および下流側の双方に存在している、請求項1に記載の流量センサ。
- 上記配管の一部を構成するとともに直線状に延びる直線部を有する管状部材と、上記直線部を移動する上記第1流体と上記第2流体との界面を検出するための少なくとも1つのセンサと、を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の流量センサ。
- 上記配管は、上記直線部よりも下流側の部分が上記直線部を移動させる第2流体の容積よりも大きな内容積を有している、請求項3に記載の流量センサ。
- 請求項1に記載の流量センサを備えた分析装置であって、
上記第1および第2流体を移動させるための動力を付与する減圧機構と、
上記流量センサと上記減圧機構との間に配置された減圧ボトルと、
をさらに備えており、
上記配管における減圧ボトルに連結された下流側の端部は、水平または略水平延びるように配置されている、分析装置。
