本发明涉及人们的阅读书册, 是把传统纸书本与电子数码技术有机地结合的 产品技术, 特别是涉及一种具多本叠合夹持装置及可互连共享电子数据的电纸 书册, 并通过一光电阅读装置可把从电纸书册的设置中获得分辨的数据, 输 送至含储存器的中央处理器电路板或 IC卡处理, 使其内预置的相关内容 (包括 文字、 图片、 声音及视频等) 可通过外接的电子阅读器或读卡装置读出。
背景技术
[2] 人们生活中, 离不开文字、 图档等资料的记录和传播, 但传统的印刷书刊、 记 事簿等文具产品所能表达的能力极之有限, 已经远远不能满足人类的实际需要
[3] 随着数字、 通信及网络技术的迅速发展和普及, 人们获取知识和信息的渠道更 加多样化。 各种各样的电子图书、 学习机、 具有电脑功能的 PDA等应运而生。 多年来市场也有不少相关的方案和产品, 实际都是'无纸化'理论的电子阅读产品 , 该理论经过多年的推行效果并不理想。
[4] 教育领域上曾经有一个 '无纸化'的电子书包方案, 其理念是把学生书包里的课 本、 字典等内容电子化放置在一手持电子阅读器或平板笔记本电脑内, 目的是 减轻孩子书包的重量; 由 1999年起, 分别有新加坡、 法国、 马来西亚的多间中 小学试验推广, 2001年也曾在中国的深圳等 4个城市试用电子阅读器代替传统课 本, 而同年香港地区及台湾地区也实施了电子书包的试用、 推广计划。
[5] 但现实存在的问题, 如学生们上学仍需要带传统的纸质课本吗?如学生们上学 仍需要带传统的纸质作业本吗?还有将要面对的眼视健康危机等等问题, 以上 电子书包的推广都以失败告终, 最终在人们的视线中消失, 直至今天为止, 小 孩们上学仍要背着沉甸甸的书包。
[6] 多年来市场还有不少相关的方案和产品, 实际都是'无纸化 '理论的电子阅读产 品, 经过多年的推行效果并不理想。 [7] 事实证明, 传统纸媒存有电子阅读无法比拟及无可替代的方便、 快捷、 易用特 性, 传统纸媒仍是今天人类社会不可缺少的一部分。
[8] 与传统的纸质图书相比, 数字及电子学习装置具有存储量大, 体积小便携带, 可发声, 可搜索、 可下载及更新图书内容等特点, 并可大量减少纸张的使用, 因而符合环保及节能要求。 然而, 由于移动电子阅读器需要满足体积小及便携 的需要, 因此其屏幕显示 (单一电子显示屏幕) 受到限制, 无法象传统图书一 样清晰、 完整地表达图书内容。
[9] 电子出版不可能取代传统纸媒出版, 同样传统纸媒出版也不能抗拒数字革命的 来临, 为此, 专家们再提出 'e纸结合 '的新论点; 即纸书阅读和电子阅读将多元 并存。
[10] 基于纸书阅读及电子阅读各有其特长, 彼此者存在的不足, 因而自然地衍生市 场另一类新媒体的形成 纸书 +电子'的阅读模式, 传统纸质出版物正逐渐向多 种介质形态出版物共存的现代出版产业转变;
[11] 如'书配盘 '方式 (即把纸质图书和光盘版放在一起出版) 、 '书配卡'方式 (即把 纸质图书和储存卡放在一起出版) 及'书配机 '方式 (即把纸质图书和电子阅读机 配合一起使用) 。 其理念是; 人们可以把书册的相关内容存储到盘或卡上, 同 吋存储在上面的还包括一些互动元素, 比如: 插入注解, 标注概念, 把关键词 和相应的解释连接起来、 加入动画绘制等多媒体元素用于解释书本中所描述的 过程。 但是这种解决方案的不足在于, 书册与附带的盘、 卡及机始终是分开的 , 人们必须另外配合对应的人为操作使用才可能达到互动使用的目标。
[12] 把传统纸书本与数码电子技术融合一体, 是人们的需求及文化产业发展方向的 必然性, 因此, 科研人员不懈地努力寻求相关的技术突破。
[13] 如代码电子阅读机; 运用光电识别技术, 结合新数码印刷技术开发而
[14] 成的一种的新媒介阅读学习文具, 但在实际应用吋是需受到严格的印刷条件 限制, 如码源数量及内容编辑必须经专业人士处理等等问题, 从而影响该类产 品的普及性。
[15] 也曾有技术人士提出使用 RFID技术的方案, 希望达到 'e纸结合 '的新效果, 从 理论上或是可行, 但并不符合人们实际使用的要求。 [16] 在技术领域上; RFID技术是一种非接触式的自动识别技术, 它通过射频信号 自动识别目标对象并获取相关数据, 条件是在附着物体上的标识目标对象都要 设立一个标签 (标签具有独立的电子编码) , 通过配套的读卡器读取 (有吋还可 标以写入)标签的信息。 当该标签进入磁场后, 接收读卡器发出的射频信号, 凭 借感应电流所获得的能量发送出存储在芯片中的产品信息或者主动发送某一频 率的信号; 读卡器读取信息并解码后, 送至中央信息系统进行有关数据处理。 因此, 书册所需要建立的内容都必须设有标签, 同吋数据需分别对应于相应的 标签形式, 所有与标签相对应的数据都存储在数据存储工具中。 但在实际阅读 使用中; 每一个人阅读的方法及心得都不一样, 一本书册的内容可以产生无数 的解释组合, 要为书册的每一内容解释组合而设立一个独立的标签, 其工程相 当、 相当大及不实际。
[17] 建立的标签都需要专用的设备去完成, 所以其成本高及效益低, 实际 RFID技 术并不适合在文化阅读的领域上应用。 因此基于 RFID技术的特点, 市场上主要 是应用在物流和供应管理、 生产制造等行业的追踪技术系统上。
[18] 如电子座标感应点读机; 使用吋需把纸书本放在装有电子天线阵列式电路板的 阅读器板上, 通过信号发生器点选纸书本的书页位置, 经过信号处理, 就可 以判断出信号发生器点选位置的 X - Y轴座标点, 从而获得与该座标点位置预置 的电子数据。 其工作原理是; 有一可发出固定频率电磁波电路发出信号, 配 套的电子天线阵列式电路板感应到该信号, 及对感应的微弱信号进行滤波、 放 大、 整形, 将此信号送往含中央处理器的电路板的 A/D转换输入端, 含中央处理 器的电路板通过判断读出电磁波电路点选的经纬座标 (即 X - Y轴座标) , 并根 据点选内容位置的数据库进行检索, 快速査找相关资料通过的电子阅读器阅读
[19] 综合多种的电子技术比较, 电子座标感应点读机的电子座标技术相对代码电 子阅读机、 RFID等技术更适合作为阅读内容的定位技术;
[20] 1、 电子天线阵列式的座标定位技术具有稳定性好、 座标定位部分解析度高等 特点, 是性价比很高的定位输入技术方案。
[21] 2、 电子天线阵列式的座标定位技术的生产比较方便、 成本低。 [22] 理论上电子座标定位技术是非常适合在盲人阅读 (摸字) 相关的内容吋, 实现 其同步发声之效果。
[23] 但是电子座标技术存有严格的使用条件限制, 如下所述;
[24] 1、 电子阅读板内置的电子天线阵列式电路板与页面的印刷内容位置必须准确 对应, 否则位置的差异是会导致点击印刷内容的位置后, 内容与发音不能对应 , 但要准确放置的要求, 对盲人来讲是一个困难。
[25] 2、 电子座标技术只是单一的 X— Y轴座标识别功能, 不同的书页需要在电路设 计中增加选择页码功能, 对盲人来讲是一个更大的困难。
[26] 3、 电子座标技术具有牵制性的技术条件限制, 电磁波电路需要严格的强弱限 制, 因为太强的电磁波信号会影响其座标定位的准确度, 太弱的电磁波信号只 能有效地穿透极少的书页 (即是书册厚度的限制) , 但是盲文纸书本 (凸字) 的特殊性, 同一内容的纸书本, 比常人使用的纸书本体积
以上多种因素使电子座标技术相关的产品仍不能为盲人阅读 (摸字) 提供实质 性的帮助。
为了让人们 (特别盲人的弱小社群) 能够享受人类数码科技发展的成果, 更有 效地学习和工作之方便, 申请人将 PDA等掌上型电子装置与纸质图书相结合, 形成了一系列的新解决方案; 如发明专利 2004100792168号'带 PDA的多面折叠式 资料册'、 发明专利 2005100653136号'可装设 PDA的多功能封皮装置'、 发明专利 2 00510074541 X
号'可调式资料夹持装置'、 及为解决盲人写 (点) 字的发明专利 2005100883778号 '具有信息处理功能的盲文书写装置'等等所公开的技术, 它们均从某一角度解决 了上述问题, 但仍有其特定的适用范围和局限性。
发明内容
[29] 本发明旨在是把传统纸书本可与电子阅读器两种不同介质的产品有机地结合 使用, 使相互之间建立深层联系。
[30] 为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种具多本叠合夹持装置及可互连共享电子数据 的电纸书册, 电纸书册包括有外封皮连接的纸书本、 含储存器的中央处理器电 路板或 IC卡及光电阅读装置, 其特征在于, 在所述外封皮连接纸书本之间设有 一个书脊座, 该书脊座与外封皮相连接, 其一与纸书本书脊的接触面是活动接 触, 纸书本的封面和封底分别与外封皮的内面相连接, 所述纸书本是由多页的 书页装订成具有封面、 封底及书脊的书本, 书页的页面上印有隐形代码, 所述 光电阅读装置可把从电纸书册的设置中获得分辨的数据, 输送至含储存器的 中央处理器电路板或 IC卡处理, 使其内预置的相关内容可通过连接的电子阅读 器或外接的读卡装置读出。
[31] 所述书脊座为条形块状体, 书脊座的体内装设有含储存器的中央处理器电路板 或 IC卡及 USB插座, 彼此相连接, 书脊座与纸书本书脊相邻的接触面, 形状相 对应。
[32] 在所述电纸书册设有电子天线阵列式电路板及一可发出固定频率信号的电磁 波电路构成的电子座标装置, 电子天线阵列式电路板是设有多个交错重叠的电 子天线回路; 是由一金属线以 X轴方向, 而另一金属线则以 Y轴方向, 并与 X轴 的方向形成交叉方式而构成阵列式的天线回路, 电子天线阵列式电路板是可感 应电磁波电路发出的固定频率信号, 该电子天线阵列式电路板排列的组合接口 与含储存器的中央处理器电路板的 A/D部份或 IC卡的 A/D部份作电子连接。
[33] 所述书脊座上与接触面相邻的两个侧面分别设有导电装置, 导电装置与含储存 器的中央处理器电路板或 IC卡相连接。
[34] 所述书脊座上与接触面相邻的两个侧面分别设有至少一个与另一个书脊座连接 用的磁铁块, 两个磁铁块的极性相反。
[35] 在所述的电子天线阵列式电路板, 其与外封皮连接的一面, 涂有金属油层或 设有金属薄膜。
[36] 所述纸书本是由多页的书页装订成具有封面、 封底及书脊的书本, 纸书本的 书页页面印有复个微小图像单元排列构成的隐形代码, 纸书本的不同书页分别 印有不同规格的隐形代码, 隐形代码可是单一的几何图像、 阿拉伯数字、 罗马 数字、 英文字母、 文字等字符组合, 或是混合不同的字符组合, 微小符号单元 微小至在视觉上易忽略, 是以一荧光油墨绘制, 荧光油墨对红外线发射器的 的红外线具光学反应, 所述的书页上可以不吸收红外光的油墨绘制印刷相关文 字、 图案等内容, 该等内容可与印有的隐形代码重叠或不重叠。 [37] 所述光电阅读装置是由光电装置及电磁波电路的组合, 所述光电装置包括有 红外线发射器与摄像器及光电转换电路, 摄像器可摄取隐形代码的回应影像, 光电转换电路把分辨的电子数据信号输送至
含储存器的中央处理器电路板或 IC卡处理, 电磁波电路是可令电子天线阵列式 电路板感应的一固定频率信号的电路。
[38] 所述书脊座内设有电池座可装入电池, 在设置含储存器的中央处理器电路板或 IC卡附加收发电路, 其内相关的电子数据可与外部相关的电子阅读器或相关 电路无线传送。
[39] 所述可调式夹持装置包括有连接外封面及外封底的夹持架, 其内设有含储存 器的中央处理器电路板或 IC卡及外接插座, 所述夹持架是由至少二个夹持件 、 二个固定件及多个紧固件组合构成, 二个夹持件的 U形相向交错吻合可是呈一 长方形敞口内框, 夹持件通过固定件的长条形孔可调校敞口内框空间距离, 容 置且可紧固一本以上的电纸书册, 所述二个夹持件的内壁上分别设有导电装 置, 与含储存器的中央处理器电路板或 IC卡相连接, 并与电纸书册的导电装置 是对应连接, 使夹持容置的电纸书册内的电子数据可与连接的电子阅读器或外 接的读卡装置互联共享, 所述二个夹持件的内壁上分别设有至少一个的磁铁 块, 二个夹持件的内壁上设有的磁铁块是对应极性相反。
[40] 本发明的贡献在于; 为传统纸书阅读与电子阅读两种不同介质的阅读产品有机 地结合, 提供一创新的机械连接结构和电子数据共享的电连接结构技术, 有效 地解决 'e纸结合'多元并存的技术难题。 出上述电子天线阵列式电路板感应的电磁波电路信号的穿透度技术, 本发明 把电纸书册设计为适当的厚度, 使用吋就不需要太强的电磁波信号, 从而保证 电磁波信号点选的准确度。
[43] 二、 本发明的叠合使用效果, 突破了电子座标技术对书本厚度 (书页的数量 ) 的条件限制, 使电子座标技术得到更宽广的使用条件。
三、 通过一光电阅读装置, 提供纸书本可与电子阅读器建立电子档案地址 包括页码数据十座标位置数据十相关内容数据) 的技术, 其实现的方法如下; [45] 1、 设定书页上印有的隐形代码为电子档案的页码数据。
[46] 2、 通过电子座标装置的电磁波电路所点选的位置, 设定为电子档案的座标位 置数据。
[47] 3、 电纸书册设置含储存器的中央处理器电路板或 IC卡, 将可提供该
[48] 书册的出版分类号、 种次号、 语种号及码序号等及书页上相关的文字、 图片、 声音及视频等内容数据。
[49] 本发明的另一贡献意义在于, 同吋解决了传统纸书本只限于阅读的单一功能
, 不仅可让盲文 (凸字) 阅读刊物的体积减小、 重量减轻及易于携带, 同吋有 效地解决盲人阅读 (摸字) 盲文 (凸字) 吋可聆听互动结合, 大大降低其学习 难度和学习成本, 将可提高盲人的学习和工作效率, 及协助他们更有效地融入 社会生活、 学习和工作之方便。

具体实施方式
[56] 下列实施例是对本发明的进一步解释和说明, 对本发明不构成任何限制。
[57] 本发明一种具多本叠合夹持装置及可互连共享电子数据的电纸书册, 电纸 [58] 书册 100包括有外封皮 18连接的纸书本 10、 含储存器的中央处理器电路板 40或 I C卡 41及光电阅读装置 20, 参阅图 5所示, 在所述外封皮 18连接纸书本 10之间设 有一个书脊座 30, 该书脊座与外封皮 18相连接, 其一与纸书本书脊 13的接触面 3 01是活动接触, 纸书本 10的封面 11和封底 12分别与外封皮 18的内面相连接, 所 述书脊座 30的左右两侧面及背侧面及书本 10的封面 11和封底 12分别与外封皮 18 的内面粘接固定, 如图 1及 4A所示, 书脊座具有弧面 301的一侧与书本的书脊 13 是活动接触, 当翻开书册吋, 其书脊 13可在弧面 301上左右移动, 当电纸书册的 封面、 封底及书页翻开到同一平面吋, 书册的书脊 13则远离了书脊座的的弧面 3 01, 所述外封皮是柔软而耐折性的物体, 具有较高的耐折性材料 (如灰卡、 白 卡等裱纸类) 或与塑料片材组合制成, 纸书本的封面及封底是以书脊座其一 接触面 301的两侧接连边缘位置, 作为翻页旋转动作的轴心点。
[59] 这是本发明的技术一重点, 解决了纸书本的书页不规则状态, 书页可以自然 的翻阅放置在封面及封底表面上, 有效地克服了其他同类产品的书册放置在电 子阅读器上产生的偏移问题, 使书页的相关内容与内置的电子天线阵列式电路 板保持稳定的位置对应, 更准确地识别 X - Y轴的座标点。
[60] 所述纸书本是由多页的书页 14装订成具有封面 11、 封底 12及书脊 13的书本, 书 页 14的页面上印有隐形代码 141, 所述光电阅读装置 20可把从电纸书册 100的设 置中获得分辨的数据, 输送至含储存器的中央处理器电路板 40或 IC卡 41处理 , 使其内预置的相关内容可通过连接的电子阅读器或外接的读卡装置读出。
[61] 所述书脊座 30为条形块状体, 书脊座的体内装设有含储存器的中央处理器电路 板 40或 IC卡 41及 USB插座 47, 彼此相连接, 书脊座与纸书本书脊 13相邻的接触 面 301, 形状相对应。
[62] 该书脊座是一个用于设置电子器件和起连接作用的构件, 其结构如图 1B所示, 书脊座 30是由塑胶材料注塑而成实体的长条形块状体。
[63] 如图 2所示, 本例中, 书脊座与纸书本的书脊 13相邻的接触面 301为弧面, 该弧 面与书脊 13的形状相吻合, 所述纸书本 10可以是装订成册的具有封面、 封底及 书脊的图书、 资料册或相册等, 其书脊 13则可以是织物等柔性材料。
[64] 为了能够读取与电纸书册中的内容相对应的资料, 在图 1C及 1D中, 在所述电 纸书册 100设有电子天线阵列式电路板 42、 43及一可发出固定频率信号的电磁 波电路 21构成的电子座标装置, 电子天线阵列式电路板 42、 43是设有多个交错 重叠的电子天线回路; 是由一金属线以 X轴方向, 而另一金属线则以 Y轴方向, 并与 X轴的方向形成交叉方式而构成阵列式的天线回路, 本实施例的电子天线 阵列式电路板釆用柔性的导电薄膜, 也可以釆用其它材料, 电子天线阵列式电 路板分别放置在纸书本的封面 11及封底 12与外封皮 18的内面之间, 电子天线阵 列式电路板是可感应电磁波电路 21发出的固定频率信号, 该电子天线阵列式 电路板 42、 43排列的组合接口与含储存器的中央处理器
电路板 40的 A/D部份或 IC卡 41的 A/D部份作电子连接。
[65] 但基于电子座标技术的条件限制, 装订成册的书页 14厚度不能超出上述电子天 线阵列式电路板 42、 43感应的电磁波电路 21信号的穿透度技术指标。
[66] 为突破电子座标技术的穿透度指标的限制, 使电纸书册能叠合使用提升纸书 本厚度 (书页数量) 的限制, 这是本发明要解决的另一技术重点。
[67] 如图 4A所示, 所述书脊座 30上与接触面 301相邻的两个侧面 302、 303分别设 有导电装置 306、 307, 导电装置 306、 307与含储存器的中央处理器电路板 40或 I C卡 41相连接。
[68] 所述书脊座 30上与接触面 301相邻的两个侧面 302、 303分别设有至少一个与另 一个书脊座连接用的磁铁块 304、 305 , 两个磁铁块 304、 305的极性相反, 当电 纸书册叠合吋, 它们可通过对应的极性相反的磁铁块相吸合而连接为一体。
[69] 在书脊座 30上与所述弧面 301相邻的一个侧面 302上设有一个导电插头 306, 在 书脊座的另一侧面 303上设有一导电插座 307, 与之相对应, 在另一个书脊座的 相对的一侧设有与上述导电插头 306相配合的电连接用的导电插座 307, 使得两 个或更多的书脊座 30形成导电连接, 使叠合的电纸书册内的电子数据可以互连 共享。
[70] 但叠合的电纸书册是会受到电磁波电路 21的信号之干扰, 而影响其点选之准 确性, 如图 4C的效果示意图所示。
[71] 因此在所述电纸书册 100设置的电子天线阵列式电路板 42、 43, 其与外封皮 18 连接的一面, 涂有金属油层或设有金属薄膜 45、 46, 从图 4D的效果示意图可发 现, 电纸书册叠合使用吋彼此受电感干扰的问题, 因涂有金属油层或设有金属 薄膜 45、 46的屏蔽作用得以消除。
[72] 本发明为方便盲人使用, 减除选择页码的操作程序, 所述纸书本是由多页的 书页 14装订成具有封面 11、 封底 12及书脊 13的书本, 纸书本的书页 14页面印有 复个微小图像单元排列构成的隐形代码 141, 纸书本的不同书页 14分别印有不 同规格的隐形代码, 隐形代码 141可是单一的几何图像、 阿拉伯数字、 罗马数字 、 英文字母、 文字等字符组合, 或是混合不同的字符组合, 微小符号单元微小 至在视觉上易忽略, 是以一荧光油墨绘制, 荧光油墨对红外线发射器的的红 外线具光学反应, 所述的书页 14上可以不吸收红外光的油墨绘制印刷相关文 字、 图案等内容, 该等内容可与印有的隐形代码 141重叠或不重叠, 由于隐形代 码的微小符号单元微小至在视觉上易忽略, 对印刷内容造成美观的影响近乎零
[73] 本发明设定不同规格的隐形代码 141为不同页码的数据, 而不同书页分别印有 不同规格的隐形代码, 参阅图 3所示,光电阅读装置是本发明的另一技术重点 , 所述光电阅读装置 20是由
光电装置 22及电磁波电路 21的组合, 所述光电装置 22包括有红外线发射器 221与 摄像器 222及光电转换电路 223, 摄像器 222可摄取隐形代码 141的回应影像, 光 电转换电路 223把分辨的电子数据信号输送至含储存器的中央处理器电路板 40 或 IC卡 41处理, 因此, 光电阅读装置 20点选的书页是油墨绘制印刷相关文字 、 图案等内容, 或者是没有印刷任何文字、 图案的盲文 (凸字) 书册, 通过 光电装置 22可获得该书页的页码数据。
[74] 在技术工作条件充许范围内, 不同的书页叠合使用也不影响其读取页码数据 的准确性。 [75] 参阅图 4A所示, 电磁波电路 21是可令电子天线阵列式电路板感应的一固定频 率信号的电路, 在光电阅读装置 20点选书页 14的 A位置, 同吋电子天线阵列 式电路板 42、 43会感应到电磁波电路 21的信号, 通过信号处理, 把它输送给设 有含储存器的中央处理器电路板或 IC卡,
就可以判断出信号所点选的 A位置的 X - Y轴座标的电子数据。
[76] 另外, 电纸书册内设有含储存器的中央处理器电路板 40或 IC卡 41可提供充足 的电子数据 (包括分类号、 种次号、 码序号及语种号等索引数据) , 等于光电 阅读装置 20也获得书页上的相关的索引数据。
[77] 通过光电阅读装置 20把获得分辨的页码数据十座标位置数据十相关内容资料 等数据, 输送至含储存器的中央处理器电路板 40或 IC卡 41处理, 使其内预置 的相关内容 (包括文字、 图片、 声音及视频等) 可通过连接的电子阅读器或外 接的读卡装置读出。
[78] 需强调的是, 所述含储存器的中央处理器电路板或 IC卡 41可釆用闪速存储器 , 因此电纸书册的设计可是不带电源, 可是由外接的电子阅读器或读卡装置、 提供电源而启动工作, 如图 5C及 5D所示, 与附带电池座 512的电子阅读器 51或内 置电源 522的耳筒学习机 52配合使用的启示。
[79] 如图 2G所示的实施例中, 在所述书脊座 30内设置的 IC卡 41, 该 IC卡可通过与外 部读卡器的非接触式射频感应原理, 将卡内的数据发射出去或接受读卡器的数 据资料。
[80] 很显然, 所述书脊座 30内设有电池座, 可装入电池 60, 在设置含储存器的中央 处理器电路板 40或 IC卡 41附加收发电路, 其内相关的电子数据可与外部相关 的电子阅读器或相关电路无线传送。
[81] 为提升本发明的使用效果, 可配合申请人的另一发明专利申请'内置天线阵列 式电路板及插座、 头的可调校夹持封套装置'技术使用, 参阅图 6所示, 所述可 调式夹持装置 80包括有连接外封面 81及外封底 82的夹持架 83, 其内设有含储存 器的中央处理器电路板 40或 IC卡 41及外接插座 90, 其特征在于;
[82] 所述夹持架 83是由至少二个夹持件 831、 832、 二个固定件 84及多个紧固件 85 组合构成, 二个夹持件 831、 832的 U形相向交错吻合可是呈一长方形敞口内框, 夹持件 831、 832通过固定件 84的长条形孔 841可调校敞口内框空间距离, 容置且 可紧固一本以上的电纸书册 100, 所述二个夹持件 831、 832的内壁上分别设有 导电装置 306、 307 , 与含储存器的中央处理器电路板 40或 IC卡 41相连接, 并与 电纸书册 100的导电装置 306、 307是对应连接, 使夹持容置的电纸书册 100内的 电子数据可与连接的电子阅读器或外接的读卡装置互联共享, 所述二个夹持 件 831、 832的内壁上分别设有至少一个的磁铁块 304、 305 , 二个
夹持件 831、 832的内壁上设有的磁铁块是对应极性相反。
[83] 本发明有一应用方案, 是以一有内置电源的电纸书册为主书册, 叠合其他不带 电源的电纸书册为辅助书册, 使用者并可根据个人的需要, 叠合不同内容的电 纸书册, 通过外接的电子阅读器或读卡装置阅览相关资料, 并可在该电子档案 储存相关的背景文字、 图片、 声音及视频等资料。
[84] 尽管通过以上实施例对本发明进行了揭示, 但是本发明的范围并不局限于此, 在不偏离本发明构思的条件下, 以上各构件可用所属技术领域人员了解的相似 或等同元件来替换。

Claims

权利要求书
[1] 1、 一种具多本叠合夹持装置及可互连共享电子数据的电纸书册, 电纸书 册 (100) 包括有外封皮 (18) 连接的纸书本 (10) 、 含储存器的中央处理 器电路板 (40) 或 IC卡 (41) 及光电阅读装置 (20) , 其特征在于, 在所述外封皮 (18) 连接纸书本 (10) 之间设有一个书脊座 (30) , 该书 脊座与外封皮 (18) 相连接, 其一与纸书本书脊 (13) 的接触面 (301) 是 活动接触, 纸书本 (10) 的封面 (11) 和封底 (12) 分别与外封皮 (18) 的内面相连接;
所述纸书本是由多页的书页 (14) 装订成具有封面 (11) 、 封底 (12) 及 书脊 (13) 的书本, 书页 (14) 的页面上印有隐形代码 (141) ; 所述光电阅读装置 (20) 可把从电纸书册 (100) 的设置中获得分辨的数 据, 输送至含储存器的中央处理器电路板 (40) 或 IC卡 (41) 处理, 使 其内预置的相关内容可通过连接的电子阅读器或外接的读卡装置读出。
[2] 如权利要求 1所述的具多本叠合夹持装置及可互连共享电子数据的电纸书 册, 其特征在于,
所述书脊座 (30) 为条形块状体, 书脊座的体内装设有含储存器的中央处 理器电路板 (40) 或 IC卡 (41) 及 USB插座 (47) , 彼此相连接, 书脊座 与纸书本书脊 (13) 相邻的接触面 (301) , 形状相对应。
[3] 如权利要求 1所述的具多本叠合夹持装置及可互连共享电子数据的电纸书 册, 其特征在于,
在所述电纸书册 (100) 设有电子天线阵列式电路板 (42、 43) 及一可发 出固定频率信号的电磁波电路 (21) 构成的电子座标装置; 电子天线阵列式电路板 (42、 43) 是设有多个交错重叠的电子天线回路; 是由一金属线以 X轴方向, 而另一金属线则以 Y轴方向, 并与 X轴的方向形 成交叉方式而构成阵列式的天线回路;
电子天线阵列式电路板是可感应电磁波电路 (21) 发出的固定频率信号 , 该电子天线阵列式电路板 (42、 43) 排列的组合接口与含储存器的中央 处理器电路板 (40) 的 A/D部份或 IC卡 (41) 的 A/D部份作电子连接。
[4] 如权利要求 1所述的具多本叠合夹持装置及可互连共享电子数据的电纸书 册, 其特征在于,
所述书脊座 (30) 上与接触面 (301) 相邻的两个侧面 (302、 303) 分别设 有导电装置 (306、 307) , 导电装置 (306、 307) 与含储存器的中央处理 器电路板 (40) 或 IC卡 (41) 相连接。
[5] 如权利要求 1所述的具多本叠合夹持装置及可互连共享电子数据的电纸书 册, 其特征在于,
所述书脊座 (30) 上与接触面 (301) 相邻的两个侧面 (302、 303) 分别设 有至少一个与另一个书脊座连接用的磁铁块 (304、 305) , 两个磁铁块 (3 04、 305) 的极性相反。
[6] 如权利要求 3所述的具多本叠合夹持装置及可互连共享电子数据的电纸书 册, 其特征在于,
在所述的电子天线阵列式电路板 (42、 43) , 其与外封皮 (18) 连接的 一面, 涂有金属油层或设有金属薄膜 (45、 46) 。
[7] 如权利要求 1所述的具多本叠合夹持装置及可互连共享电子数据的电纸书 册, 其特征在于,
所述纸书本是由多页的书页 (14) 装订成具有封面 (11) 、 封底 (12) 及 书脊 (13) 的书本, 纸书本的书页 (14) 页面印有复个微小图像单元排列 构成的隐形代码 (141) , 纸书本的不同书页 (14) 分别印有不同规格的 隐形代码;
隐形代码 (141) 可是单一的几何图像、 阿拉伯数字、 罗马数字、 英文字 母、 文字等字符组合, 或是混合不同的字符组合, 微小符号单元微小至在 视觉上易忽略, 是以一荧光油墨绘制, 荧光油墨对红外线发射器的的红 外线具光学反应;
所述的书页 (14) 上可以不吸收红外光的油墨绘制印刷相关文字、 图案 等内容, 该等内容可与印有的隐形代码 (141) 重叠或不重叠。
[8] 如权利要求 1或 3所述的具多本叠合夹持装置及可互连共享电子数据的电纸 书册, 其特征在于, 所述光电阅读装置 (20) 是由光电装置 (22) 及电磁波电路 (21) 的组合 所述光电装置 (22) 包括有红外线发射器 (221) 与摄像器 (222) 及光电 转换电路 (223) , 摄像器 (222) 可摄取隐形代码 (141) 的回应影像, 光 电转换电路 (223) 把分辨的电子数据信号输送至含储存器的中央处理器 电路板 (40) 或 IC卡 (41) 处理;
电磁波电路 (21) 是可令电子天线阵列式电路板感应的一固定频率信号的 电路。
[9] 如权利要求 2所述的具多本叠合夹持装置及可互连共享电子数据的电纸书 册, 其特征在于,
所述书脊座 (30) 内设有电池座可装入电池 (60) , 在设置含储存器的中 央处理器电路板 (40) 或 IC卡 (41) 附加收发电路, 其内相关的电子数 据可与外部相关的电子阅读器或相关电路无线传送。
[10] 如权利要求 1所述的具多本叠合夹持装置及可互连共享电子数据的电纸书 册, 其特征在于,
所述可调式夹持装置 (80) 包括连接外封面 (81) 及外封底 (82) 的夹持 架 (83) , 其内设有含储存器的中央处理器电路板 (40) 或 IC卡 (41) 及 外接插座 (90) ;
所述夹持架 (83) 是由至少二个夹持件 (831、 832) 、 二个固定件 (84) 及多个紧固件 (85) 组合构成, 二个夹持件 (831、 832) 的 U形相向交错 吻合可是呈一长方形敞口内框, 夹持件 (831、 832) 通过固定件 (84) 的 长条形孔 (841) 可调校敞口内框空间距离, 容置且可紧固一本以上的电 纸书册 (100) ;
所述二个夹持件 (831、 832) 的内壁上分别设有导电装置 (306、 307) , 与含储存器的中央处理器电路板 (40) 或 IC卡 (41) 相连接, 并与电纸 书册 (100) 的导电装置 (306、 307) 是对应连接, 使夹持容置的电纸书 册 (100) 内的电子数据可与连接的电子阅读器或外接的读卡装置互联共 所述二个夹持件 (831、 832) 的内壁上分别设有至少一个的磁铁块 (304 、 305) , 二个夹持件 (831、 832) 的内壁上设有的磁铁块是对应极性相 反。
