客观的讲, 该电子坐标技术仅是一种平面坐标位置的识别技术, 并不 能确定识别是书册的哪一页, 科研人员虽然经过十多年的努力, 但该技术 的产品至今仍无法突破单一平面坐标位置的识别技术局限性, 在实际应用 时, 需在其电路设计增附选择页码的功能。
随着电子数码技术的快速发展和市场的需求, 有科研人员在原有条码 的光电阅读技术基础上, 衍生一新的二维码产品技术。
新的二维码是复个微小图像单元排列构成, 微小符号单元微小至在视 觉上易忽略, 是以一荧光油墨绘制, 荧光油墨对红外线发射器的红外线具 光学反应, 通过摄像器可摄取复个微小图像单元的回应影像, 光电转换电 路把分辨的数据信号输送至中央处理器处理为电子数据。
实际应用时, 在纸册内页不同的文字或插图范围旁边分别印加插有不 同的二维码, 再通过配套的光电装置对书册的文字或插图进行点选阅读(实 际是对二维码的识别), 达到 "e 纸结合" 的目标。
与电子坐标技术相比, 理论上二维码技术对书册的厚度与页数没有使 用限制, 但实际使用时, 基于其识别完全依靠文字或插图范围印旁边插有 的二维码, 二维码的码源是该技术能否有效发展的关键, 二维码电子阅读 产品的发展仍存在以下的缺点:
( 1 )二维码是由多个点组成的点矩阵, 称为二维码的基本单元, 摄取 二维码的基本单元是根据光电装置的 DPI和摄像器的大小确定, 颇受光电 装置的条件影响, 如二维码的码源数量是受到严重限制, 造成不同出版物 共用相同的二维码编码(一码多用), 致使阅读内容出现张冠李戴的混乱情 况。
( 2 )基于二维码的识别完全依靠文字或插图范围印旁边插有的二维 码, 所以
该技术的应用必须经相关的专业人士编辑、 打稿和印刷等处理, 即是使用 者只能接受, 二维码的技术应用相对使用者来讲是 "死" 码, 而不可改变 的被动使用。
因此, 相关产品在市场虽然经过多年的努力推广, 基于该等二维码技 术产品存在抑制性的技术条件限制, 只能应用在一些较低要求的刊物。 世界市场至今仍未能寻找出一种有效解决的技术, 可使传统纸介质的 产品与电子数码技术有效融合使用的技术, 导致传统纸媒和新电子媒介的 发展出现互相排斥的恶性对立。
为使传统平面介质的产品可与电子数码技术结合一体使用, 互补彼此 存在的不足, 世界相关的人员都在努力寻求好的方案; 如发明专利 ZL 03245337. X号 "智能交互式电子书系统" 、 发明专利 200410079216. 8号
"带 PDA的多面折叠式资料册"、发明专利 200510065313. 6号 "可装设 PDA 的多功能封皮装置" 、 发明专利 200510088377. 8号 "具有信息处理功能的 盲文书写装置" 、 发明专利申请 200710032394. 9号 "一种点读机" 等所公 开的技术, 它们均从某一角度解决了上述问题, 但仍有其特定的适用范围 和局限性。 发明内容
本发明涉及一种传统纸书册与电子阅读装置两种不同介质的阅读产品 结合使用的点读机。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种设置纸上视窗系统的点读机, 点 读机包括电子阅读板、 资料页及纸上视窗系统的组合, 其特征在于; 所述电子阅读板是由左板、 右板及连接件连接, 左板与右板通过连接 件转动开合, 张展的电子阅读板的表面可放置资料页,

所述光电装置是装有的红外线发射器与摄像器组合, 荧光油墨对 红外线发射器的红外线具光学反应, 摄像器可摄取资料页的隐形代码 的回应影像, 通过光电装置的光电转换电路把分辨的电子数据信号输 送至含储存器的中央处理器电路板或 IC卡处理。

本发明在公知的电子坐标技术和二维码技术的基础上, 创新一种构思 不同的 "纸上视窗系统" 的技术方案, 在完全同等的使用条件;
1、 可直接从不同的资料页中同时获取不同的数据, 不需再作选择 页数的使用操作。
2、 码源数量要比同等使用条件下的其他产品的码源数量增加数十、 数 百倍的效果(即是 "X轴数" 与 "Y轴数" 相乘的数量)。
3、 基于所需识别代码取样的数量要比其他同类产品的数量要少, 使隐 形代码的结构筒单化, 也即是码源数量增加。
4、 产品使用, 比其他同类的点读机产品更易于操作、 及快速地调出 其关联的档案。 附图说明

本发明提供一种设置纸上视窗系统的点读机, 点读机包括电子阅读 板 100、 资料页 14及纸上视窗系统的组合。
所述电子阅读板 100是由左板 11、 右板 12及连接件 13连接, 左板 11 与右板 12通过连接件 13转动开合, 张展的电子阅读板 100的表面可放置 资料页 14。
所述资料页 14的页面上印有隐形代码 141。
所述纸上视窗系统包括电子坐标电路、 光电装置 22及含储存器的 中央处理器电路板 40或 IC卡 41 , 电子坐标电路含有电子天线阵列式 电路板 42、 43和电磁波电路 21 , 光电装置 22装有红外线发射器 221 与摄像器 222的组合。
所述光电装置 22与电子坐标电路的电磁波电路 21构成点读装置 20, 点读装置 20可通过资料页页面的隐形代码及电子坐标电路获取不 同的数据, 传送至含储存器的中央处理器电路板 40或 IC卡 41处理为 电子档案的组合数据, 该组合数据通过连接的电子阅读产品调出相关 的内容阅览。
所述的电子阅读产品, 包括具电子阅读功能的电脑、 手持式电子阅读 器、 电子学习机、 掌上电脑、 MP4、 手机及电视机等产品。 所述资料页 14的页面可印有隐形代码 14 1 , 是以荧光油墨绘制。 所述隐形代码 141是由复个微小符号单元排列的组合, 不同的复
元微小至在视觉上易忽略, 微小符号单元可是单独的阿拉伯数字、 罗 马数字、 英文字母、 文字及几何图像等字符, 或是混合不同的字符组 合。
同时, 资料页印刷的内容是以不吸收红外光的油墨绘制, 其内容 包括文字、 图案等, 该等印刷的内容可与印有的隐形代码 141重叠或 不重叠, 由于微小符号单元微小至在视觉上易忽略, 因此不会影响到 阅览资料页印刷的内容等。
避免重码使用, 而导致的阅读内容出现张冠李戴的混乱情况, 不同的 资料页 14分别印有不同规格的隐形代码 141。
但根据特殊的应用需要和设计, 资料页 14上可印有不同规格的隐 形代码 141。
现有市场的点读机产品, 绝大部份的书册放置是没有设置定位机构, 打开壳体后, 形成放置书册书脊的书槽, 其宽度是固定的, 但是不同书册 的书脊厚度不同, 如图 1B所示, 书册书脊在点读机的书槽中会产生偏移, 或者书册书脊从书槽中脱出等问题, 引起书册内容与点读机的电子坐标电 路位置不对应, 导致点读机读出的内容跟电子阅读笔 21接触书册上的内容 不符, 给用户错误的指导。
基于该类产品的缺陷, 也有一些点读机产品在放置书册书脊的书槽上 设有定位机构, 其工艺制造复杂, 也仅是局部解决书册的定位问题, 但对 于不同厚度书册的变化则是没有改善。
基于申请人专利 200820210181.0号 "内置坐标电路装置及配有数据代 码印刷页的电纸书" 的技术。
本发明提供一种解决有效的书册定位技术。
所述电子阅读板 100的左板 11及右板 12分别是板状体。
所述电子阅读板 100的左板 11及右板 12的相邻边缘 111、 121分别设 有至少一个的磁铁块 304、 305, 设有的磁铁块 304、 305极性是对应相反。
如图 2A、 图 2B及图 2C所示, 左板 11与右板 12的磁铁块异性相吸特 性, 可以紧缩左板 11与右板 12的夹持空间 1001距离, 与书册书脊自然紧 贴, 有效地解决了书册书脊在点读机的书槽中发生偏移或者从书槽中脱出 的问题, 使点读机的定位更加准确, 提高点读机点选内容的准确率。

连接件的材料可采用带柔性的材料制作。
所述多页的资料页 14装订成书册 140, 书册的封套是一柔性的外 封皮 1400, 外封皮 1400与书册 140连接之间设有书脊座 30, 该书脊 座与外封皮 1400相连 4 其一端与书册 140的外书脊 1403接触面 301 是活动接触, 外封皮 1400与书册 140的外书面 1401和外书底 1402分 别相连接。
所述书册的书脊 30的两个侧面上各设有至少一个磁铁块 304、 305, 两个磁铁块 304、 305的极性相反。
如图 2C所示, 其中一个重要的技术要点, 柔性的书脊 1 5克服了书册 资料页 14的不规则张展状态, 使资料页 14可以自然地张展在电子阅读板 的表面, 资料页 14相关内容与内置电子天线阵列式电路板能够保持稳定的 对应位置, 达到提升 X - Y轴坐标点的识别准确度。
书册的书脊内置含储存器的中央处理器电路板或 IC卡, 相邻的两个 侧面分别设有导电装置, 彼此相连接, 其与电子阅读板左板及右板相邻边 缘设有的导电装置对应相反, 因此两者对应连接使用时, 其内的数据可以 互连共享, 通过连接的电子阅读装置快速地读出。
所述书册 14 0内不同的资料页 1 4印有不同规格的隐形代码 141 , 是以荧光油墨绘制, 隐形代码 141是由复个微小符号单元排列的组 号, 微小符号单元微小至在视觉上易忽略。
同样, 书册 140内资料页印刷的内容是以不吸收红外光的油墨绘 制, 其内容包括文字、 图案等, 该等印刷的内容可与印有的隐形代码 141重叠或不重叠, 由于微小符号单元微小至在视觉上易忽略, 因此 不会影响到阅览资料页印刷的内容等。
参阅图 3D所示, 是一种没有书脊刊物的应用实施例, 电子阅读板 100 的左板 11及右板 12设有的磁铁块 304、 305极性是对应相反, 异性相吸, 可使左板 11与右板 12伸延成一紧密无隙的阅读平板, 使电子阅读板的板 面可支持大面积的资料页 (如报纸、 宣传单章等)使用。 交错重叠的电子天线回路; 是由一金属线以 X轴方向, 而另一金属线 则以 Y轴方向, 并与 X轴的方向形成交叉方式而构成阵列式的天线回 路, 电子天线阵列式电路板是可感应电磁波电路 21发出的固定频率信 号, 电子天线阵列式电路板排列的组合接口与含储存器的中央处理器 电路板 40的 A/D部份或 IC卡 41的 A/D部份相连接, 本实施例的电子 天线阵列式电路板采用柔性的导电薄膜, 也可以采用其它材料, 电子天线 阵列式电路板放置在电子阅读板 100内。
所述点读装置 20获取数据的点选, 可是电子坐标电路的某一坐标 点, 参阅图 4G所示, 资料页印有一图片 17, 本实施例是通过点读装置 20点选图片 17的 A坐标点, 设定为电子坐标位置数据, 同时读取资料 页的隐形代码 141作为页码的数据, 可组合成一电子档案的地址码。
具体地说, 假设点读装置 20识别的隐形代码 141为 Q00123页码, 通过电磁波电路 21点选相片 17的右下角为设定电子坐标位置, 25为 纵坐标数字, 25为横坐标数字, 相关的数据输送至含储存器的中央处 理器电路板 40或 IC卡 41处理组合为 00123025025, 设定与电子阅读 产品建立关联的新电子档案地址码。
或是在电子坐标电路拟定多个坐标点构成的区域范围内。
参图 4E所示, 使用者利用点读装置 20分别点选 "历史著名的发明 家" 相关文字的四边角 (即是 PI - P4点), 确认后;
连接的电子阅读产品将会显示对应范围的电子档案, 使用者可在该电 子档案存储相关的电子内容(如文字、 图像、 声音及视频等);
再经确认后, 将传送至含储存器的中央处理器电路板处理建立对应的 电子档案, 日后该电子档案的识别, 将是在 PI -P4的四点范围内。
所述光电装置 22是装有的红外线发射器 221与摄像器 222组合, 如图 4A、 图 4B及 4C所示, 荧光油墨对红外线发射器 221的红外线具光 学反应, 摄像器 222可摄取资料页 14的隐形代码 141的回应影像, 通 过光电装置的光电转换电路 23把分辨的电子数据信号输送至含储存 器的中央处理器电路板 40或 IC卡 41处理。
基于本发明点读装置 20的创新组合技术支持,有效地解决了原来电子 坐标技术及二维码技术的技术使用局限性, 点读装置 20可从资料页的页 面印有不同的隐形代码 141获取不同资料页的数据, 电磁波电路 21使电子 天线阵列式电路板 42、 43感应到点选的 X-Y坐标数据, 传送至含储存器 的中央处理器电路板或 IC卡处理为电子档案的组合数据,如图 4F所示。
另外, 传统的电子坐标电路使用条件是, 点读的资料页必须在小于电 子天线阵列式电路板面积范围, 但在实际应用中, 往往需要较大篇幅的附 图, 增加阅读内容的效果, 点读装置 20设置附有功能开关及输出电路 223, 功能开关是控制选择光电装置与电磁波电路是混合使用, 或是光电 装置单独使用、或是电磁波电路单独使用,从而满足某些特别阅读的需求。
所述电子阅读板 100的左板 11及右板 12的面积大小不一致, 大于 另一板面的突出板面 100a上装设有电子阅读设置 53, 如图 5A -图 5H 所示, 电子阅读板 100张开状态时, 使放置在电子阅读板 100的资料 页 14可与突出板面上装设有的电子阅读设置 53形成一体化的使用界 面。
一体化使用界面的优点, 结构筒单、 制造成本相对低、 不易损坏且方 便操作, 但体积大。
因此本发明提供另一类更易于携带的设计,
所述电子阅读板 100的左板 11及右板 12内设置可内藏在体内的拉 动式伸缩板 100b, 拉动式伸缩板 100b上装设有电子阅读设置 53, 如 图 6A及图 6B所示, 在电子阅读板 100张开状态时, 使放置在电子阅读 板 100的资料页 14可与拉出体内的拉动式伸缩板 100b上装设有的电 子阅读设置 53形成一体化的使用界面。
所述电子阅读板 100的左板 11及右板 12内设置可翻转藏在体内的 翻转式伸缩板 100c, 翻转式伸缩板 100c上装设有电子阅读设置 53, 如图 6C、 图 6D及图 7D所示, 在电子阅读板 100张开状态时, 使放置在 电子阅读板 100的资料页 14可与翻转延伸板体外的翻转式伸缩板 100 c 上装设有的电子阅读设置 53形成一体化的使用界面。 电子阅读设置包括电子阅读器 50、 发声装置 70及操作键 60等相 关的配件。
本发明可结合申请人其他的相关专利技术, 将会大大提升其效果; 如专利 200410015427. 5号 "多功能封面装置" 的技木 电子阅读器 50 是独立完整包装体, 内置完整的电子功能及可单独使用, 可随意拆装在电 子阅读板 100的框架上, 供独立使用。
如采用专利 2008200017623号 "可旋转的掌上电脑或数字音像机构的 封面装置" 的技术, 因而使电子阅读器 50是可旋转任意的角度浏览屏幕, 从而提升浏览的效果。
本发明的产品应用设计可以不带电源, 通过与外部兼容的电子阅读装 置的电连接操作,
如图 7B所示, 与附带电池座 512的电子阅读器 50配合使用。
如图 7C所示, 与内置电源 522的耳筒学习机 52配合使用。
如图 7D所示, 与专利 200510065313. 6号 "可装设 PDA的多功能封皮 装置" 技术的结合使用。
所述点读机内置电池, 如图 7A所示, 使其相关的数据资料可与外部相 关的电路或电子阅读装置作无线电传送。
结合专利 200510088377. 8号 "具有信息处理功能的盲文书写装置" 之 技术, 将有效地为全世界的盲人解决在书写盲文(点字)、 阅读盲文(摸字) 时, 可与聆听互动结合, 在相等的使用条件和效果, 使传统的盲文阅读刊 物的体积和重量均能减小和减轻 50 %以上, 易于携带和使用方便。
尽管通过以上实施例对本发明进行了揭示, 但是本发明的范围并不局 限于此, 在不偏离本发明构思的条件下, 以上各构件可用所属技术领域人 员了解的相似或等同元件来替换。

4、如权利要求 1所述的设置纸上视窗系统的点读机,其特征在于, 所述电子阅读板( 100 ) 的左板( 11 )及右板( 12 )分别是板状体, 所述电子阅读板(100 ) 的左板(11 )及右板(U ) 的相邻边缘(111、 121 )分别设有至少一个的磁铁块( 304、 305 ), 设有的磁铁块( 304、 305 ) 极性是对应相反。
5、如权利要求 1所述的设置纸上视窗系统的点读机,其特征在于, 所述电子阅读板( 100 ) 的左板( 11 )及右板( 12 )分别是板状体; 所述电子阅读板(100 ) 的左板(11 )及右板(U ) 的相邻边缘(111、 121 )分别设有分别设有导电装置( 306、 307 ), 设有的导电装置极性是对 应相反, 与含储存器的中央处理器电路板(40 )或 I C卡 (41 )相连接。
6、如权利要求 1所述的设置纸上视窗系统的点读机,其特征在于, 所述电子阅读板( 100 ) 的左板( 11 )及右板( 12 )分别是板状体, 左 板( 11 ) 与右板( 12 )通过连接件 ( 13 )转动开合;
所述电子阅读板(100 ) 的连接件(13 )具活动折叠结构。
7、如权利要求 1所述的设置纸上视窗系统的点读机,其特征在于, 所述多页的资料页 ( 14 )装订成书册( 140) , 书册的封套是一柔 性的外封皮 ( MOO) , 外封皮 ( MOO) 与书册 ( MO) 连接之间设有书 脊座( 30 ) , 该书脊座与外封皮( 1400 )相连接, 其一端与书册( 140) 的外书脊( MO3 )接触面 ( 301 ) 是活动接触, 外封皮 ( MOO) 与书册 ( 140 ) 的外书面 ( MOl ) 和外书底 ( MO2 ) 分别相连接;
所述书册的书脊 ( 30) 的两个侧面上各设有至少一个磁铁块( 304、 305 ), 两个磁铁块( 304、 305 ) 的极性相反。
所述书册( 140 ) 内不同的资料页 ( 14 ) 印有不同规格的隐形代码 ( 141 ) , 是以荧光油墨绘制, 隐形代码 ( 141 ) 是由复个微小符号单 元排列的组合, 不同的复个微小符号单元排列的组合可构成不同规格 的代码符号, 微小符号单元微小至在视觉上易忽略。
8、如权利要求 1所述的设置纸上视窗系统的点读机,其特征在于, 多个交错重叠的电子天线回路; 是由一金属线以 X轴方向, 而另一金 属线则以 Y轴方向, 并与 X轴的方向形成交叉方式而构成阵列式的天 线回路, 电子天线阵列式电路板是可感应电磁波电路 (21 ) 发出的固 定频率信号, 电子天线阵列式电路板排列的组合接口与含储存器的中 央处理器电路板 (40) 的 A/D部份或 IC卡 (41 ) 的 A/D部份相连接, 电子天线阵列式电路板放置在电子阅读板(100) 内。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的设置纸上视窗系统的点读机, 其特征在于, 所述点读装置 ( 20) 获取数据的点选, 可是电子坐标电路的某一坐 标点, 或是在电子坐标电路拟定多个坐标点构成的区域范围内。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的设置纸上视窗系统的点读机, 其特征在 于,
所述光电装置( 22 )是装有的红外线发射器( 221 )与摄像器( 222 ) 组合, 荧光油墨对红外线发射器( 221 ) 的红外线具光学反应, 摄像器 ( 222 ) 可摄取资料页 ( l 的隐形代码 ( Ml ) 的回应影像, 通过光 电装置的光电转换电路( 23) 把分辨的电子数据信号输送至含储存器 的中央处理器电路板 (40) 或 IC卡 (41 ) 处理。
11、 如权利要求 1所述的设置纸上视窗系统的点读机, 其特征在 于,
所述电子阅读板(100) 的左板(11 )及右板(12) 的面积大小不一 致, 大于另一板面的突出板面 ( 100a)上装设有电子阅读设置 ( 53) , 电子阅读板 ( 100) 张开状态时, 使放置在电子阅读板 ( 100) 的资料 页 ( 14 ) 可与突出板面上装设有的电子阅读设置 (53) 形成一体化的 使用界面。
12、 如权利要求 1所述的设置纸上视窗系统的点读机, 其特征在 于,
所述电子阅读板(100) 的左板(11 )及右板(U) 内设置可内藏在 体内的拉动式伸缩板 ( 100b) , 拉动式伸缩板 ( 100b) 上装设有电子 阅读设置 (53 ) , 在电子阅读板( 100 ) 张开状态时, 使放置在电子阅 读板( 100) 的资料页 ( l 可与拉出体内的拉动式伸缩板( 100b) 上 装设有的电子阅读设置 ( 53) 形成一体化的使用界面。
13、 如权利要求 1所述的设置纸上视窗系统的点读机, 其特征在 于,
所述电子阅读板(100) 的左板(11 )及右板(12) 内设置可翻转藏 在体内的翻转式伸缩板 ( 100c ) , 翻转式伸缩板 ( 100c ) 上装设有电 子阅读设置 ( 53 ) , 在电子阅读板( 100 ) 张开状态时, 使放置在电子 阅读板 ( 100 ) 的资料页 ( 14 ) 可与翻转延伸板体外的翻转式伸缩板 ( 100c ) 上装设有的电子阅读设置 (53 ) 形成一体化的使用界面。
