[2] 在现有技术中, 蒸汽熨斗通常包括熨斗本体, 位于所述熨斗本体内的蒸汽发生 装置。 该蒸汽发生装置包括水箱、 与所述水箱连接的水泵、 与所述水泵连接的 汽化室、 位于所述熨斗本体底部的蒸汽出口、 以及位于所述汽化室内的加热管 。 其工作过程是这样的: 水泵将水箱内的水送入到汽化室, 加热管对水进行加 热产生蒸汽从熨斗本体底部的蒸汽出口喷出。 使用者在使用熨斗过程中经常需 要将熨斗竖立放置, 而此吋一般不会切断水泵电源, 这就造成了电能的浪费, 亦存在安全隐患。
[3] 另外, 现有技术中蒸汽熨斗的温度及大都釆用机械式温度计, 温度误差较大, 容易烫坏衣物。

[6] 与现有技术相比较, 由于本实用新型增设与所述蒸汽发生装置电连接的一动作 感应装置, 当使用者使用熨斗吋, 动作感应装置可将动作信号传给蒸汽发生装 置, 从而蒸汽发生装置开始工作; 而当熨斗被静置吋, 由于没有动作信号传给 动作感应装置, 蒸汽发生装置不工作, 即可省电又可以保证安全。 附图说明

[11] 请参照图 1至图 3, 为本实用新型蒸汽熨斗的一较佳实施例, 该蒸汽熨斗包括熨 斗本体 1, 位于所述熨斗本体 1内的蒸汽发生装置 2, 还包括与所述蒸汽发生装置 2电连接的一动作感应装置 3。 这样, 由于本实施例增设与所述蒸汽发生装置 2电 连接的一动作感应装置 3, 当使用者使用熨斗吋, 动作感应装置可将动作信号传 给蒸汽发生装置 2, 从而蒸汽发生装置 2开始工作; 而当熨斗被静置吋, 由于没 有动作信号传给动作感应装置 3, 蒸汽发生装置 2不工作, 即可省电又可以保证 安全。 以下分别对上述各组成部分作详细介绍。
[12] 所述动作感应装置 3包括一动作感应开关或动作感应器 31以及一信号处理器 32 , 所述信号处理器 32的一端电连接所述动作感应开关或动作感应器 31, 另一端 电连接所述蒸汽发生装置 2。 所述动作感应开关或动作感应器 31可釆用钟摆式微 型惯性传感器。 当使用者操作熨斗吋, 钟摆式指针即发生摆动, 即动作感应开 关或动作感应器 31可发出一动作信号至蒸汽发生装置 2, 从而使蒸汽发生装置 2 开始工作。 当熨斗被静置吋, 由于没有动作信号, 蒸汽发生装置 2不工作。 所述 熨斗本体 1包括一握把 11, 握把 11具有圆柱状空间, 为使所述动作感应装置 3更 灵敏地感受动作信号, 所述动作感应装置 3被设在所述握把 11的圆柱状空间内。 当然, 所述动作感应装置 3还可以设置于熨斗本体 1内的其它位置, 甚至可以位 于熨斗本体 1外部。
[13] 所述蒸汽发生装置 2包括水箱 21、 与所述水箱 21连接的水泵 22、 与所述水泵 22 连接的汽化室 23、 位于所述熨斗本体 1底部的蒸汽出口 24、 以及位于所述汽化室 23内的加热管 25。 动作感应开关或动作感应器 31发出的动作信号可控制电源 4的 通断进而控制水泵 22的起停。 所述蒸汽发生装置 2其他部分的结构和工作原理与 现有技术中蒸汽发生装置相同, 在此不作赞述。
[14] 为实现对蒸汽温度的精确控制, 避免蒸汽烫坏衣物, 在所述汽化室 23内设有温 度传感器 (图中未示出) 。

[1] 一种蒸汽熨斗, 包括熨斗本体, 位于所述熨斗本体内的蒸汽发生装置, 其 特征在于, 还包括与所述蒸汽发生装置电连接的一动作感应装置。
[2] 如权利要求 1所述的蒸汽熨斗, 其特征在于, 所述动作感应装置包括一动作 感应开关或动作感应器, 以及一信号处理器, 所述信号处理器的一端电连 接所述动作感应开关, 另一端电连接所述蒸汽发生装置。
[3] 如权利要求 1所述的蒸汽熨斗, 其特征在于, 所述动作感应装置位于所述熨 斗本体内。
[4] 如权利要求 1所述的蒸汽熨斗, 其特征在于, 所述蒸汽发生装置包括水箱、 与所述水箱连接的水泵、 与所述水泵连接的汽化室、 位于所述熨斗本体底 部的蒸汽出口、 以及位于所述汽化室内的加热管。
[5] 如权利要求 4所述的蒸汽熨斗, 其特征在于, 所述汽化室内设有温度传感器
