技术领域
[1] 本发明有关一种卫浴用品， 特别是指一种兼具龙头功能的花洒结构。
背景技术
[2] 现在家庭浴室内， 几乎都是单独配备花洒及龙头。 花洒是连接热水器作为淋浴 使用， 而龙头多是连接进水管安装于面盆上使用。 花洒由热水器为其供应热水 ， 但是面盆上的龙头未必有热水供应。 这吋， 人们往往会从花洒上取用热水， 而花洒的出水面积和出水角度较大， 因此在取用热水吋会存在不便。
发明内容
[3] 本发明的目的是提供一种兼具龙头功能的花洒结构， 充分利用浴室资源以达满 足人们使用的需求。
[4] 为实现上述目的， 本发明的解决方案是： 一种兼具龙头功能的花洒结构， 其中
： 包括一出水本体及一手持柄； 出水本体上设有花洒出水装置及龙头出水口， 在本体中设有两独立的水路分别连接花洒出水装置及龙头出水口； 手持柄中设 有进水腔； 出水本体与手持柄密封的枢接在一起， 出水本体相对手持柄转动令 手持柄的进水腔连通出水本体的其中一水路。
[5] 所述的出水本体是通过轴向连接件枢接在手持柄上。
[6] 所述的出水本体是通过径向连接件枢接在手持柄上。
[7] 所述的出水本体与手持柄为柱形， 花洒出水装置与龙头出水口分别设有出水本 体两侧。
[8] 所述的出水本体与手持柄的接触面为斜面， 出水本体与手持柄在同一轴线上吋
， 进水腔与花洒出水装置的水路相通； 出水本体与手持柄相对转动 180度吋， 进 水腔与龙头出水口的水路相通， 且龙头出水口的出水方向朝下。
[9] 釆用上述方案后， 本发明将花洒由可以相对转动的出水本体及手持柄两部份构 成， 并同吋在出水本体上花洒出水装置及龙头出水口的独立设置， 使得该花洒 在不作淋浴使用吋， 通过转动出水本体令其切换变身为龙头， 并置于面盆上实 现龙头出水功能， 对于面盆不供热水的用户来说， 该花洒可便利的取用热水器 的热水资源， 以方便使用者灵活使用的需求， 令单一产品的花洒附于多功能的 特点， 可以充分利用浴室资源又可节省卫浴部品的配备。

具体实施方式
[14] 如图 1、 2所示， 本发明兼具龙头功能的花洒结构的实施例 1， 其由出水本体 1与 手持柄 2构成， 二者构成一柱体；
[15] 其中出水本体 1的两侧分别设有花洒出水装置 3及龙头出水口 4， 而在出水本体 1 中设有两条独立水路 11、 12分别连接花洒出水装置 3及龙头出水口 4; 出水本体 的下端面形成为斜面， 在此斜面的中心垂直斜面设有一凸柱 13; 水路 11的进水 口位于斜面的下部， 而水路 12的进水口位于斜面的上部， 即分别位于凸柱 13的 两侧。
[16] 手持柄 2中设有进水腔 21， 对应上述出水本体 1的斜面， 该手持柄 2的上端面亦 形成为斜面， 在此斜面的中心垂直斜面凹设有一沉槽 24， 在此沉槽 24的背面的 手持柄 2的侧壁上形成有缺槽 23; 另在斜面的下部设有出水口， 出水口周缘设有 配合密封垫 6， 在进水腔 21上部形成一倾斜的进水管 22以连接进水腔 21与出水口
[17] 出水本体 1与手持柄 2组合吋， 二者的斜面是相对的配合在一起， 即出水本体 1 的凸柱 13伸置于手持柄 2的沉槽 24中， 一栓件 5从手持柄 2的缺槽 23伸入穿过沉槽 24及凸柱 13以将出水本体 1与手持柄 2枢接在一起。
[18] 如图 1所示， 本发明当出水本体 1水路 11的进水口位于手持柄 2斜面的下部吋， 出水本体 1与手持柄 2构成一柱形的花洒， 即该水路 11是与手持柄 2的进水腔 21相 通， 此吋水流是进入花洒出水装置 3， 以作淋浴吋的花洒， 实现普通花洒功能。
[19] 如图 2所示， 当将出水本体 1以其凸柱 13为轴心相对手持柄 2旋转 180度后， 出水 本体 1的水路 12是与手持柄 2的进水腔 21相通， 与此同吋出水本体 1会相对手持柄 2形成有夹角， 龙头出水口 4的方向是朝下的， 水流是从水路 12而进入龙头出水 口 4， 此吋的花洒已切换为一龙头， 将该手持柄 2置于面盆上即实现龙头出水的 功能。
[20] 当然， 本发明的出水本体 1与手持柄 2的枢接方式有多种， 不仅局限于上述的轴 向枢接。
[21] 如图 3、 4所示为本发明的实施例 2， 其同样由出水本体 1与手持柄 2枢接而成， 出水本体 1的两侧分别设有花洒出水装置 3及龙头出水口 4， 在出水本体 1中设有 两条独立水路 11、 12分别连接花洒出水装置 3及龙头出水口 4; 出水本体的下端 面形成为弧形。
[22] 手持柄 2中设有进水腔 21。
[23] 出水本体 1与手持柄 2组合吋， 二者是由栓件 5'径向枢接在一起， 当将出水本体 1与手持柄 2扳至同一轴线上吋， 手持柄 2的进水腔 21是与出水本体 1的水路 11相 通， 出水本体 1的花洒出水装置 3出水， 此吋本发明是作淋浴吋的花洒， 实现普 通花洒功能。
[24] 如图 4所示， 当将出水本体 1以其栓件 5'为轴心相对手持柄 2旋转一定夹角后， 可通过在出水本体 1与手持柄 2上设置标识来辨别旋转的角度， 令出水本体 1的水 路 12与手持柄 2的进水腔 21相通， 龙头出水口 4的方向是朝下， 水流是从水路 12 进入龙头出水口 4， 此吋的花洒已切换为一龙头， 将该手持柄 2置于面盆上即实 现龙头出水的功能。
工业实用性
[25] 本发明花洒由可以相对转动的出水本体 1及手持柄 2两部份构成， 并同吋在出水 本体 1上花洒出水装置 3及龙头出水口 4的独立设置， 使得该花洒在不作淋浴使用 吋， 通过转动出水本体 1令其切换变身为龙头， 并置于面盆上实现龙头出水功能 ， 对于面盆不供热水的用户来说， 该花洒可便利的取用热水器的热水资源， 以 方便使用者灵活使用的需求， 令单一产品的花洒赋予多功能的特点， 可以充分 利用浴室资源又可节省卫浴部品的配备， 具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims

权利要求书
[1] 一种兼具龙头功能的花洒结构， 其特征在于： 包括一出水本体及一手持柄
； 出水本体上设有花洒出水装置及龙头出水口， 在本体中设有两独立的水 路分别连接花洒出水装置及龙头出水口； 手持柄中设有进水腔； 出水本体 与手持柄密封的枢接在一起， 出水本体相对手持柄转动 /旋转令手持柄的进 水腔连通出水本体的其中一水路。
[2] 如权利要求 1所述的兼具龙头功能的花洒结构， 其特征在于： 出水本体是通 过轴向连接件枢接在手持柄上。
[3] 如权利要求 1所述的兼具龙头功能的花洒结构， 其特征在于： 出水本体是通 过径向连接件枢接在手持柄上。
[4] 如权利要求 1所述的兼具龙头功能的花洒结构， 其特征在于： 出水本体与手 持柄为柱形， 花洒出水装置与龙头出水口分别设有出水本体两侧。
[5] 如权利要求 2所述的兼具龙头功能的花洒结构， 其特征在于： 出水本体与手 持柄的接触面为斜面， 通过凸柱轴向枢接， 出水本体与手持柄在同一轴线 上吋， 进水腔与花洒出水装置的水路相通； 出水本体与手持柄相对转动 180 度吋， 进水腔与龙头出水口的水路相通， 且龙头出水口的出水方向朝下。
[6] 如权利要求 3所述的兼具龙头功能的花洒结构， 其特征在于： 出水本体的下 端面形成为弧形， 出水本体与手持柄通过栓件径向枢接， 出水本体与手持 柄扳至同一轴线上吋， 进水腔与花洒出水装置的水路相通； 当将出水本体 以其栓件为轴心相对手持柄旋转一定夹角后， 进水腔与龙头出水口的水路 相通， 龙头出水口的方向是朝下。
