Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可供选择的旋转式喷雾器,其具有一根设置有轴向入口与径向出口的轴杆,以及一个在轴杆上径向出口的区域安装的旋转式本体;旋转式本体具有至少两个径向出口,这两个径向出口可以选择性地在喷雾器的打开位置与轴杆的径向出口对齐,以及在关闭位置时与轴杆的径向出口偏离。
背景技术
此类的旋转式喷雾器可应用于不同场合,最重要的是在农业中的应用。在此领域内,公知有管状的弓架结构,其连接到可移动的、装着多个喷雾器的箱,这些喷头把箱内的处理液喷洒到庄稼上。
这些喷雾器具有一根轴杆,其具有一个轴向口与径向出口,轴向口与所述弓架结构流体连通且机械连接,在径向出口上安装了一个具有两个径向出口的旋转式本体,这两个径向出口可以选择性地与轴杆的径向出口相对以提供不同类型的喷雾,或相对轴杆的径向出口偏移一角度使喷雾器处于关闭的位置。
因为在这种类型的应用中,当回路中的压力降低且旋转式本体处于打开的位置时需要防止开关的滴液,所以通常每个喷雾器都在轴杆的轴向入口和径向出口之间配备一个防滴阀。
公知的喷雾器通常具有各种缺点,其中突出的缺点是它们的机械复杂程度以及由此带来的昂贵造价,还有其密封装置的不可靠性以及把密封装置保持在想要的位置上的不可靠性,并且必须拆卸喷雾器以更换轴杆与旋转式本体之间所必需的密封。
现有开关还存在进一步的问题,那就是当因为密封件磨损从而引起摩擦减小时,旋转式本体逐渐失去相对于轴杆定位的功能。此外,在常规喷雾器的防滴阀中使用一种薄膜系统,这种薄膜系统不但显著地增加了喷雾器的机械复杂程度以及总造价,而且还存在薄膜破裂的危险。
发明内容
本发明的可供选择的旋转式喷雾器属于上述的第一种喷雾器,也就是说,其包括:
具有一个轴向入口与径向出口的一根轴杆;
具有两个径向出口的旋转式本体;
安装于根轴杆与旋转式本体之间的密封装置;以及可选的
一个防滴阀;
本发明的可供选择的旋转式喷雾器的结构具有以下特点:减少了形成该喷雾器的部件的数目,从而减少了制造成本,防止了轴杆与旋转式本体之间的渗漏现象,可以随意地选择用紧固或摩擦力来防止不利的旋转式本体的转动。
依据发明,该可供选择的旋转式喷雾器包括:
一根轴杆,在具有径向出口的相应端有一个截头圆锥形部分,其向轴杆的自由端方向变粗,用来容纳于旋转式本体的中心腔内,在轴杆相对的一端有一个螺纹部分以连接防滴阀,将要喷洒的液体到达其内部;
一个围绕轴杆截头圆锥形部分安装的环形密封件,其具有:一个截头圆锥形的内表面,其与轴杆的截头圆锥形部分完全接触;两个朝向旋转式本体径向出口的径向孔;容纳于旋转式本体中心腔的凹部内的尾部,以防止环形密封件在所述中心腔内的转动,保证环形密封件的径向孔对着旋转式本体的径向出口。
一个安装在旋转式本体上的锁紧螺帽,其与环形密封件一起形成轴杆相对于旋转式本体的密封及保持装置。
环形密封件与具有所述截头圆锥形部分的轴杆的组合使用形成了一种非常简单的构造方案,其具有明显的优点,例如,仅仅通过所述的环形密封件以及锁紧螺帽就可以完成轴杆相对于旋转式本体的保持;由于密封件的锥度方向,通过液体本身的压力效应,改善了密封件的水封性能;可以仅通过作用于锁紧螺帽来调整密封件的压力使其能防止渗漏;或者延长了密封件的使用寿命,因为与轴杆的接触面积很大,所以磨损几乎是可以忽略不计的,而且还可以校正由于环形密封件磨损而引起的摩擦损失。
依据本发明,旋转式本体中心腔的内部具有一个圆柱形的腔,以容纳环形密封件,同时还有带螺纹的内部,用于安装所述环形密封件的锁紧螺帽,从而,当所述的螺帽锁紧时,它受到一个压应力,增大了由于其内表面与外表面分别紧靠相对的轴杆与旋转式本体中心腔的表面所施加的压力。
依据本发明,安装在喷雾器轴杆的轴向入口上的防滴阀包括一个主体,其具有一个入口部分、一个出口部分以及两个径向排列的同心管状尾部,这两个同心管状尾部的一端相连,相对的另一端与入口部分与出口部分相连。
所述防滴阀还包括:一个可移动本体,其安装在外部管状尾部的内部,中心部设置一个与内管状尾部一端相对的密封件;一个通过螺纹安装于外部管状尾部端部的封盖;以及一根弹簧,通过其两端挤靠封盖内表面与可移动本体的后表面,推压密封件紧靠防滴阀的内部管状尾部。
考虑到在喷雾器组装后,轴杆的径向出口始终位于旋转式本体的内部,希望在轴杆的外部可以看到的位置处设置一个凹痕或者印记,其指示所述径向出口的角坐标,从而,使用者可以方便地把旋转式本体调节到需要的关闭或打开的位置。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,可供选择的旋转式喷雾器包括:一根轴杆1、一个旋转式本体2、一个环形密封件3、一个锁紧螺帽4以及一个防滴阀5。
轴杆1的一端有轴向入口11以及螺纹部分12,相对的一端有径向出口13和截头圆锥形部分14,轴杆1的中间区域有一个凹痕或者印记15,其指示径向出口13的角坐标。
旋转式本体2具有中心腔21以及两个径向出口22、23,当所述本体2围绕所述轴杆旋转时,这两个径向出口可以选择性地与轴杆1的径向出口13对齐,从而使喷雾器位于两个可选打开位置中的任一位置。旋转式本体2的中心腔21内有带螺纹的内部24,以组装锁紧螺帽4;旋转式本体的下端具有两个径对的凹部25,以防止环形密封件3在本体内转动。
环形密封件3具有:截头圆锥形的内表面31,其与轴杆1的截头圆锥形部分14完全接触;两个朝向旋转式本体2的径向出口22、23的径向孔32、33;以及容纳于旋转式本体2中心腔21的凹部25内的下尾部(appendices)34,以防止密封件在所述中心腔内的转动,从而保证环形密封件的径向孔32、33对着旋转式本体的径向出口22、23。
如附图所示,当螺帽4拧紧时,其从正面压紧环形密封件3,籍此后者通过其内、外表面作用紧靠轴杆1的截头圆锥形部分14以及旋转式本体的中心腔21。从而一方面保证了轴杆1与旋转式本体2之间没有渗漏,另一方面保证了轴杆1不能从旋转式本体2中脱出,原因是截头圆锥形表面14与31之间的推顶式定位(counterposition)以及锁紧螺帽4压紧环形密封件3。
连在轴杆1螺纹部分12上的防滴阀5包括一个主体,其具有入口部分51、出口部分52以及两个同心的外部和内部管状尾部53、54。
外部和内部管状尾部53和54的一端彼此相连,它们的相对端与入口51和出口52连通。
外部管状尾部53的内部安装了一个可移动的本体55,该本体55具有朝向内管尾部54端部安放的密封件56。
所述密封件56通过弹簧57的作用推压紧靠内管尾部54的端部,弹簧的末端挤靠封盖58和可移动本体55的后表面,封盖通过螺纹安装于外管尾部53的端部。
所述防滴阀5通过弹簧57的作用保持密闭,除非将要喷出液体其作用于可移动本体55正面的压力能产生一个足以克服所述弹簧57阻力的力从而打开防滴阀5。可移动本体55具有至少一个O形环,以在其与外部管状本体53之间形成密封,进一步防止液体的渗漏。
在充分描述了本发明及其优选实施例的特征之后,还需要指出的是,在不改变下文中提出权利要求的本发明的主要特征的情况下,可以改变所述元件的材料、尺寸、形状以及布置。
Claims (3)
1.一种可供选择的旋转式喷雾器,其包括:一根具有彼此流体连通的轴向口(11)以及径向出口(13)的轴杆(1);一个具有两个径向出口(22、23)的旋转式本体2,所述的两个径向出口可以选择性地与轴杆(1)的径向出口(13)相对以提供不同类型的喷雾,或者相对于径向出口(13)偏转一定角度这样使喷雾器处于关闭位置;以及安装在轴杆(1)与旋转式本体(2)之间的密封装置,特征在于其包括:
一根轴杆(1),在具有径向出口(13)的相应端有一个截头圆锥形部分(14),该截头圆锥形部分沿轴杆(1)的自由端方向变粗并用来容放于旋转式本体(2)的中心腔(21)内;在轴杆相对的一端有一个螺纹部分(12),用于将轴杆直接地或者通过一个防滴阀(5)可选地连接到流体分配装置,这样将要喷洒的液体到达其内部;
一个围绕轴杆(1)的截头圆锥形部分(14)安装的环形密封件(3),其具有:一个截头圆锥形的内表面(31),其与轴杆(1)的截头圆锥形部分(14)完全接触;两个朝向旋转式本体(2)径向出口(22、23)的径向孔(32、33);容纳于旋转式本体(2)中心腔(21)的凹部(25)内的尾部(34),以防止环形密封件(3)在所述中心腔(21)内的转动并保证环形密封件(3)的径向孔(32、33)对着旋转式本体的径向出口(22、23),
一个安装在旋转式本体(2)上的锁紧螺帽(4),其与环形密封件(3)一起形成轴杆(1)相对于旋转式本体(2)的密封及保持装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的喷雾器,其特征在于:旋转式本体(2)的中心腔(21)具有一个带螺纹的内部(24),以安装环形密封件(3)的锁紧螺帽(4),且在旋转式本体的下端具有两个径对的凹部(25),以容纳环形密封件的尾部(34)。
3.如权利要求1所述的喷雾器,其特征在于:防滴阀(5)包括一个主体,该主体具有一个入口部分(51)、一个出口部分(52)以及两个径向排列的同心管状尾部(53、54),这两个同心管状尾部的一端相连,相对的另一端分别与入口部分(51)和出口部分(52)相连;所述阀(5)还包括:一个可移动本体(55),其安装在外管状尾部(53)的内部并且中心处有一个与内部管状尾部(54)的所述端相对的密封件(56),一个通过螺纹安装于外部管状尾部(54)所述端部的封盖(58),以及一个弹簧(57),其通过两端挤靠封盖(58)的内表面以及可移动本体(55)的后表面,推压密封件(56)使其紧靠防滴阀的内部管状尾部(54)。
