Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen neuen Verbundwerkstoff, umfassend a) eine Matrix A aus mindestens einem eine thermische Leitfähigkeit von >50 W/mK aufweisendem Metall aus der Gruppe Al, Mg, Cu, Ag, Ni, Cr, Co, Nb, Ta, W, Mo, Si, Fe und/oder aus einem Metall mit einem thermischen Ausdehnungskoeffizienten von < 10 ppm/K, aus der Gruppe Ti, Cr, Nb, Ta, W, Mo, Si, b) einen Füllstoff B auf Basis einer der Modifikationen von Kohlenstoff und c) einen Zusatzstoff C, nämlich Metall-Boride und/oder elementares Bor, Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung und die Verwendung des neuen Werkstoffes.
