Abstract

본 발명은 시스토비루스 phi6의 외피막 단백질 (major envelope protein) P9을 융합파트너로 포함하는 막 단백질 발현벡터, 이 발현벡터로 형질전환된 세포 및 이 세포를 이용하여 막 단백질을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 발현벡터를 이용하면 목적 막 단백질을 효과적으로 발현시킬 수 있다.
