A surface that in the past had to be adapted to the size of adjacent concrete molds, now can undergo a reverse process, being adaptable to any sur- face size, thus generating a better utilization of the entire area to be built.

Nevertheless, the mould can be constructed in both male-female and male-male types. Where a male-engagement structure is used, the difference resides in the need of removing a burr associated with said engagement to reveal it entirely.

  • Said orientation guide 90 guides the cutting of the mould into a correct position, thereby avoiding that an operator destroys the mold by an inaccurate cutting.
  • Said engagement structure is preferably built in order to travel longitudinally over the concrete mould length. Nevertheless, alternatively it is provided a concrete mold having an engagement structure transversely traveling over the concrete mold length, thus increasing its suitability to any surface type.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un moule pour béton (10) qui comprend : une première surface (20); une seconde surface (30) opposée à la première surface (20); une structure alvéolaire (35) qui relie la première et la seconde surface (20, 30); et une structure de solidarisation (80) disposée à l'intérieur dudit moule pour béton (10); la structure alvéolaire (35) précitée comprenant une zone de fixation (50) dotée d'une configuration conique qui lui permet de recevoir un élément de fixation (60). En outre, l'une ou l'autre de la première et de la seconde surface (20, 30) peut comporter un guide d'orientation de coupe (90) correspondant à l'emplacement de la structure de solidarisation (80) et l'autre des surfaces précitées (20, 30), un guide d'orientation supplémentaire (70) correspondant à l'emplacement de la zone de fixation (50).
