しかし、硬貨包装紙として紙を用いた場合には、中身が見えないため、硬貨が確実に重積されているか否かの確認や、金種が何であるかの確認がしづらいという問題があった。このため、一部が透明化された硬貨包装紙を用いて硬貨包装を行う技術が提案されている。たとえば、特許文献1には、硬貨包装紙の一部に対して薬剤やワックスによる透明化処理を施すことで、棒金の中身を見えるようにする技術が開示されている。
しかしながら、特許文献1の技術を用いた場合には、硬貨包装紙を加工する手間や、硬貨包装紙自体のコストがかさむという問題がある。このため、棒金を生成する際の、ランニングコストが上昇してしまう。
また、硬貨包装紙として紙を用いた場合には、上記した巻き代が長すぎると巻き込みが不十分で「かしめられない」部分が残ってしまったり、逆に巻き代が短すぎると十分に「かしめる」ことができずに硬貨がこぼれ落ちたりするため、硬貨の金種が変わるたびに幅が異なる硬貨包装紙に交換する必要があった。このため、硬貨包装装置の使い勝手が悪いものとなってしまっていた。
これらのことから、金種ごとに硬貨包装紙を交換することなく、中身の確認が可能な棒金を低コストで生成することができる硬貨包装装置、硬貨包装方法、あるいは、硬貨包装紙をいかにして実現するかが大きな課題となっている。
本発明は、上述した従来技術の課題を解決するためになされたものであり、金種ごとに硬貨包装紙を交換することなく、中身の確認が可能な棒金を低コストで生成することができる硬貨包装装置、硬貨包装方法および硬貨包装紙を提供することを目的とする。
上述した課題を解決し、目的を達成するために、本発明は、重積硬貨を包装する硬貨包装装置であって、粘状叩解したパルプを原料とする紙をロール状に巻回した包装ロール紙を前記重積硬貨の周面に対して巻き付ける巻回手段と、前記巻回手段によって巻き付けられた前記包装ロール紙の後続部分を切断する切断手段と、前記切断手段によって前記重積硬貨に巻回された状態で切断された紙片が当該重積硬貨の重積方向に突出した部分である巻き代を当該重積硬貨の両端近傍に設けられたかしめ鉤で前記両端に対してそれぞれかしめるかしめ手段とを備えたことを特徴とする。
また、本発明は、上記の発明において、前記巻き代の前記重積方向における総幅は、硬貨径を単位面積あたりの重量を示す坪量で除した値を前記巻き代の前記総幅に変換する際に乗じる係数を64以下とすることで算出されたものであることを特徴とする。
また、本発明は、上記の発明において、前記巻き代の前記重積方向における総幅は、硬貨径を単位面積あたりの重量を示す坪量で除した値を前記巻き代の前記総幅に変換する際に乗じる係数を24以上とすることで算出されたものであることを特徴とする。
また、本発明は、上記の発明において、前記包装ロール紙は、各金種に対応する金種識別マークを、巻き方向について各金種に対応するピッチ幅でそれぞれ付加したものであることを特徴とする。
また、本発明は、上記の発明において、前記包装ロール紙は、各金種に対応する金種識別マークを少なくとも2分割した第1の分割マーク群と第2の分割マーク群とを、巻き方向について各金種に対応するピッチ幅で交互にそれぞれ付加したものであることを特徴とする。
また、本発明は、上記の発明において、前記巻回手段は、前記紙片の巻回回数が2以上である前記周面の区間を設けつつ該区間よりも巻回回数が1少ない前記周面の区間を設けるように、前記包装ロール紙の巻回回数を調整することを特徴とする。
また、本発明は、上記の発明において、前記巻き代の前記重積方向における総幅は、硬貨径を単位面積あたりの重量を示す坪量で除した値を前記巻き代の前記総幅に変換する際に乗じる係数を77以下とすることで算出されたものであることを特徴とする。

また、本発明は、重積硬貨を包装する硬貨包装方法であって、粘状叩解したパルプを原料とする紙をロール状に巻回した包装ロール紙を前記重積硬貨の周面に対して巻き付ける巻回工程と、前記巻回工程によって巻き付けられた前記包装ロール紙の後続部分を切断する切断工程と、前記切断工程によって前記重積硬貨に巻回された状態で切断された紙片が当該重積硬貨の重積方向に突出した長さの和である巻き代を当該重積硬貨の両端近傍に設けられたかしめ鉤で前記両端に対してそれぞれかしめるかしめ工程とを含んだことを特徴とする。
また、本発明は、重積硬貨の周面を巻回したうえで前記重積硬貨の重積方向に突出した部分である巻き代がそれぞれかしめられることで前記重積硬貨を包装する硬貨包装紙であって、材質が粘状叩解したパルプを原料とする紙であることを特徴とする。
本発明によれば、粘状叩解したパルプを原料とする紙をロール状に巻回した包装ロール紙を重積硬貨の周面に対して巻き付け、巻き付けられた包装ロール紙の後続部分を切断し、重積硬貨に巻回された状態で切断された紙片が重積硬貨の重積方向に突出した部分である巻き代を重積硬貨の両端近傍に設けられたかしめ鉤で両端に対してそれぞれかしめることとしたので、硬貨包装紙として粘状叩解したパルプを原料とする紙、すなわち、半透明な紙を用いることで、金種ごとに硬貨包装紙を交換することなく、中身の確認が可能な棒金を低コストで生成することができるという効果を奏する。
また、本発明によれば、巻き代の重積方向における総幅は、硬貨径を単位面積あたりの重量を示す坪量で除した値を巻き代の総幅に変換する際に乗じる係数を64以下とすることで算出されたものであることとしたので、巻き代が長すぎることを防止することで巻き代を確実に「かしめる」ことができるとともに、硬貨包装紙を交換することなくあらゆる金種に対応することができるという効果を奏する。
また、本発明によれば、巻き代の重積方向における総幅は、硬貨径を単位面積あたりの重量を示す坪量で除した値を巻き代の総幅に変換する際に乗じる係数を24以上とすることで算出されたものであることとしたので、巻き代が短すぎることを防止することで巻き代を十分に「かしめる」ことができるとともに、硬貨包装紙を交換することなくあらゆる金種に対応することができるという効果を奏する。
また、本発明によれば、包装ロール紙は、各金種に対応する金種識別マークを、巻き方向について各金種に対応するピッチ幅でそれぞれ付加したものであることとしたので、半透明な紙に金種識別マークを付加することで、最表面のマークと、最表面から透けて見えるマークとの重なり具合から、棒金の金種を外部から視認することができるという効果を奏する。
また、本発明によれば、包装ロール紙は、各金種に対応する金種識別マークを少なくとも2分割した第1の分割マーク群および第2の分割マーク群を、巻き方向について各金種に対応するピッチ幅で交互にそれぞれ付加したものであることとしたので、半透明な紙に少なくとも2分割した金種識別マークを付加することで、最表面の分割マーク群と、最表面から透けて見える分割マーク群との重なり具合から、棒金の金種を外部から視認することができるという効果を奏する。
また、本発明によれば、紙片の巻回回数が2以上である周面の区間を設けつつこの区間よりも巻回回数が1少ない周面の区間を設けるように、包装ロール紙の巻回回数を調整することとしたので、棒金の外周の一部に、巻回回数が1少ない部分を設けることで、棒金の金種を外部から視認することができるという効果を奏する。
また、本発明によれば、巻き代の重積方向における総幅は、硬貨径を単位面積あたりの重量を示す坪量で除した値を巻き代の総幅に変換する際に乗じる係数を77以下とすることで算出されたものであることとしたので、巻回回数が1または2となるように包装した場合に、巻き代の強度を十分に保つことができるという効果を奏する。
また、本発明によれば、紙片を介して重積硬貨の周面に到達する光量が、紙片がない場合の光量の50%以上となるように、すなわち、透明度が50%以上となるように、包装ロール紙の巻回回数を調整することとしたので、透明度が50%以上の部分があるように巻回回数を調整することで、棒金の金種を外部から視認することができるという効果を奏する。
また、本発明によれば、巻き付けられた包装ロール紙の終端部分が重積硬貨の重積方向における中央部分でくの字型に凹んだ状態となるように後続部分を切断することとしたので、棒金の中身を確認可能な半透明ゾーンをくの字型にすることで、棒金の円周方向における向きにかかわらず半透明ゾーンの一部を視認することができるという効果を奏する。また、最表面の包装紙がめくれにくいという効果を奏する。

以下に、添付図面を参照して、本発明に係る硬貨包装装置、硬貨包装方法および硬貨包装紙の好適な実施例を詳細に説明する。なお、以下では、本発明に係る硬貨包装手法の概要について図1を用いて説明した後に、本発明に係る硬貨包装手法を適用した硬貨包装装置の実施例について説明することとする。
まず、本発明に係る硬貨包装手法の概要について図1を用いて説明する。図1は、本発明に係る硬貨包装手法の概要を示す図である。同図に示すように、本発明に係る硬貨包装手法では、ロール状の包装紙1を、重積硬貨2の円周方向に巻き付ける(巻回する)ことで棒金3を生成するが、包装紙1として粘状叩解(ねんじょうこうかい)したパルプを原料とする紙を用いる点に主たる特徴がある。
ここで、粘状叩解したパルプを原料とする紙とは、紙パルプを十分に叩(たた)いて粘状としたうえで抄(す)いた紙のことを指し、紙の繊維が均一に分布しており、また、繊維と繊維との間の空気層が少ないため半透明かつ強度が高いという特徴を有する。この粘状叩解したパルプを原料とする紙としては、トレーシングペーパなどがあるが、以下では、トレーシングペーパを硬貨包装紙として用いる場合について説明することとする。
このように、本発明に係る硬貨包装手法では、硬貨包装紙として半透明紙(トレーシングペーパ)を使用することとしたうえで(同図の(1)参照)、包装紙1を重積硬貨2に対して巻回する際の巻回回数を調整することで棒金3の側面に視認部を形成することとした(同図の(2)参照)。
すなわち、包装紙1として高強度かつ半透明なトレーシングペーパを用いつつ、トレーシングペーパが半透明であることを利用して、棒金3の側面から重積硬貨2の金種の確認ができる視認部を形成することとした。したがって、金種ごとに包装紙1を交換することなく、中身の確認が可能な棒金3を低コストで生成することができる。
以下では、上記した本発明に係る硬貨包装手法を適用した硬貨包装装置の実施例について説明する。
図2は、本実施例に係る硬貨包装装置10の構成を示すブロック図である。なお、同図では、硬貨包装装置10の特徴を説明するために必要な構成要素のみを示しており、包装対象となる硬貨の投入機構や搬送機構といった一般的な構成要素については記載を省略している。
同図に示すように、硬貨包装装置10は、硬貨集積部11と、包装紙供給部12と、硬貨包装部13と、入力部14と、制御部15と、記憶部16とを備えている。また、制御部15は、金種決定部15aと、巻回回数調整部15bとをさらに備えており、記憶部16は、包装情報16aを記憶する。
硬貨集積部11は、同一金種の硬貨を所定枚数(たとえば、25枚や50枚)ごとに、硬貨面同士が重なるように積み上げる機構であり、重積された硬貨、すなわち、重積硬貨2を硬貨包装部13へ提供する。
包装紙供給部12は、トレーシングペーパをロール状に巻き込んだロール紙(包装紙1)を格納するとともに、包装紙1を繰り出して硬貨包装部13へ供給する機構である。ここで、包装紙1の幅は、あらゆる金種に対応するようにあらかじめ算出されたものを用いる。
また、トレーシングペーパの坪量(単位面積あたりの重量)は、60~85g/m2のものを用いる。上記した坪量のトレーシングペーパを用いることで、包装後の強度を保つことができるとともに、あらゆる金種の包装に対応することができる。
なお、包装紙1の幅から重積硬貨2の高さを差し引いた値である「巻き代」は、所定の計算式で算出されたものが用いられるが、この点については、図4を用いて後述することとする。
硬貨包装部13は、硬貨集積部11から提供された重積硬貨2に対して包装紙供給部12から供給された包装紙1を所定回数だけ巻回し、後続の包装紙1を切断したうえで、重積硬貨2の重積方向にはみ出した包装紙1の両部分を「かしめる」ことで、棒金3を生成する機構である。
また、硬貨包装部13は、制御部15の巻回回数調整部15bから金種ごとの巻回回数についての指示を受け取り、受け取った指示に応じて巻回回数を変更することで硬貨を包装する。
ここで、硬貨集積部11、包装紙供給部12および硬貨包装部13の構成例について図3を用いて説明しておく。図3は、硬貨集積部11、包装紙供給部12および硬貨包装部13の構成例を示す図である。
同図に示すように、硬貨集積部11は、対向配置された一対のベルト11a間に硬貨を導入して突起11bで支えるとともに、硬貨が導入されるたびに突起11bの位置を下降させていくことで、一対のベルト11a間に所定枚数の重積硬貨2を集積する。
包装紙供給部12は、ロール状の包装紙1を、給紙ローラ12aで硬貨包装部13に向けて繰り出すとともに、カッタ12bで所定の長さに切断する。ここで、カッタ12bは、包装紙1の幅方向に対して「く」の字型の形状を有しており、繰り出される包装紙1を、両端部分よりも中央部分が凸状となる「く」の字型になるように切断する。
硬貨包装部13は、硬貨集積部11から受け取った重積硬貨2を、図示しない案内機構によって複数本の包装ローラ13a間に導き、各包装ローラ13aで重積硬貨2を挟み込んで回転させながら、包装紙供給部12から供給された包装紙1を重積硬貨2の周面に巻き付ける。そして、上下の巻込鉤13bで包装紙1の上下縁を巻き込んで「かしめる」ことで棒金3を生成する。
図2の説明に戻り、入力部14について説明する。入力部14は、タッチパネルディスプレイやテンキーなどの入力デバイスで構成され、包装対象となる硬貨の金種を入力させる処理を行う。また、入力部14は、入力された金種を制御部15の金種決定部15aへ通知する処理を併せて行う。
なお、本実施例では、入力部14を介して包装対象となる硬貨の金種を取得する場合について示したが、硬貨の金種を判別する光学センサや磁気センサといったセンサによって金種を判別することとしてもよい。
制御部15は、入力部14から受け取った金種に基づいて記憶部16の包装情報16aを検索することで、当該金種に対応する巻回回数を取得し、取得した巻回回数を硬貨包装部13に対して指示する処理を行う処理部である。
金種決定部15aは、入力部14から受け取った金種に基づいて記憶部16の包装情報16aを検索し、当該金種に対応する巻回回数を取得する処理部である。そして、金種決定部15aは、取得した巻回回数を巻回回数調整部15bへ出力する処理を併せて行う。巻回回数調整部15bは、金種決定部15aから受け取った巻回回数で重積硬貨2を包装するように硬貨包装部13に対して指示する処理を行う処理部である。
記憶部16は、メモリやハードディスクドライブといった記憶デバイスであり、包装情報16aを記憶する。包装情報16aは、硬貨の金種ごとに、重積硬貨2の周面に対して包装紙1を巻き付ける際の巻回回数を定義した情報である。なお、硬貨の金種ごとに、重積硬貨2の周面に対して巻き付ける包装紙1の紙片の長さ(カッタ12bで切断される紙片の長さ)を定義しておくこととしてもよい。
次に、包装紙1のサイズと重積硬貨2のサイズとの関係について図4を用いて説明する。図4は、包装紙1のサイズと重積硬貨2のサイズとの関係を示す図である。同図に示すように、包装紙1の幅を「W」、重積硬貨2の周面に巻き付けられる紙片の長さを「L」、重積硬貨2の高さを「T」とする。
この場合、重積硬貨2の重積方向にはみ出す包装紙1の片側の幅(巻き代)を「w」とすると、wは式「w=(W―T)/2」であらわされる。また、硬貨径(硬貨の直径)を「D」とし、包装紙1の単位面積あたりの重量(坪量)を「A」とすると、巻き代(w)は、式「w=k×D/A」であらわされる。ここで、坪量の単位は「g/m2」を、硬貨径などの長さの単位は「mm」を、それぞれ使用するものとする。
ここで、kは、係数であり、「24≦k≦64」の値をとる。なお、係数kの数値範囲(24≦k≦64)は、実際に棒金3を生成する実験を繰り返し、強度が十分な棒金3を生成することができる数値範囲として導出したものである。
このように、係数kが、「24≦k≦64」となるように包装紙1の坪量を選定することで、あらゆる金種の硬貨に対して同一の包装紙1を用いることができる。この場合、両側の幅を等しくする必要はなく、片側が「k=64」、他の側が「k=24」のように異なる値となっても構わない。なお、巻回回数が1または2となるように巻回回数を調整する場合には(後述する図5参照)、係数kの上限値を64から20%増やした77とすることができる。このようにすることで、巻回回数が2以下である場合であっても、かしめ部(図1参照)の強度を十分に保つことができる。
なお、同図に示す「α」は、図3に示したカッタ12bで包装紙1を切断する際の切断面と紙端とがなす角度である。角度αを調整する際には、カッタ12bを交換することで対応することになる。角度αを調整することで、「く」の字型の視認部の形状を変更することができる。また、紙片の長さ「L」は、金種および巻回回数に応じて長さに調整されることになる。
次に、巻回回数調整の一例について図5を用いて説明する。図5は、巻回回数調整の一例を示す図である。なお、同図の(1)には、重積硬貨2に包装紙1aを巻き付ける様子を重積硬貨2の硬貨面から見た図を、同図の(2)には、巻回回数調整によって生成された棒金3を、それぞれ示している。また、図5では、最大巻回回数を2回としつつ、巻回回数が1回である部分を設けるように巻回回数調整を行う場合について示している。
同図の(1)に示したように、包装紙1aは、同図のS点から巻回が開始され、同図のE点まで重積硬貨2に巻き付けられる。ここで、S点とE点とで挟まれた周回部分(図1の「視認部」参照)は、包装紙1aの巻回回数が1回である。このため、同図の51に示した方向からは、半透明の包装紙1aを介して重積硬貨2の周面を見ることができる。
また、同図の(2)に示したように、1回巻部分は、「く」の字型の形状であるので、1回巻部分が重積方向に直線形状である場合と比べ、棒金3の側面部分の円周方向について広い範囲に視認部が分布されることになる。したがって、棒金3が横置きの状態で収容された場合であっても棒金3の金種を視認しやすい。
なお、本実施例では、最大巻回回数を2回としつつ巻回回数が1回少ない視認部を設ける場合について説明したが、最大巻回回数を2回に限定する必要はなく、巻回回数が1回少ない視認部から包装硬貨が視認できれば、最大巻回回数を3回以上としてもよい。
ところで、これまでは、包装紙1として半透明な紙であるトレーシングペーパを用いつつ、巻回回数を調整することで、棒金3の側面部分に視認部を設ける場合について説明してきたが、トレーシングペーパが半透明であることを利用しつつ、金種識別マークを設けることで、棒金3の金種を認知させることとしてもよい。そこで、以下では、包装紙1に金種識別マークを付加する場合について説明することとする。
図6は、包装紙1に印字するマークの一例を示す図である。なお、同図の(1)には、金種ごとに異なるピッチ幅で印字されたマークを、同図の(2)には、同図の(1)に示した包装紙1を巻回することで生成された棒金3を、それぞれ示している。
同図の(1)に示したように、たとえば、金種が1円であることを示すマークを上下に2分割し、上半分の分割マーク61aと、下半分の分割マーク61bとをピッチ幅「P1」で包装紙1に対して印字する。
ここで、ピッチ幅「P1」は、硬貨の直径を「D」、紙の厚みを「T」、「N」を棒金表面一周あたりのマークの数とすると、式「P1=π×(D+1.5×T)/N」であらわされる。ここで、「N」としては、3以上の値とすることが好ましい。なお、「N」を3とした場合には、棒金表面一周あたり3カ所の合致したマーク(たとえば、62aおよび62b)あらわれることになる。
同様に、包装対象となる金種について、硬貨の直径に応じて異なるピッチ幅で、同図に示す重積方向に分割マーク印字する。なお、同図には、ピッチ幅「P2」で、金種が10円であることを示すマークを上下に2分割した上半分の分割マーク62aと、下半分の分割マーク62bとをさらに印字した場合について示している。なお、ピッチ幅「P2」についても、P1と同様に、式「P2=π×(D+1.5×T)/N」であらわされる。
このように、各金種に対応するピッチ幅でそれぞれ分割マークを印字すると、同図の(2)に示したように、棒金3の金種に合致する分割マークのみが合致する。具体的には、最表面の包装紙1に印字された分割マークと、最表面から透けて見える1巻少ない部分の分割マークとが合致する。一方、その他の金種についての分割マークは合致しないので、合致した分割マークに対応する金種が棒金3の中身であることがわかる。
なお、図6では、金種識別マークを上下に2分割した分割マークが各金種に対応するピッチ幅で印字された包装紙1について示したが、包装紙1に印字するマークを図6に示したものとは異なるものとしてもよい。そこで、図7では、包装紙1に印字するマークの変形例について説明する。
図7は、包装紙に印字するマークの変形例を示す図である。同図の(1)に示したのは、金種を示すマークを左右に2分割し、左半分の分割マーク71aと、右半分の分割マーク71bとをピッチ幅「P1」で包装紙1に対して印字した場合である。このように、金種識別マークの分割は上下方向、左右方向、その他の任意の方向とすることができる。
また、同図の(2)に示したのは、金種を示すマークを分割することなく、各金種に対応するピッチ幅で包装紙1に対して印字した場合である。同図では、マーク72をピッチ幅「P1」で、マーク73をピッチ幅「P2」で、それぞれ印字している。なお、マーク72が1円に対応し、マーク73が10円に対応しているものとする。
この場合、棒金3における最表面のマークと、最表面から透けて見える1巻少ない部分のマークとが重なってみえる金種が、棒金3の中身であることがわかる。なお、同図の(2)では、金種と対応付けた記号を印字する場合について示したが、「1」や「10」といった文字を金種識別マークとして用いることとしてもよい。
また、分割されたマークは群として2つに分かれていればよい。たとえば、2個の模様からなる分割マークAと、3個の模様からなる分割マークBとが合体して1つの模様(マーク)となるように構成してもよい。
上述してきたように、本実施例では、粘状叩解したパルプを原料とする紙をロール状に巻回した包装ロール紙を重積硬貨の周面に対して巻き付け、巻き付けられた包装ロール紙の後続部分を切断し、重積硬貨に巻回された状態で切断された紙片が重積硬貨の重積方向に突出した部分である巻き代を重積硬貨の両端近傍に設けられたかしめ鉤で両端に対してそれぞれかしめるように硬貨包装装置を構成した。
したがって、硬貨包装紙として粘状叩解したパルプを原料とする紙、すなわち、半透明な紙を用いることで、金種ごとに硬貨包装紙を交換することなく、中身の確認が可能な棒金を低コストで生成することができる。
なお、上述した実施例では、最大巻回回数を2回としつつ巻回回数が1回少ない視認部を設けることとし、視認部から包装硬貨が確認できるようにした。これは、一般に市販されているトレーシングペーパを用いると、2巻回では透明度(紙片を介して重積硬貨の周面に到達する光量を、紙片がない場合の光量で除した値)が50%以下になることが多いためである。
すなわち、市販のトレーシングペーパの場合、紙の表面に凹凸があるため、2回巻すると重なり合う紙と紙との間に空気の層ができてしまい、紙が重なり合った部分の透明度が悪くなってしまう。しかし、たとえば、トレーシングペーパの表面を平面に近づける加工を行うことで、紙が重なり合った部分の透明度を向上させ、これによって最大巻回回数を増やすことも可能である。
たとえば、かかる加工としては、トレーシングペーパに対してアクリル樹脂印刷を施す加工、いわゆるニス付けと呼ばれる加工、トレーシングペーパの表面に加熱処理や加圧処理を施す加工、いわゆるカレンダー処理と呼ばれる加工などがある。
上記した加工を行うこととすれば、一般に市販されているトレーシングペーパの表面に存在する凹凸を少なくすることができ、巻回時に重なり合う部分の密着度を高めることで屈折率変化が少なくなる。したがって、巻回したトレーシングペーパの透明度を向上させることが可能となる。このようにすることで、最大巻回回数を3回以上とした場合であっても、巻回回数が1回少ない視認部から包装硬貨を確認することができる。
以上のように、本発明に係る硬貨包装装置、硬貨包装方法および硬貨包装紙は、金種ごとに硬貨包装紙を交換することなく硬貨包装を行いたい場合に有用であり、特に、中身の確認が可能な棒金を低コストで生成したい場合に適している。
Claims (11)
- 重積硬貨を包装する硬貨包装装置であって、
粘状叩解したパルプを原料とする紙をロール状に巻回した包装ロール紙を前記重積硬貨の周面に対して巻き付ける巻回手段と、
前記巻回手段によって巻き付けられた前記包装ロール紙の後続部分を切断する切断手段と、
前記切断手段によって前記重積硬貨に巻回された状態で切断された紙片が当該重積硬貨の重積方向に突出した部分である巻き代を当該重積硬貨の両端近傍に設けられたかしめ鉤で前記両端に対してそれぞれかしめるかしめ手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする硬貨包装装置。 - 前記巻き代の前記重積方向における総幅は、
硬貨径を単位面積あたりの重量を示す坪量で除した値を前記巻き代の前記総幅に変換する際に乗じる係数を64以下とすることで算出されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硬貨包装装置。 - 前記巻き代の前記重積方向における総幅は、
硬貨径を単位面積あたりの重量を示す坪量で除した値を前記巻き代の前記総幅に変換する際に乗じる係数を24以上とすることで算出されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硬貨包装装置。 - 前記包装ロール紙は、
各金種に対応する金種識別マークを、巻き方向について各金種に対応するピッチ幅でそれぞれ付加したものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硬貨包装装置。 - 前記包装ロール紙は、
各金種に対応する金種識別マークを少なくとも2分割した第1の分割マーク群と第2の分割マーク群とを、巻き方向について各金種に対応するピッチ幅で交互にそれぞれ付加したものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硬貨包装装置。 - 前記巻回手段は、
前記紙片の巻回回数が2以上である前記周面の区間を設けつつ該区間よりも巻回回数が1少ない前記周面の区間を設けるように、前記包装ロール紙の巻回回数を調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硬貨包装装置。 - 前記巻き代の前記重積方向における総幅は、
硬貨径を単位面積あたりの重量を示す坪量で除した値を前記巻き代の前記総幅に変換する際に乗じる係数を77以下とすることで算出されたものであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の硬貨包装装置。 - 前記巻回手段は、
前記紙片を介して前記重積硬貨の周面に到達する光量が、前記紙片がない場合の光量の50%以上となるように、前記包装ロール紙の巻回回数を調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硬貨包装装置。 - 前記切断手段は、
前記巻回手段によって巻き付けられた前記包装ロール紙の終端部分が前記重積硬貨の重積方向における中央部分でくの字型に凹んだ状態となるように前記後続部分を切断することを特徴とする請求項6、7または8に記載の硬貨包装装置。 - 重積硬貨を包装する硬貨包装方法であって、
粘状叩解したパルプを原料とする紙をロール状に巻回した包装ロール紙を前記重積硬貨の周面に対して巻き付ける巻回工程と、
前記巻回工程によって巻き付けられた前記包装ロール紙の後続部分を切断する切断工程と、
前記切断工程によって前記重積硬貨に巻回された状態で切断された紙片が当該重積硬貨の重積方向に突出した長さの和である巻き代を当該重積硬貨の両端近傍に設けられたかしめ鉤で前記両端に対してそれぞれかしめるかしめ工程と
を含んだことを特徴とする硬貨包装方法。 - 重積硬貨の周面を巻回したうえで前記重積硬貨の重積方向に突出した部分である巻き代がそれぞれかしめられることで前記重積硬貨を包装する硬貨包装紙であって、
材質が粘状叩解したパルプを原料とする紙であることを特徴とする硬貨包装紙。
