Abstract

 チタン酸リチウムと導電性助剤と繊維状炭素とを混合し、次いで前記混合で得られたものと結晶性活性炭とバインダーとを混合して、チタン酸リチウム二次粒子の表面に導電性助剤および繊維状炭素が付着したものと、結晶性活性炭と、バインダーとを含有する合剤を得る。該合剤を成形して負極層を得る。次いでこの負極層と結晶性活性炭を含む正極層とを第4級オニウム塩およびリチウム塩を含む電解液に浸し、電気化学キャパシタを組み立てる。
