図1は本発明の実施の形態1におけるネットワークの構成の一例を示した図である。ホームネットワーク1は、携帯端末10、コンテンツ提供装置11~13及び、WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network)ルータ14で構成される。携帯端末10は、WLANデバイスを搭載し、WLANルータに接続可能であり、また、UPnP AVコントロール機能を搭載している。また、コンテンツ提供装置A11及び、コンテンツ提供装置B12、コンテンツ提供装置C13は、UPnP AVデバイス機能を搭載しており、コンテンツ提供装置C13はUPnP AVコントロール機能も搭載する。なお、本実施の形態1は、コンテンツ提供装置A11が管理するコンテンツを携帯端末10がダウンロードして管理する例を挙げて説明する。
次に、本発明の実施の形態2について図面を用いて説明する。
実施の形態2のネットワーク構成は実施の形態1で示した図1と同様である。実施の形態2は、実施の形態1の構成に対して、携帯端末10がコンテンツ提供装置A11からコンテンツをダウンロードするのではなく、携帯端末10がUPnP AVデバイス機能を搭載し、コンテンツ提供装置B12からコンテンツがアップロードされる点が異なり、その他の構成および処理動作は同様である。上記実施の形態1で説明した構成および処理動作と同様の構成および処理動作には同一の符号を付して、その説明を省略する。
制御部104からコンテンツデータ取得完了通知を受信したコンテンツ管理処理部204は、制御部104からコンテンツ記憶部103に存在するフォルダの一覧を取得する(ステップS221)。
次に、本発明の実施形態3について図面を用いて説明する。
本実施の形態3のネットワーク構成を図10に示す。図10に示すように、本実施の形態3においては、実施の形態1、2で説明したホームネットワーク1に加えて、ホームネットワーク1は、さらにインターネット2経由で他のユーザの携帯端末A24、他のユーザのデスクトップPC25などに接続されていてもよい。
また、上述した実施の形態1~3では、コンテンツ提供装置が所有者識別情報をDDD又はSDDの情報要素やコンテンツ一覧情報の情報要素として提供しているが、これに限定されない。例えば、コンテンツ提供装置のDDD又はSDDを取得した後、携帯端末がコンテンツ提供装置に所有者識別情報を要求して、その応答として所有者識別情報を取得してもよい。
Claims (6)
- ネットワークを介してコンテンツ提供装置からコンテンツを取得する携帯端末において、
ネットワークに接続した際に、デバイス検索処理を実施して前記ネットワーク上の前記コンテンツ提供装置を検出し、前記コンテンツ提供装置の所有者識別情報を取得する所有者識別情報取得部と、
前記所有者識別情報と所有者情報とを関連づけて記憶する所有者情報記憶部と、
前記コンテンツ提供装置からコンテンツを取得するコンテンツ取得部と、
前記コンテンツ取得部の取得したコンテンツを記憶するコンテンツ記憶部と、
前記コンテンツ提供装置からコンテンツを取得した場合に、前記所有者識別情報取得部の取得した前記コンテンツ提供装置の所有者識別情報と、前記所有者情報記憶部に記憶されている所有者識別情報及び所有者情報とを参照して、前記コンテンツ提供装置の所有者情報を判別し、前記コンテンツ取得部で取得したコンテンツと判別した前記所有者情報とを関連付けて前記コンテンツ記憶部に記憶させるコンテンツ管理処理部と、を備える携帯端末。 - 前記コンテンツ管理処理部は、前記コンテンツ記憶部に、前記コンテンツ提供装置の前記所有者情報に対応するフォルダを作成させ、取得したコンテンツを前記所有者情報に対応するフォルダに記憶させる請求項1に記載の携帯端末。
- コンテンツを閲覧した後、前記コンテンツの閲覧状態、評価又は感想を、前記コンテンツと関連付けられた前記所有者情報に対応する前記コンテンツ提供装置に通知する通知処理部を備える請求項1又は請求項2に記載の携帯端末。
- ネットワークを介して携帯端末へコンテンツを提供するコンテンツ提供装置において、
コンテンツを記憶するコンテンツ記憶部と、
自機器の所有者識別情報を記憶する所有者情報管理部と、
携帯端末からの所有者識別情報要求を受信した場合に自機器の所有者識別情報を送信し、携帯端末からのコンテンツ転送要求を受信した場合にコンテンツ転送要求をした携帯端末にコンテンツを送信する無線通信部と、を備えるコンテンツ提供装置。 - ネットワークを介してコンテンツ提供装置から取得したコンテンツを管理するコンテンツ管理方法において、
ネットワークに接続した際に、デバイス検索処理を実施して前記ネットワーク上の前記コンテンツ提供装置を検出し、前記コンテンツ提供装置の所有者識別情報を取得し、
前記所有者識別情報と所有者情報とを関連づけて記憶し、
前記コンテンツ提供装置からコンテンツを取得し、
前記コンテンツ提供装置からコンテンツを取得した場合に、取得した前記コンテンツ提供装置の所有者識別情報と、記憶されている所有者識別情報及び所有者情報とを参照して、前記コンテンツ提供装置の所有者情報を判別し、前記コンテンツ取得部で取得したコンテンツと判別した前記所有者情報とを関連付けて前記コンテンツ記憶部に記憶させるコンテンツ管理方法。 - ネットワークを介して携帯端末へコンテンツを提供するコンテンツ提供方法において、
コンテンツ及び自機器の所有者識別情報を記憶し、
携帯端末からの所有者識別情報要求を受信した場合に自機器の所有者識別情報を送信し、携帯端末からのコンテンツ転送要求を受信した場合にコンテンツ転送要求をした携帯端末にコンテンツを送信するコンテンツ提供方法。
