Definitions
- the present invention relates to a wastewater treatment apparatus, and more particularly, to a wastewater treatment apparatus having a multilayer filter biofiltration process.
- the biofiltration process is a process that performs a filtration function at the same time as the biological treatment and shows an excellent treatment efficiency, and can obtain a stable treatment efficiency at a high organic matter and a hydraulic load compared to the floating process. This is because the microorganisms are attached to the media and are not washed out during hydraulic load, and the amount of solids in the media is 1.0 to 4.0 kg / m 3 , thereby securing microorganisms at a high concentration.
- the solids concentration in the media is 3,000 ⁇ 5,000mg / L, which is similar to the solids concentration of 3,500mg / L in the reaction tank of the floating process, but mostly consists of active microorganisms. Compared to 2 to 3 times the activity. For this reason, it is possible to reduce the site of the biofiltration process with the site requirement about 1/2 to 1/3 of the floating process.
- Figure 1 shows a general one-stage monolayer biofiltration process.
- Single-layer biofiltration processes require frequent backwashing due to rapid head loss at high solids loads.
- a solids loading of available is the difficulty in operating if it exceeds about 3 ⁇ 4kgSS / m 3 / d properly if the operating to be performed to the one-degree backwash daily, and the solids concentration in the wastewater flowing into the biological filter paper 100mg / l to Can cause.
- concentration of solids in the influent is increased, backwashing should be frequent. If the backwashing is frequent, the operation of the process is frequently interrupted, the backwashing quantity increases, and the treatment efficiency decreases due to excessive detachment of microorganisms attached to the media.
- Figure 2 shows a two-stage monolayer biofiltration process disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 0817882. It has two stages, so it is possible to obtain better water quality and to implement various operating methods, but when the solid load increases, head loss occurs higher than the head loss generated in the single stage single layer biofiltration process.
- the filter volume (V) required to remove contaminants is the same in the first stage biofiltration process and the second stage biofiltration process, but in the first stage biofiltration process, the filter depth (H) is divided in half and the lower portion (H / 2) is anaerobic condition.
- the filtration rate LV is the flow rate / filtration area (Q / A).
- the media volume of the two-stage biofiltration process to treat the same wastewater is the same as that of the one-stage biofiltration process, but the filter media is divided into two papers, so the media volume of one paper is 1/2 of the first-stage biofiltration paper.
- V 1st stage (Anoxic) + V 2nd stage (expiration) V / 2 + V / 2
- the depth of the mediation of the anaerobic tank and the aerobic tank is H, so that the area of the first stage of the two-stage biological filter paper is 1/2 of the area of the first-stage biological filter paper.
- the filter volume of the first stage (anoxic) of the two-stage biofilter is the same as that of the lower stage (anoxic) of the first-stage biofilter, but the required filter paper area is 1/2 the depth of the filter media. It means to be.
- the filtration rate is doubled.
- the solids load of the first filter paper of the two-monofil filter increased twice.
- the two-stage multilayer filter-monolayer filter biofiltration process as shown in FIG. 4 was invented (Korea Patent Registration No. 0794336).
- head loss is rapidly progressed by chemical sludge (solid) formed, which has the advantage of multilayer biofiltration process that can prevent head loss.
- chemical sludge solid
- the media consists of two layers, and the multi-layer structure is impossible.
- arranging the media in multiple layers such as large, medium, and small, can minimize the head loss and ensure excellent water quality.
- the duration of the filtration can be extended, reducing backwash water and further reducing operating costs.
- the present invention has been made to solve the above problems and take advantage of the multilayer filter biofiltration process, while having the advantages of obtaining excellent water quality by the two-stage biofiltration process, and the advantages of the multilayer filter biofiltration process, It is to provide a wastewater treatment apparatus for performing a biofiltration process that can solve the head loss problem in a two-stage multilayer filter-monolayer filter biofiltration process.
- a multi-layered biofiltration process of one stage and a multi-layered biofiltration process of two stages are continuously arranged and configured to perform biofiltration by a multilayered filter in two stages on the wastewater.
- the submerged bottom filter of the first stage multi-layer filter medium biofiltration process is 5 ⁇ 20mm size and the floating upper filter is composed of 3 ⁇ 5mm size
- the submerged bottom filter of the two-stage multilayer filter biofiltration process is It consists of 5 ⁇ 10mm size and the floating upper media consists of 2 ⁇ 3mm size
- the overall media arrangement is composed of large, medium, medium and small size order.
- the one-stage multilayer filter biofiltration process is operated under anoxic conditions and the two-stage multilayer filter biofiltration process is It is operated under aerobic conditions.
- both the first and second stages are introduced in a multi-layered biofiltration process to remove nitrogen, phosphorus and organics in the first stage, and in the second stage to remove nitrogen, phosphorus and organics, thereby minimizing head loss. It is possible to secure the number. In addition, it is possible to secure excellent water quality under the optimum operating conditions by minimizing the head of the loss by arranging the media medium-medium-medium-small.
- FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram of a conventional single-layer monolayer biofiltration process
- FIG. 2 is a conceptual diagram of a conventional two-stage monolayer biofiltration process
- FIG. 3 is a conceptual diagram of a conventional one-layer multilayer filter biofiltration process
- FIG. 4 is a conceptual diagram of a conventional two-stage multilayer filter-monolayer biofiltration process
- FIG. 5 is a conceptual diagram of a two-stage multilayer filter-multilayer biofiltration process according to the present invention.
- FIG. 5 is a wastewater treatment apparatus for performing a two-stage multilayer filter-multilayer biofiltration process according to the present invention.
- a multi-layered biofiltration process of one stage and a multi-layered biofiltration process of two stages are continuously arranged, and biofiltration by the multilayered filter is performed on the wastewater. It is configured to perform in stages.
- the submerged bottom filter of the one-stage multilayer filter biofiltration process the submerged bottom filter of the two-stage multilayer filter biofiltration process, the part of the single-stage multilayer filter biofiltration process
- the size of the filter medium is configured so that the size becomes smaller in the order of the common upper filter, the floating upper filter of the two-stage multilayer filter biofiltration process. More specifically, in the first stage multi-layer biofiltration process, the submerged lower filter is composed of 5 to 20 mm in size, and the floating upper filter is composed of 3 to 5 mm in size. Is composed of 5 ⁇ 10mm size and floating upper media is composed of 2 ⁇ 3mm size.
- the two-stage biofiltration process can be operated even with the increase of the solid load.
- the total filter arrangement is composed of large, medium, medium and small to maximize the amount of solids detained. Two objectives can be achieved simultaneously: increasing the duration of filtration and obtaining good treated water quality.
- the carbon source and the flocculant are injected into the first stage multi-layer biofiltration process, but are operated under anoxic conditions to remove nitrogen, phosphorus and organics. Injecting carbon source and flocculant into the two-stage multi-layer biofiltration process, but injecting air to remove nitrogen, phosphorus and organics under aerobic conditions.
- anaerobic tank and the aerobic tank are not distinguished, the operating conditions of the anaerobic tank and the aerobic tank are different, and the solid load and the amount of microbial growth are different. Therefore, when anoxic and aerobic tanks are placed on a single filter paper, both anoxic and aerobic tanks cannot be operated under optimal operating conditions. Therefore, it is advantageous to separate and install anoxic and aerobic tanks in terms of processing efficiency.
- the loss head increases due to an increase in solid load and repair load.
- the present invention is composed of two stages for the implementation of the optimum operating conditions by the arrangement of the medium (large oxygen-free)-medium (oxygen-free)-medium (oxygen-free)-oxygen (expiration), but it is possible to minimize the head loss.
- the present invention it is possible to continuously remove nitrogen, phosphorus and organics to obtain excellent treated water quality.
- the solids are removed by the lower media, the solids loading of the upper media can be reduced to minimize head loss, thereby increasing the filtration duration.
- the wastewater treatment result treated water by the wastewater treatment apparatus according to the present invention is BOD, SS 3.0mg / L or less, T-N 3.0mg / L or less, T-P 0.1mg / L or less, it is possible to secure excellent treated water.
- Wastewater treatment apparatus of the present invention while having the advantages of excellent water quality obtained by the two-stage biofiltration process and the advantages of the multi-layer biofiltration process, the problem of head loss in the conventional two-stage multi-layer media-monolayer biofiltration process By performing a biofiltration process to solve the problem can be obtained excellent treated water.

Description
V1단(무산소) = V2단(호기) = V/2 = H × A/2 = AH/2
