Description

カップを有する衣料用の接続部材
　本発明は、着用者が必要に応じてカップやブレストバンドを交換し得るブラジャーあるいは水着などのカップを有する衣料用の接続部材に関する。
　従来、乳房を覆うカップを有する衣料であるブラジャーには、一対のカップ部と、ブレストバンドと一体化した土台部とを別体となし、前記カップ部のアンダーバストに対応する底辺部を前記土台部に係脱可能に連結して、カップ部を交換可能にしたものが提案されている（特許文献１参照。）。

　ところで、ブラジャーの着用者は、用途と嗜好別に自身に合ったサイズのブラジャーを選択して購入する必要があり、購入数が極めて多くなる。また、ブラジャーや水着は、直接肌に着けるため衛生面からも外着などと比べると洗濯頻度が高くなり、細い糸や繊細な繊維を使用している部分やポリウレタン系の伸縮素材部分の劣化、変色などが早い。従来のブラジャーや水着は、部分的に交換ができないので、この部分的劣化が生じると、ブラジャーや水着全体を廃棄せざるを得ないという問題があった。加えて、着用者の体重の増減による身体サイズの変化に伴って、劣化などが起こっていなくとも、サイズ不適合となったブラジャーや水着は、使用できなくなって廃棄せざるを得ないという問題もあった。
　さらに、カップ部を土台部から分離可能に構成する前記従来のものは、土台部とカップ部との連結構造が複雑なものとなり、製造費が多くかかるほか、カップ部の着脱にも手間がかかるという問題がある。
　本発明は、上記各問題を解消したカップを有する衣料用の接続部材を提供することを目的とする。
　本発明に係る接続部材は、乳房を覆う左右一対のカップを有する衣料用の接続部材であって、基部の一方側には留め具を先端に有する帯部を設け、前記基部の他方側には挟持部を設け、少なくとも前記基部及び帯部は柔軟性を有する材料からなるものである。
　より具体的には、カップの一方に着脱可能に取り付けるための留め具を先端に設けた帯部を基部の一方側に設け、前記基部の他方側には前記一方のカップと接続する部材、例えば他方のカップやブレストバンドに着脱可能に取り付ける挟持部を設け、少なくとも前記基部及び帯部は柔軟性を有する材料からなる。
　上述の留め具は、断面円弧状で、断面開口部分が広がるよう弾力性を有する材料やクリップからなると好適である。
　また、上述の挟持部は、クリップなどの挟持具を先端に有する帯部で構成したり、あるいは、互いの一側を軸として開閉可能に重なり合う一対の挟持片から構成し、これら挟持片の重ね合わせ面には、多数の微細な突起を設けると好適である。
　本発明に係る接続部材は、着用者の乳房の位置や体型に合うようにカップやブレストバンドの位置を調整し得ることにより、購入数を減らすことができるうえ、部材の一部が劣化などしてもこの部材のみ新たなものに交換したり、すでに使用しているブラジャーや水着などの部材を利用することができるので、経済的であるという効果を奏する。
　以下に、本発明をブラジャーに適用した好適な実施形態を添付図面の図１～図７に基づいて詳細に説明する。ここにおいて、図１はブラジャーの斜視図、図２は接続部材たるカップ接続パーツの正面図、図３は同じく接続部材たるブレストバンド接続パーツの斜視図、図４は留め具たるクリップの斜視図、図５は帯部にクリップを取り付けた状態及び取り付ける前の状態を示す斜視図、図６は図５のＡ－Ａ線断面図、図７は図５のＢ－Ｂ線断面図である。
　図１に示すように、ブラジャー１は、乳房の形状に対応した形状を有する左右一対のカップ２と、ブレストバンド３と、前記両カップ２を胸元で分離可能に連結するカップ接続パーツ４と、前記各カップ２の外側端部とブレストバンド３の両端部とに着脱可能に接続する一対のブレストバンド接続パーツ５ａ，５ｂとからなる。前記各カップ２は公知の構造を有するもので、適度の弾力性を有する芯材を、柔軟性を有する不織布、ニット生地、織物の単体材又は複合材のカバー材６で覆ってなるものである。このカップ２は、着用者がすでに使用したものを再利用してもよい。
　図２に示すように、カップ接続パーツ４は、左右一対のカップ２どうしを接続するものであって、前記両カップ２に着脱可能に取り付けるためのクリップ７を各先端に設けた二本の帯部８を中央の基部９の両側に突設してなる。これらクリップ７のうち、一方側のクリップ７が留め具を構成し、他方側のクリップが挟持具を構成する。
　図４及び図５に示すように、前記クリップ７は周知の構造を有するものであって、一対のクリップ片１０を軸１１で枢支し、この軸１１に巻き付けたバネ（図示せず）でそれらの各先端側が互いに接近する方向に付勢されるように構成してある。このクリップ７は、前記付勢力に抗してクリップ片１０先端を開きカップ２を挟んで固定するものである。
　図５～図７に示すように、カップ接続パーツ４の各帯部８及び基部９は、柔軟性と伸縮性を有する材料であるポリウレタン、ゴム、プラスチックなどの合成樹脂、あるいは伸縮性を有する生地で構成し、前記帯部８先端は袋状に形成して、この袋状部分の中央に透孔１２を設けてある。そして、帯部８先端の前記袋状部分の透孔１２からその内側にクリップ７の一方のクリップ片１０を収容することによって、前記帯部８先端に前記クリップ７を取り付ける（図５参照。）。
　図１に示すように、ブレストバンド３は周知の構造を有するもので、その基端を一方のカップ２の外側縁にブレストバンド接続パーツ５ｂにより接続するバンド本体３ａと、このバンド本体３ａ先端に着脱可能に設けた係脱部３ｂと、他方のカップ２の外側縁にブレストバンド接続パーツ５ａにより接続し、前記係脱部３ｂに係脱する被係脱部３ｃとからなる。前記係脱部３ｂは三つのフック１３を備え、また、前記被係脱部３ｃは前記フック１３を係脱する３組のリング１４を設けてなる。前記係脱部３ｂは、各対向面にバンド本体３ａ先端近傍の外面に刺さる多数の微細な突起（図示せず）を設けた挟持部である二枚の開閉する挟持片１５（一方のみ図示）を設け、これら挟持片１５でバンド本体３ａ先端近傍の外面を挟んで取り付けるように構成する。また、取り外す際には前記両挟持片１５を開けばよい。そして挟持する前に、着用者に合うようバンド本体３ａの前記先端を切断して長さ調整することが可能である。このように、着用者は、前記ブレストバンド３の先端を切断し、フック１３に係脱するリング１４の組を選択することによって、自身の胸周りに合わせてブレストバンド３の長さ調整をすることが可能である。このブレストバンド３は、着用者がすでに使用したものを再利用してもよい。
　図３に示すように、一方のブレストバンド接続パーツ５ｂは、一方のカップ２外側に着脱可能に固定するためのクリップ１６を各先端に設けた三本の帯部１７を基部１８の一方側に突設するとともに、前記基部１８を挟んだ反対側には、各対向面にバンド本体３ａ基端近傍の外面に刺さる多数の微細な突起１９を設けた挟持部である二枚の開閉可能な挟持片２０を設け、これら挟持片２０でバンド本体３ａ基端近傍の外面を挟んで取り付けるように構成する。前記クリップ１６、帯部１７及び基部１８の構成は、前述のカップ接続パーツ４のクリップ７、帯部８及び基部９と同様である。また、挟持部である前記挟持片２０は、前記係脱部３ｂの挟持片１５と同様の構成である。また、他方のブレストバンド接続パーツ５ａも前記一方のブレストバンド接続パーツ５ｂと同様に、クリップ１６を先端に設けた三本の帯部１７を基部１８の一方に突設するとともに、前記基部１８を挟んだ他方に二枚の挟持片２０を設けてなり、この両挟持片２０で着脱可能に被係脱部３ｃに取り付けるものである。
　以上のように構成したカップ接続パーツ４は、左右に突設した二本ずつの帯部８により良好な伸縮性を発揮し、また、ブレストバンド接続パーツ５ａ，５ｂは、三本の帯部１７により良好な伸縮性を発揮して、いずれも着用者の体型に合うように両カップの位置を容易に変位し得るのである。
　なお、本発明は、上記実施形態になんら限定されるものではなく、例えば、上記実施形態では、本発明をブラジャーに適用したが、カップを有する衣料である水着などに適用してもよい。また、カップ２は上記実施形態のものとは異なる構造をもつものでもよい。
　カップ接続パーツ４の帯部８の本数は、１本あるいは３本以上であってもよいし、ブレストバンド接続パーツ５の帯部１７の本数も、１本や２本あるいは４本以上であってもよい。図８に示す帯部を四本にしたカップ接続パーツ３１及びブレストバンド接続パーツ３２を用いたブラジャーは、前記実施形態のカップ接続パーツ４及びバンド接続パーツ５を用いたものより大きめの乳房に対応するものである。すなわち、帯部の本数の多少は、着用者の乳房の大小に対応するものである。
　さらに、留め具であるクリップ７，１６は、カップ２に着脱可能に固定し得るものであれば、別の構造をもつものでもよい。図９は留め具の他の実施形態を示すもので、この留め具４１は、断面円弧状で、断面円弧端間に対応する開口部分４２が広がるよう、プラスチックなどの弾力性材料からなる。図１０はこの留め具４１を用いた接続部材５１でカップ２を接続した一例を示すものである。この接続部材５１は、基部５２の一方側に２本の帯部５３を、他方側に２枚の挟持片５４をそれぞれ備え、帯部５３の各先端に留め具４１を設けたものである。そして、接続部材５１をカップ接続パーツとして使用する場合は、各留め具４１をカップ２のワイヤー部分に嵌め込んで接続する一方、各挟持片５４は連結片５５を挟持することで、両カップ２を接続する。

Claims (5)

  1. 　乳房を覆う左右一対のカップを有する衣料用の接続部材であって、基部の一方側には留め具を先端に有する帯部を設け、前記基部の他方側には挟持部を設け、少なくとも前記基部及び帯部は柔軟性を有する材料からなることを特徴とするカップを有する衣料用の接続部材。
  2. 　挟持部は、挟持具を先端に有する帯部からなることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の衣料用の接続部材。
  3. 　乳房を覆う左右一対のカップを有する衣料用の接続部材であって、前記カップの一方に着脱可能に取り付けるための留め具を先端に設けた帯部を基部の一方側に設け、前記基部の他方側には前記一方のカップと接続する部材に着脱可能に取り付ける挟持部を設け、少なくとも前記基部及び帯部は柔軟性を有する材料からなることを特徴とするカップを有する衣料用の接続部材。
  4. 　留め具は、断面円弧状で、断面開口部分が広がるよう弾力性を有する材料からなることを特徴とする請求項１及び請求項３に記載の衣料用の接続部材。
