óAmong these artistic materials, the patent ES 2192987 describes a new paint, manufactured from the combination of solvents, stabilizers, preservatives, resins and oils together with organic and synthetic emulsifiers, with different hydrophilic-lipophilic balance, which give it a great capacity mixing with resinous, oilseed or aqueous materials. A paint with the described composition and property allows applications in continuous fatty and / or aqueous phase, it is miscible with encaustic, oil, alkyd or acrylic paints, watercolors, tempera, etc. and improvement in ecotoxicity to conventional products. The present invention constitutes an advance with respect to the product disclosed in the patent ES 2192987. It is a binder fluid, which can be used both as a binder medium in paints and printing inks, or as a diluent or layer conditioning medium, this fluid is in a hydro-oily emulsion state (continuous fat phase) and contains material non-ionic surfactant with a range of hydrophilic-lipophilic balance that allows it to easily incorporate both fatty and aqueous media through phase inversion processes. Specifically, it allows to modify the composition of the mixture to the taste of the consumer during its use to obtain different pictorial behaviors, being able to alternatively incorporate up to 85% of fatty or aqueous phase at the point of inversion. The most relevant differences with respect to patent ES 2192987 are the following: a) the composition of the new complex emulsifying mixture, in which more than one synthetic emulsifier derived from Sorbitol, proteins and a colloid is added, and especially the process of manufacturing said mixture, in several phases in which the components are added, they achieve a much more stable and efficient emulsion, even in the absence of the pigment, something that does not happen with the previous one and that this time allows us the presentation as colorless fluid emulsion (medium) as well as paint. b) In addition, once the paint is formed (binding medium mixed with pigments), this new association maintains its miscible and invertible activity with a concentration much higher than the previous one with respect to the volume of pigment, reaching a ratio of up to 1: 1 / 4, or what is the same 25 parts of fluid per 100 pigment. This quality allows to reach the aforementioned benefits and advantages in a new paint with a much superior quality of compactness and solidity against yellowing, within excellent parameters of plasticity, adhesiveness, filming capacity and flexibility. This paint, unlike the previous one, allows alternating and continuous return processes in mixtures and dilutions with elective constitutions that were not possible with the ES 2192987 patent: o - w - o - w - o - w - o - w ...

It also admits, against other inventions of the state of the art, to interpose at any time other resinous and essential means of arbitrary condition, together with water if desired. d) The new emulsifying mixture also allows its use for the manufacture of printing inks with a technical functionality and aesthetic result well differentiated from the rest of inks currently available commercially. For these reasons, and especially due to the versatility of the product's behavior in terms of its compatibility with aqueous and fatty phases, allowing up to 85% of one or another phase to be alternately incorporated, the present invention provides a transformative technology to artistic painting. advanced, providing resolutive continuity to certain approaches desired from this specific disciplinary plot, while presenting preventive capacity for health and the environment.

When the binder emulsion is used as a binding medium in the manufacture of paints, it is kneaded with pure pigments in an approximate ratio of 1: 1/4 to 1: 1/2. Preferably, kneading is performed in a hydraulic three-cylinder refiner at a speed between 1200-1600 rpm. , a pressure between rollers of 20-35 bars and a temperature of 25 ° C-30 ° C. After drying, this paint will form suitable pictorial films, causing the reduction of the proportion of drying oils to increase their relative permanence and limiting the problems of oxidation and yellowing with respect to the rest of oily paints and in the conventional hydrooleous emulsions disclosed in the treaties on pictorial techniques In adjusting the binder-pigment ratio, the absorption index of each pigment is involved. The binder emulsion has as an additional advantage over traditional temples the suppression of the requirement of prior wetting of the incorporated pigments, gaining the mixture proportionally in consistency, adhesion and flexibility. It has been proven that all pigments Experienced cooperatively participate in the stabilization of the product, except for some of the synthetic organic type. In these cases, to prevent the breakage of the system due to problems of hydrophobia and phase separation, the moderate addition of precipitated barium sulfate (inert and colorless filler) is recommended, being necessary in other occasions to reinforce with a higher proportion of emulsifying solution. .

These diluting mediums serve to make soluble and technically and aesthetically transform paints or fatty colors: oil, encaustic, alkyd, chalcographic inks, etc., or to mix with colors that were already soluble in water, such as acrylics and temples, modifying in all of them their behavior when painting and the aesthetic result of the dry paint layers.
En este punto, la cualidad referida al BHL y su intervalo es esencialThe use of the binding emulsion as a binding medium in the manufacture of paints, preferably oil-resinous tempering, as well as tempering inks for engraving, is also claimed. At this point, the quality referred to BHL and its interval is essential
