Description

一种回气奶瓶 技术领域 本发明涉及一种奶瓶, 尤其是可以自动回气的奶瓶。 背景技术 目前市场上的给婴儿喂奶的奶瓶普遍存在在喂奶的过程中不能回气的缺点, 因此随着 奶瓶中奶量的减少, 奶瓶中形成了负压, 奶瓶和奶嘴会凹陷, 或者变扁, 导致婴儿吸奶困 难, 严重的有可能呛到婴儿脆弱的气管。 如果在婴儿喝奶的过程中把奶嘴从婴儿口中抽出 以给奶瓶回气, 婴儿常常会哭闹起来, 影响婴儿健康。 有一些奶瓶在奶瓶或者奶嘴上设置透气孔, 其实这种方式并不能很顺畅的回气。 目前 有一种回气奶瓶, 例如中国专利 ZL94202689.6, 直吸回气式奶瓶, 其釆用 U形管回气, 虽 能实现回气的效果, 但是结构过于复杂, 制造成本高, 而且难以清洗, 为婴儿的健康造成 隐、 。
发明内容 本发明提供一种能够回气的奶瓶, 其不需要将奶瓶从婴儿口中拿出, 在婴儿吮吸的过 程中可以自动回气, 而且结构非常筒单, 制作成本低, 很容易清洗, 保障婴儿的健康。 为达到上述目的, 提供如下的技术方案。 一种回气奶瓶, 包括瓶身、 奶嘴及压盖, 还包括进气板及其配环, 所述进气板及其配 环由所述压盖固定于奶嘴和瓶身之间。 所述进气板为环状, 其上开设贯穿的透气孔, 该进气板的奶瓶外侧开设由所述透气孔 延伸到进气板外环边缘的透气槽。 所述配环为环状, 其外环部具有封闭盖, 该封闭盖具有密封作用。 所述进气板透气槽和奶嘴接触面结合形成单向进气通道, 所述进气板和配环套在一 起, 使所述封闭盖覆盖所述透气孔形成封闭的回气空间。 在婴儿吮吸奶液的过程中, 奶液从奶嘴流出, 奶瓶内产生负压, 于是外部大气依次通 过透气槽、 透气孔到达回气空间, 然后透过进气板与配环的配合空隙进入到奶瓶内, 实现 回气。 在婴儿没有吸奶时, 如果奶瓶倒置, 因为瓶内没有负压, 瓶内的气压足以将进气板 与配环紧密封闭, 不会产生奶液从透气孔滲出的后果。 本发明在原有的普通奶瓶的基础上增添了两个筒单的构件, 在奶嘴和瓶身之间添加了 进气板和配环, 进气板开有透气槽, 在奶嘴被压盖固定后, 透气槽仍能够连通外界大气, 因此外界大气可以进入到回气空间。 配环能够将外界大气与瓶内空间分隔开, 在瓶内为负 压的时候产生回气效果, 在瓶内为正常气压的时候保证瓶内奶液不会通过透气槽、 透气孔 渗 。 与现有技术相比, 本发明能够实现自动回气的效果, 结构筒单, 回气效果更好, 起回 气作用的进气板和配环拆卸出来后, 很容易清洗。 此外, 对于现有的普通奶瓶也可以非常 方便的安装本发明所述的进气板和配环, 改装为可以回气的奶瓶。 附图说明 图 1为本发明的第一个实施例的装配示意图;

图 9为本发明的第一个实施例的进气板和配环的配合图; 图 10为本发明的第二个实施例的进气板和配环的配合图。 具体实施方式 结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。 如图 1至图 4, 为奶瓶倒置使用时的示意图。 本发明的回气奶瓶, 包括瓶身 5、 奶嘴 4及 压盖 3 , 还包括进气板 1及其配环 2 , 所述进气板 1及其配环 2由所述压盖 3固定于奶嘴 4和瓶 身 5之间。 如图 5和图 7, 所述进气板 1为环状, 即中部为空心, 奶嘴 4从压盖 3中部穿过, 进气板 1 上开设贯穿的透气孔 13 , 该进气板 1的奶瓶外侧开设由所述透气孔 13延伸到进气板 1外环边 缘的透气槽 12。 如图 6和图 8 , 所述配环 2为环状, 其外环部具有封闭盖 22。 如图 9和图 10, 所述进气板 1和配环 2套在一起, 使所述封闭盖 22覆盖所述透气孔 13形 成封闭的回气空间 6。 该回气空间 6在内环侧和外环侧都具有由进气板 1和配环 2配合形成的缝隙, 在奶瓶不 使用, 没有回气的需要的时候, 缝隙是闭合的, 因此形成了封闭的回气空间 6, 且透气孔 13在奶瓶内侧的出口位于回气空间 6之内。 这样可以保证在不回气时奶液不会通过透气孔 13和透气槽 12渗漏出去。 如图 1和图 3所示。 所述配环 2的外环部还具有环形的勾气环 26 , 该勾气环 26上具有匀 气孔 28 , 所述勾气环 26与封闭盖 22、 瓶身 5封闭形成勾气空间 27。 回气时, 空气经过进气 板 1的透气槽 12和透气孔 13之后, 到达配环 2的封闭盖 22与进气板 1封闭形成的回气空间 6 , 然后通过配环 2与进气板 1之间的缝隙进入到匀气空间 27 , 再通过配环 2上的匀气环 26上均 匀布置的匀气孔 28分配到奶瓶内。 回气通过均匀布置的匀气孔 28进入到奶瓶里 , 使回气在不同的孔向出奶途径多方向冲 击, 使奶水更加均匀, 避免奶水因静止而产生奶、 水分离, 导致婴儿没有吸收足够的营养。 所述匀气孔 28大小相同, 均匀布置, 视不同规格釆用不同的孔数, 优选为 5-10个, 绕 配环 2的圆心均匀布置。 所述进气板 1与配环 2是软盾材料制成, 进气板 1的材料优选为聚丙烯(Polypropylene, 筒称 PP ) , 或聚碳酸酯 (Polycarbonates, 筒称 PC)、 或热塑性弹性体 (TPE), 配环 2的材料优 选为硅胶。 两者套在一起配合之后, 配环 2的封闭盖 22发生明显变形, 在配环 2与进气板 1 之间产生回气空间 6。 该回气空间 6通过透气孔 13和透气槽 12与外界大气相通, 通过进气板 1与配环 2之间的配合缝隙与瓶内空间相通。 如图 5c或图 7c中, 所述透气槽 12的槽截面为方形。 也可以为半圆形。 如图 5和图 7, 所述进气板 1的奶瓶内侧设置进气板卡环 15 , 其外环直径与奶瓶口内径 相同, 或外环直径小于奶瓶口内径, 但相差在 3mm之内。 进气板卡环 15卡住瓶嘴边沿, 起 到定位以及防止渗漏的作用。 所述透气槽 12和透气孔 13数量为 2个, 位置相对于环形圆心互相对称。 为达到更好的 回气效果, 透气槽 12和透气孔 13的数量可以增加, 优选为 2个, 可以对称分布, 也可以不 对称分布。 每个透气孔 13可以对应 1个透气槽, 也可以对应多个。 第一个实施例: 如图 5 , 所述进气板 1内环位置设置套颈部 14。 所述配环 2套在该套颈部 14的外侧。 还可以在所述进气板的套颈部 14外侧设置凹环 16, 在所述配环 2的内环位置设置凸环 23 , 所述凹环 16和凸环 23位置和大小对应, 两者配合将所述进气板 1和配环 2卡住, 即如图 9所示。 凹环 16和凸环 23的存在, 使得进气板 1与配环 2的配合更加严密, 定位更为准确。 第二个实施例: 如图 8, 所述配环 2内环位置设置套颈部 24。 所述进气板 1套在该套颈部 24的外侧。 所述配环 2的套颈部 24奶瓶外侧一端设置有环形配环卡口 25 , 在进气板 1与配环 2配合 时, 将所述进气板 1卡住, 即如图 10所示。 本发明提供了既可以回气, 又可以在不需要回气的时候将回气通道封闭的回气奶瓶。 以上所揭露的仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围, 因 此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

权利要求书
1.一种回气奶瓶, 包括瓶身、 奶嘴及压盖, 其特征在于: 还包括进气板及其配环, 所述进气板及其配环由所述压盖固定于奶嘴和瓶身之间; 所述进气板为环状, 其上开设贯穿的透气孔, 该进气板的奶瓶外侧开设由所述透气孔 延伸到进气板外环边缘的透气槽; 所述配环为环状, 其外环部具有封闭盖, 该封闭盖具有密封作用; 所述进气板透气槽和奶嘴接触面结合形成单向进气通道, 所述进气板和配环套在一 起, 使所述封闭盖覆盖透气孔形成封闭的回气空间。
2.根据权利要求 1所述回气奶瓶, 其特征在于: 所述进气板内环位置设置套颈部, 所述 配环套在该套颈部的外侧。
3.根据权利要求 2所述回气奶瓶, 其特征在于: 所述进气板的套颈部外侧设置凹环, 所 述配环的内环位置设置凸环, 所述凹环和凸环位置和大小对应, 两者配合将所述进气板和 配环卡住。
4.根据权利要求 1所述回气奶瓶, 其特征在于: 所述配环内环位置设置套颈部, 所述进 气板套在该套颈部的外侧。
5.根据权利要求 4所述回气奶瓶, 其特征在于: 所述配环的套颈部奶瓶外侧一端设置有 环形配环卡口, 将所述进气板卡住。
6.根据权利要求 1所述回气奶瓶,其特征在于:所述配环的外环部还具有环形的匀气环, 该匀气环上具有匀气孔, 所述匀气环与封闭盖、 瓶身围成匀气空间。
7.根据权利要求 6所述回气奶瓶, 其特征在于: 所述匀气孔大小相同, 均匀布置。
8.根据权利要求 1所述回气奶瓶, 其特征在于: 所述透气槽的槽截面为方形或半圆形, 所述透气槽和透气孔为 2个, 位置相对于环形圆心互相对称。
9.根据权利要求 1所述回气奶瓶,其特征在于:所述进气板的奶瓶内侧设置进气板卡环, 其外环直径与奶瓶口内径相同, 或外环直径小于奶瓶口内径在 3毫米以内。
10.根据权利要求 1所述回气奶瓶, 其特征在于: 所述进气板的材料为聚丙烯、 或聚碳 酸酯、 或热塑性弹性体, 配环的材料为硅胶。
