Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bioreaktor, in dem Algen und andere, vorzugsweise photosynthesetreibende, Mikroorganismen kultiviert werden können, sowie ein Verfahren zu dessen Betrieb und ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung. Insbesondere wird ein Bioreaktor (100) für die Kultivierung von Mikroorganismen bereitgestellt, umfassend einen ersten (60) und einen zweiten Teil (50), mit einem in den Bioreaktor integrierten Kammersystem aus mindestens einer Wachstumskammer (5) zur Kultivierung von Mikroorganismen und mindestens einer, benachbart zu der mindestens einen Wachstumskammer angeordneten Verteilkammer (4), welche mit der Wachstumskammer über zumindest eine Öffnung (10) verbunden ist. Zur Ausbildung der zumindest einen Öffnung (10) ist die Ausdehnung von zumindest einem zwischen der mindestens einen Verteilkammer (4) und der mindestens einen Wachstumskammer (5) angeordnetem ersten Septum (8) zumindest stellenweise kleiner als die lichte Ausdehnung der mindestens einen Wachstumskammer (5).
