而且目前的全罩式口罩 1, 的接合处使用车缝密合,但外部的细菌或病 毒仍可能从车缝间隙进入,所以目前的全罩式口罩 1,仅能用于防烟及防尘。
然而大部分的全罩式口罩 Γ 的穿戴口设有一收缩部 103,, 该收缩部 103' 造成使用者穿戴不便, 当使用者使用该全罩式口罩 1, 时, 使用者的 颈部亦因该收缩部 103, 的材质及松紧状态感到不适。 另, 该过滤部 12, 设有一带体 121, (如图 2所示), 当使用者使用该全罩式口罩 Γ 时, 该带 体 121' 可绑于使用者的头部后方, 虽可固定该全罩式口罩 Γ, 但使用一 段时间后, 该带体 121, 可能随使用者的头型滑动, 使该全罩式口罩 1' 产 生移动, 导致该全罩式口罩 1, 无法完全包覆使用者的口鼻, 进而让细菌及 病毒进入该全罩式口罩 1, 内, 而危害使用者的健康。
大部分的全罩式口罩 1, 皆为非透明的, 所以必须于该罩体 10, 开设 一窗口部 10Γ , 但该窗口部 101, 若太小, 将影响用户的视线, 可能导致 用户发生危险。
上述现有的技术仅能达到防烟的功效, 而且该全罩式口罩内可能因使 用者呼吸产生大量雾气, 导致用户视线不佳或其他问题。 有鉴于上述问题, 本发明提供一种全罩式防菌口罩, 其具有良好的防菌功效, 并有效减少使 用者因呼吸而产生雾气的状况, 而且因制造成本低, 该全罩式防菌口罩使 用者即可丢弃。 发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种全罩式防菌口罩其使用价格便宜的材 料及简单的组装过程, 以降低制造成本, 因其制造成本低, 使用一次即可 丢弃, 以避免细菌及病毒残留于该全罩式防菌口罩, 防止使用者再次使用 该全罩式防菌口罩受到细菌及病毒感染。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种全罩式防菌口罩, 该全罩式防菌口罩 的所有接合处皆为热压熔接, 使外部细菌及病毒无法从接合处进入, 达到 良好的防菌功效。
本发明的目的之三在于提供一种全罩式防菌口罩, 装配立体式口罩, 减少使用者因呼吸而产生雾气的状况。
为实现本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是通过以下技术方案来实现 的。 本发明提供的一种全罩式防菌口罩, 包含: 一罩体, 包含一穿戴口、 至少一密封口及一装配口, 该密封口为熔接状态, 该罩体具有该装配口的 一面具有一透明部; 以及一立体式口罩, 装设于该装配口, 该立体式口罩 的边 缘与该装配口为熔接状态, 该立体式口罩设有至少一带体, 该带体 位于该罩体的外侧。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还可采用以下技术措施进一步实现。 前述的全罩式防菌口罩, 其中该罩体的另一面设有至少一固定部。 前述的全罩式防菌口罩, 其中该固定部为一钩体。
前述的全罩式防菌口罩, 其中该固定部的材质为硬性材 。
前述的全罩式防菌口罩, 其中该硬性材质为塑料或金属

请参阅图 3Α,是本发明的一较佳实施例的立体外观示意图。 如图所示, 本实施例提供一种全罩式防菌口罩, 该全罩式防菌口罩 1包含一罩体 10及 一立体式口罩 12 , 该罩体 10包含一穿戴口 101、 一装配口 103及至少一密 封口 105, 除了该穿戴口 101及该装配口 103 , 位于该罩体 10的至少一开 口皆为该密封口 105, 该密封口 105利用高周波或超音波进行热压熔接, 以 密封该密封口 105。 该立体式口罩 12装配于该装配口 103, 该立体式口罩 12包含一接合部 121 , 该接合部 121设于该立体式口罩 12的边缘, 该接合 部 121与该装配口 103的边缘利用高周波或超音波进行热压熔接, 使该立 体式口罩 12与该装配口 103达到密合。 除了该罩体 10的该密封口 105为 热压熔接, 任何与该罩体 10接合的部分皆热压熔接, 如此该全罩式防菌口 罩 1的外部细菌或病毒无法进入该罩体 10, 有效提升该全罩式防菌口罩 1 的防菌功效。
另, 本实施例使用该立体式口罩 1 主要原因在于, 若该全罩式防菌口 罩 1使用平面口罩, 当使用者使用该全罩式防菌口罩 1时, 因该平面口罩 太贴近使用者的口鼻, 导致该全罩式防菌口罩 1 会产生大量雾气, 让用户 于使用时的视线不佳, 因此本实施例使用该立体式口罩 12 , 有效减少使用 者使用该全罩式防菌口罩 1产生雾气的状况。
该立体式口罩 12设有至少一带体 123,该带体 123于该罩体 10的外部, 并与该穿戴口 101平行, 以固定该罩体 10, 并使该立体式口罩 12完全包覆 使用者的口鼻。 而该罩体 10设有该装配口 103具有一透明部 106, 当使用 者使用该全罩式防菌口罩 1 时, 使用者依然能看清楚四周环境, 该透明部 的面积为设有该穿戴口 101 的罩体的一面的全部面积, 该透明部的面积可 依使用者需求而调整。
请参阅图 3B, 是本发明的一较佳实施例的使用状态示意图。如图所示, 当使用者穿戴该全罩式防菌口罩 1时, 使用者的头部从该穿戴口 103穿戴 该罩体 10,接着调整装配该立体式口罩 12的该装配口 103对准该使用者的 口鼻,使该立体式口罩 12完全包覆该使用者的口鼻, 利用该立体式口罩 12 过滤该全罩式防菌口罩 1 外的空气, 防止有毒气体、 细菌或病毒进入用户 的口鼻。 当确定该立体式口罩 12完全包覆使用者的口鼻后, 设于该立体式 口罩 12的该带体 123套或绑于使用者的头部后方的适当位置, 以固定该罩 体 10,防止该罩体 10滑动,以免导致该立体式口罩 12随着该罩体 1 G移动, 而无法完全包覆使用者的口鼻。

请参阅图 6A, 是本发明的另一较佳实施例的使用状态示意图。 如图所 示, 本实施例的全罩式防菌口罩 1与图 3A的实施例的全罩式防菌口罩不同在 于, 该罩体 10未设有该装配口 103的一面设置一固定部 107 , 该固定部 1 07与 装配该立体式口罩 12的该装配口 103相对应, 由图 2A中可知, 当使用者将该 全罩式防菌口罩 1穿戴于头上时, 因该带体 123会顺的使用者的头型向下滑 动, 所以该固定部 107的最佳位置应于用户的头部下方, 如此可固定该罩体 10,防止该罩体 10移动,使该立体式口罩 12无法完全包覆使用者的口鼻。 若 本实施例具有两条带体 123时, 该固定部 107的数量可增为两个, 以分别固 定对应的该带体 123, 于此不再赘述。
该固定部 107可为一钩体, 使该带体 123钩设于该固定部 107上, 该 固定部 107 的材质为如塑料或金属的硬性材质, 或者为如铝片、 铁片的不 容易变形及具弹性材质。 若该固定部 107 的材质为硬性材质时, 该固定部 1 07的形状为 U型, 为了防止该带体 123滑出该固定部 107 , 该固定部 107 的开口应缩小, 以防止该带体 123滑出该固定部 1 07。.请一并参阅图 6B, 是本发明的另一较佳实施例的局部放大示意图。 如图所示, 若该固定部 107 的材质为弹性材质时, 该固定部 107的形状仍为 U型, 该带体 123钩设于 该固定部 107 , 接着将该固定部 107往该罩体方向压, 以固定该带体 123。

本实施例所提供的全罩式防菌口罩 1 与上述实施例所提供的全罩式防 菌口罩不同在于, 该罩体 1 G由两种材质构成, 该罩体 10包含一第一材料 片 10A及一第二材料片 10B, 该第一材料片 10A的材质为透明塑料膜, 并设 有该装配口 103, 该立体式口罩 12装配于该装配口 103上, 该第二材料片 10B的材质为吸湿排汗材料或具过滤能力的透气材料,如此使用者于配戴本 发明的立体式防菌口罩 1 时, 不会产生闷热感或其他不舒适的感觉。 该第 一材料片 10A与该第二材料片 10B接合, 留一开口为该穿戴口 101 , 其他开 口皆为该密封口 105,如此可减少使用者穿戴该全罩式口罩 1因呼吸而产生 雾气的状况。 本实施例可应用于上述实施例, 于此不再赘述。
请参阅图 14, 是本发明的另一较佳实施例的立体外观示意图, 本实施 例所提供的该罩体 10与该图 12的实施例所提供的该罩体 10不同在于, 该 第一材料片 10A的两侧分别设有一折边 100A,该第二材料片 100B的两侧亦 分别设有一折边 100B,该第一材料片 10A的该二折边 100A与该第二材料片 10B的该二折边 100B接合, 并保留一开口为该穿戴口 101 , 其他开口为该 密封口 105 , 如此因该罩体 10设有该些折边 100A、 100B, 当该罩体 10撑 开时, 其顶部形成一平面, 因此该罩体 10的撑开体积增加, 所以本实施例 所提供的该罩体 10较第十二图的实施例所提供的该罩体更能减少产生雾气 的状况。 本实施例可应用于上述实施例, 于此不再赘述。
请参阅图 15 , 是本发明的另一较佳实施例的立体外观示意图。 如图所 示, 本实施例提供一种全罩式防菌口罩, 该全罩式防菌口罩 1 包含一罩体 10及一立体式口罩 12 , 该罩体 10包含一穿戴口 101、一装配口 103及至少 一密封口 105 , 本实施例与图 3A的实施例不同在于, 该而该罩体 10设有该 装配口 103具有一透明部, 当使用者使用该全罩式防菌口罩 1时, 使用者 依然能看清楚四周环境, 而本实施例的该透明部 106 的面积为设有该穿戴 口 101的罩体 10的一面的一半面积。
由上述可知, 本发明所提供的全罩式防菌口罩为丟弃式的防菌口罩, 并达到良好的防菌功效, 且有效减少使用者因呼吸而产生雾气的状况, 为 了达到上述功效, 本发明的全罩式防菌口罩主要有下列特征:
一、 该全罩式防菌口罩所使用的材料简单,组装过程筒单,制造成本低。 二、 该罩体除了该穿戴口及该装配口, 其他开口、 该装配口与该立体 式口罩接合处或其他接合处利用高周波或超音波进行热压熔接, 如此当使 用者穿戴该全罩式防菌口罩时, 防止外部细菌及病毒进入该全罩式防菌口 罩, 危害到使用者的健康。
三、 使用立体式口罩, 让使用者的呼吸流通空间较大, 减少使用者穿 戴该全罩式防菌口罩产生雾气的状况。
四、 该罩体设有该固定部, 藉由该固定部固定该罩体及该立体式口罩, 确保该立体式口罩完全包覆使用者的口鼻, 避免该罩体移动, 导致该立体 式口罩移动, 进而导致外部细菌及病毒进入该全罩式防菌口罩。
五、 该罩体更设有该二折边, 使该罩体的撑开体积变大, 如此该罩体 比较不会贴附使用者的脸部, 减少使用者穿戴该全罩式防菌口罩产生雾气 的状况。 另外, 为了维持该罩体的撑开体积及方便穿戴该罩体, 所以于该 罩体的顶部设置该支撑结构。
六、 该罩体的材质可为透明塑料膜或由透明塑料膜及吸湿排汗材料构 成, 当该罩体的材质为透明塑料膜时, 因该罩体的材质较不通气, 该罩体 穿戴时间过久后, 该罩体较容易因使用者呼吸而产生雾气, 所以本发明的 该罩体可使用透明塑料膜及吸湿排汗材料构成, 该罩体的一面为透明塑料' 膜, 为了让用户的视线清楚, 该罩体的另一面为吸湿排汗材质, 让该罩体 较为通气, 减少使用者穿戴该全罩式防菌口罩产生雾气的状况。

1、 一种全罩式防菌口罩, 其特征在于, 包含:
一罩体, 包含一穿戴口、 至少一密封口及一装配口, 该密封口为熔接 状态, 该罩体具有该装配口的一面具有一透明部; 以及
一立体式口罩, 装设于该装配口, 该立体式口罩的边 缘与该装配口 为熔接状态, 该立体式口罩设有至少一带体, 该带体位于该罩体的外侧。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的全罩式防菌口罩, 其特征在于, 其中该罩体 的另一面设有至少一固定部。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的全罩式防菌口罩, 其特征在于, 其中该固定 部为一钩体。

16、 根据权利要求 1 所述的全罩式防菌口罩, 其特征在于, 其中该罩 体的材质为透明塑料膜。
