现有技术中的已存在的适合收集车轮在行驶过程中产生的粉尘装置通过安 装在车轮的附近, 由车轮产生的气流将粉尘带入收集装置中, 例如 ZL 200820097442. 2等, 其存在的问题是, 气流夹带粉尘进入收集器后往往直接停 留在过滤网上, 时间久了就会造成粉尘积聚在网上使空气流动性差而无法收集 粉尘; ZL88212545 中在装置的口部加了垂直挡板, 也使气流的流动性差、 造成 粉尘在收集装置的口部积聚而被反吹出装置。 此外, 积聚在装置中的粉尘在干 燥的环境下, 四处飞扬, 容易再次跑出而再次污染环境。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种机动车轮扬尘污物收集装置, 它在车辆行驶过程 中充分利用车体所产生的气流, 通过装置改变气流方向, 调节气压, 产生气流 旋转, 使气流中夹带的粉尘有效的被收集在装置中, 再通过气流分流、 加湿、 静电吸附、 微尘吸附等手段, 使收集的粉尘不再造成二次污染。
为实现上述目的而釆用的技术方案是这样的, 即一种机动车轮扬尘污物收 集装置, 包括一侧具有开口的粉尘收集器, 在收集器的其它侧面及顶面中的至 少一个面上具有带挡尘网的出风口, 所述收集器具有可开启的底盖; 其特征是: 在收集器的开口处的上边和下边分别安装有弧面导流板和弧面挡板, 它们使刚 进入的气流形成环绕而使收集器的入口处成为气流的第一次环绕室; 在所述第 一环绕室之后的空间内倾斜安装有另一对曲面板, 它们之间的空间构成气流的 第二环绕过滤室, 其中, 靠收集器入口近的曲面板的凹弧面背对入口, 使气流 通道向上、 下、 左或右一侧改变, 另一曲面板为均布有网孔或 /和带若干半球凹 面状气体涡流结构的曲面板, 其凹弧面对应前述改变后的气流通道的出口。

所述弧面导流板 4的凹弧面向收集器的开口弯曲, 所述弧面挡板 5向收集 器开口内倾斜, 其凹弧面朝开口外。

当然, 收集器的底盖还可以为一带抽屉的无顶盖盒体固定在收集器下端, 所述抽屉与盒体之间安装有扣件。 打开扣件, 抽出抽屉, 便可将收集的扬尘倾 倒掉, 冲洗后, 重新放入, 扣上扣件便可使用, 所述扣件可以为勾、 挂、 插等 形式的扣件。

在收集器外, 对应带挡尘网的出风口处安装有微尘吸附板 16 , 微尘吸附板 内填充有海绵和活性炭的过滤层, 所述微尘吸附板通过其顶端与收集器加长或 加宽的盖板固定。
使用本发明时, 利用螺栓穿过连接板的连接孔与机动车底盘连接, 收集器 的开口朝向车轮。 机动车在行驶中, 车轮旋转产生的离心力使车体自身摩擦后 产生的粉尘及地面的垃圾粉尘向后抛; 含有大量粉尘、 垃圾颗粒的气流在气流 环绕室中曲面板的导流作用下, 通过气流环绕室的调节气流气压,较重较粗的颗 粒在第一环绕室 A内沉积; 较轻较细的颗粒在第二环绕室 B内沉积; 通过气流 分流板 20上均布的圓锥头和网孔结构对气流的分流作用; 通过底盖(可以为箱 体) 内自然蒸发的水气对粉尘的凝固作用或静电吸附块对气流中的粉尘产生吸 附作用; 通过滤网对气流的阻挡过滤作用; 通过了第二环绕室后, 粉尘也能沉 积在收集器内; 排出收集器后的气流中还含有的微尘, 在微尘吸附板的吸附作 用下沉积在吸附板内。 向下脚踩踏板或用手扭动连接件克服弹簧拉力打开底盖, 使垃圾和尘土放出; 通过更换或冲洗吸附板使微尘放出。
