Abstract

본 발명은 세미 장치 및 이를 구비한 무인 자동 취사 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 내부에 수용된 쌀의 세척에 사용된 물을 외부로 배출하고 세척된 쌀을 밥솥으로 공급할 수 있도록 형성된 세척조; 상기 세척조에 수용된 쌀을 세척하기 위한 날개를 지지하고, 상기 세척조의 중심축을 축으로 회전하는 날개 지지대; 상기 세척조의 상면을 밀폐하고, 상기 세척조에 상기 쌀의 세척에 필요한 물을 공급하는 물공급관과 결합하는 덮개; 및 상기 덮개와 날개 지지대 사이에서 상기 날개 지지대와 함께 회전하고, 상기 물공급관을 통해 공급된 물을 상기 세척조의 내부 측면을 향해 분사하는 물받이;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세미 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 쌀의 세척과정에서 세척조의 내부 측면에 부착되는 찌꺼기가 상기 쌀이 세척되는 동안 지속적으로 제거되기 때문에 상기 세척조의 내부가 청결하게 유지되고 취사된 밥의 품질이 향상되는 효과가 발생한다.
