Abstract
Dans un mode de réalisation, l'invention porte sur une huile lubrifiante présentant une maîtrise des dépôts favorable. L'huile lubrifiante comprend une quantité majeure d'huile de base choisie dans le groupe constitué par le Groupe II, le Groupe III, GTL et toute combinaison de ceux-ci, un dispersant de type base de Mannich constituant au moins 0,1 et moins de 2,0 pour cent en poids de l'huile lubrifiante, un désémulsifiant comprenant un ester de polyol et un polyoxyalkylène, les désémulsifiants constituant au moins 0,002 à moins de 2,0 pour cent en poids de l'huile lubrifiante, l'huile lubrifiante ayant une valeur de lutte contre les dépôts inférieure à 60 mesurée à l'aide d'un test de boue TOST à sec à 120°C pendant 504 heures. Dans un deuxième mode de réalisation, l'invention porte sur un procédé de lutte contre les dépôts. Dans un troisième mode de réalisation, l'invention porte sur un procédé de formulation d'une huile pour améliorer la lutte contre les dépôts et les propriétés d'émulsion.
