Abstract

본 발명은 차량 내에 설치하여 차량 주행 또는 정차시 차량 내외적으로 변화되는 영상을 기록하여 차량 사고 또는 차량 테러 등에 대한 진실규명을 위한 증거자료를 확보하기 위한 차량용 영상 기록 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 본체에(built-in) 전방과 후방에 대한 영상을 취득할 수 있는 카메라를 구성하는 듀얼 카메라 본체 일체형 타입을 제공하고자 한 것으로, 본체를 간단하게 설치하여 차량의 전방영상(forward view)과 내부영상(interior view) 및 그 측면/후방영상(side view)을 수집 기록할 수 있도록 하며, 또한 본 발명은 외부 메모리 타입을 채용하여 착탈식 외부 메모리에 직접 영상을 기록할 수 있도록 함으로써, 돌발상황에서도 메모리에 기록된 영상의 보존이 용이하며 또한 사용자가 편리하게 외부 메모리를 탈착하여 개인용 컴퓨터(PC)에서 해당 영상을 확인함은 물론 필요한 영상의 보관이 손쉬운 영상기록 장치를 제공하고자 한다.
