Abstract
본 발명은 다공성 실리콘을 이용한 면역단백질 탐지용 바이오센서 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 면역단백질 탐지용 바이오센서는 전기화학적으로 식각된 다공성 실리콘의 표면을 열적 산화하고 그 표면에 아민 유도체를 유도한 후, 상기 아민 유도체 말단에 바이오물질을 인식할 수 있는 감지인식체를 고착시켜 제조된 다공성 실리콘에, 광원을 입사하고, 상기 입사한 광원의 광학적 반사를 이용하여 구현되는 것이다. 본 발명의 면역단백질 탐지용 바이오센서는 다공성 실리콘을 표면 안정화하는 동시에 면역단백질 탐지에 적합하도록 2∼50㎚ 크기를 가지는 메조포러스의 다공성 실리콘을 이용함으로써, 면역성 질환, 만성 감염증, 흡수장애 증후군의 원인이 되는 항체 IgG, 프로테인-A, 아비딘 및 스트렙토아비딘 탐지에 유용하다.
