Abstract

A presente invenção consiste na utilização e criação de material celulósico natural, sintético ou misto e correspondente processo de produção para ser utilizado simultaneamente como suporte físico e dieléctrico na criação de novos dispositivos electrónicos ou opto electrónicos de efeito de campo designado de dispositivos electrónicos de estrutura C-MOS designado interstrate em que a sua funcionalidade depende da capacidade por unidade de área do papel função de modo como se distribuem as fibras que o constituem e estas são cobertas por um semicondutor activo iónico ou covalente e caracterizado por permitir a produção de dispositivos auto sustentados flexíveis, descartáveis e baseados no novo conceito interstrate integrado, dos tipos monolíticos ou híbridos.
