Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Pinning-Elektrodenanordnung (10) für die Herstellung von Kunststoff-Folienbahnen (4, 5) durch Extrudieren aus einer Schlitzdüse (2) und Abkühlen auf einer rotierenden, gekühlten Gießwalze (3). Die Pinning-Elektrodenanordnung (10) verwendet Pinning-Bürsten (13) mit leitfähigen Borsten (13a) oder Fasern (13b) als Sprühelektroden zur Aufbringung von elektrostatischen Ladungen auf die Oberfläche der Kunststoff-Folienbahnen (4, 5) um deren Anlage an die Gießwalze (3) zu verbessern. Die Pinning-Bürsten (13) können quer über die Breite der Kunststoff-Folienbahnen (4, 5) und/oder an deren seitlichen Rändern liegen und verschieb- oder verschwenkbar angeordnet sein.
