[4] 本发明解决其技术问题所釆用的技术方案是: 一种可局部高温加热的电煎烤器 , 包括烤盘和安装在烤盘底部的电热管; 其中, 电热管弯折成至少有一处具有 密集分布结构的形状, 烤盘底部则设有对应于电热管弯折形状的嵌槽, 电热管 对应装在烤盘底部的嵌槽中, 烤盘盘面上对应于电热管的密集分布结构的位置 设为高温区域。
[5] 所述的烤盘盘面的高温区域设置在烤盘盘面的一侧部。
[6] 所述的烤盘中对应于高温区域的盘体厚度设为加厚结构。

[9] 本发明的一种可局部高温加热的电煎烤器, 是将电热管弯折成至少有一处具有 密集分布结构的形状, 对应于密集分布结构的烤盘盘面则必然成为高温区域, 这是因为该处的电热管分布较为密集, 通电后由电热管所发出的热量也较多, 传递并储存到该区域烤盘上的热量也相对于烤盘上的其它区域更多, 因而该区 域烤盘的温度也较其它区域的烤盘温度高。 电热管的密集分布结构的形状可以 有多种, 较典型的是将该处设计成波形, 由于电热管被弯折成波形, 因此, 在 波形区域中, 电热管的管体之间就靠的比较近, 相对于其它区域来说电热管的 分布就较为密集, 当然, 除了波形形状外也还有其它的形状可以用来实现电热 管的密集分布。 对于常用的能实现均匀分布的框形形状来说, 形成密集分布结 构的一种简单实现方式是将其中一个框边一体弯折成向内的凸部, 这样, 在该 区域中就会有四段电热管的管体相靠近, 相对于其它区域, 电热管就呈密集分 布结构。 对于电热管的密集分布结构的设置位置, 则取决于烤盘盘面高温区的 设置位置, 当烤盘盘面高温区需要设置在烤盘的一侧端吋, 则电热管的密集分 布结构也对应的设置在该侧端中, 依此类推。 电热管的密集分布结构可以有一 处, 也可以有多处, 这取决于烤盘设置高温区的要求, 当烤盘仅需要一个高温 区吋, 电热管就弯折成一处具有密集分布结构的形状, 当烤盘需要设置二个高 温区吋, 电热管就弯折成二处具有密集分布结构的形状, 依此类推。
[10] 本发明的一种可局部高温加热的电煎烤器, 在对电热管进行结构改进的同吋, 还可以通过将烤盘中对应于高温区域的盘体加厚, 来更好地实现对食材高温加 热的效果, 由于在该处烤盘的盘体厚度增加, 就可以更加有利于烤盘的蓄热, 使烤盘盘面的温度进一步升高。
[11] 本发明的有益效果是, 由于釆用了将安装在烤盘底部的电热管弯折成至少有一 处具有密集分布结构的形状, 同吋在对应于电热管的密集分布结构的区域将烤 盘盘体的厚度增加, 使烤盘盘面的该区域相对于其它区域形成高温区, 实现了 烤盘局部的高温功能, 从而满足了不同食材对煎烤温度的不同要求, 克服了传 统电煎烤器烤盘温度较低致使煎烤效果不好的弊端, 同吋, 具有结构简单, 操 作便捷的优点。
