Abstract

본 발명은 새로운 방식의 질량 분석 신호 증폭 기술에 관한 것이다. 더 구체적으로 본 발명에서는 i) 표적 분자와 선택적으로 결합하도록 표면을 개질한 금 입자에 표적 분자의 존부를 알고자 하는 시료를 접촉시킨 다음, ii) 상기 금 입자와 표적 분자 사이에 결합 등 상호 작용이 일어나면, 상기 금 입자에 수식된 저분자 화합물이 질량 분석 신호를 발생하되, iii) 미량으로 존재하는 표적 분자라도 상기 저분자 화합물의 질량 신호를 대규모로 발생하게 함으로써 신호의 증폭이 일어나는 새로운 방식의 검출 방법과 이를 위한 분석 시스템, 그리고 증폭용 금 입자를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 시료의 전처리 없이 원하는 물질의 신호를 특이적으로 증폭할 수 있으므로 표적 분자를 간편하고 정밀하게 측정할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
