本发明涉及一种风扇, 特别是一种塔式风扇。
在本发明之前的现有技术
电风扇是夏季人们常用的一种避暑工具,现在家庭使用的风扇一般分为 两种, 一种是轴流结构的风扇, 由电机驱动扇叶构件转动使空气流动产生凉 快感觉, 扇叶构件主要由设于轮毂上的径向叶片构成, 其结构简单, 另一种 是塔式风扇 (大厦扇), 如图 1, 2所示, 现有的塔式风扇使用贯流结构, 其 滚轮式扇叶及交流电机的体积大,生产成本高,造成产品的体积大,造价高, 运输成本昂贵,而且一旦交流电机损坏,整个产品便无法使用, 既浪费资源, 又不方便使用。
发明目的
为了克服现有技术的不足, 本发明提供一种结构简单、 生产及运输成本 低、 体积小、 功能组合多变的新型塔式风扇。
本发明所采用的技术方案
本发明的新型塔式风扇, 包括壳体及设于其内的直流风扇单元, 其特征 在于: 所述直流风扇单元包括扇叶构件及其直流驱动电机, 扇叶构件主要由 两片以上径向设于轮毂上的叶片构成。
所述直流驱动电机设于扇叶构件的轮毂上。
所述壳体内设有两个或两个以上可单独控制的直流风扇单元。
所述直流驱动电机为无刷直流电机。
所述直流风扇单元并排横向设置于壳体内, 也纵向排列于壳体内。 本发明的扇叶构件及其直流驱动电机结构简单、 生产成本低、 体积小, 直流驱动电机还具有使用寿命长, 省电的优点, 由其构成的直流风扇单元不 仅生产成及运输本低, 体积小, 耐用, 且可省电 20%〜30%。 本发明可由两 个或两个以上直流风扇单元组成, 由于每个直流风扇单元具有独立的驱动电 机, 因此可独立开关, 也可单独调节转速或调整出风的角度, 产品组合功能 多样。

实施例
如图 3、 4所示, 本发明包括壳体 1及设于其内的直流风扇单元 2, 直流 风扇单元 2并排横向设置于壳体 1内, 也可纵向排列于壳体 1内, 本发明由 两个或两个以上直流风扇单元 2构成新型塔式风扇。直流风扇单元 2由扇叶 构件 22及其直流驱动电机构成, 每个直流风扇单元均可单独调整转速及出 风角度, 也可单独运行, 即可根据需要开启任意个数的直流风扇单元, 使得 本发明具有多种功能组合。直流驱动电机为无刷直流电机, 设于扇叶构件 22 的轮毂 21上, 每个直流风扇单元 2受一独立无刷直流电机驱动, 无刷直流 电机的使用寿命可达 2万个小时以上, 因此本发明的产品使用寿命长, 且可 省电 20%〜30%。
扇叶构件 22主要由两片以上径向设于轮毂 21上的叶片构成, 叶片自轮 毂 21径向伸出, 且与轮毂 21倾斜连接, 扇叶构件 22上的叶片倾斜方向相 同, 与现有风扇扇叶具有相同结构。
本实施例并非是对本发明的限定,任何由无刷直流电机驱动的直流风扇 组成的塔式风扇均属于本发明的保护范围。

、 根据权利要求 1〜4任一权利要求所述的新型塔式风扇, 其特征在于: 所述直流风扇单元并排横向设置于壳体内。
