Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种新型塔式风扇,提供一种结构简单、体积小、生产及运输成本低、功能组合多变的塔式风扇,包括壳体及设于其内的直流风扇单元,直流风扇单元包括扇叶构件及其直流驱动电机,扇叶构件主要由两片以上径向设于轮毂上的叶片构成。本实用新型产品厚度薄,每个直流风扇结构可单独调节转速及出风角度,具有多种组合功能,实用寿命长,且可有效节约电源。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种风扇,特别是一种塔式风扇。
背景技术
电风扇是夏季人们常用的一种避暑工具,现在家庭使用的风扇一般分为两种,一种是轴流结构的风扇,由电机驱动扇叶构件转动使空气流动产生凉快感觉,扇叶构件主要由设于轮毂上的径向叶片构成,其结构简单,另一种是塔式风扇(大厦扇),如图1,2所示,现有的塔式风扇使用贯流结构,其滚轮式扇叶及交流电机的体积大,生产成本高,造成产品的体积大,造价高,运输成本昂贵,而且一旦交流电机损坏,整个产品便无法使用,既浪费资源,又不方便使用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种结构简单、生产及运输成本低、体积小、功能组合多变的新型塔式风扇。
本实用新型的新型塔式风扇,包括壳体及设于其内的直流风扇单元,其特征在于:所述直流风扇单元包括扇叶构件及其直流驱动电机,扇叶构件主要由两片以上径向设于轮毂上的叶片构成。
所述直流驱动电机设于扇叶构件的轮毂上。
所述壳体内设有两个或两个以上可单独控制的直流风扇单元。
所述直流驱动电机为无刷直流电机。
所述直流风扇单元并排横向设置于壳体内,也纵向排列于壳体内。
本实用新型的扇叶构件及其直流驱动电机结构简单、生产成本低、体积小,直流驱动电机还具有使用寿命长,省电的优点,由其构成的直流风扇单元不仅生产成及运输本低,体积小,耐用,且可省电20%~30%。本实用新型可由两个或两个以上直流风扇单元组成,由于每个直流风扇单元具有独立的驱动电机,因此可独立开关,也可单独调节转速或调整出风的角度,产品组合功能多样。

具体实施方式
如图3、4所示,本实用新型包括壳体1及设于其内的直流风扇单元2,直流风扇单元2并排横向设置于壳体1内,也可纵向排列于壳体1内,本实用新型由两个或两个以上直流风扇单元2构成新型塔式风扇。直流风扇单元2由扇叶构件22及其直流驱动电机构成,每个直流风扇单元均可单独调整转速及出风角度,也可单独运行,即可根据需要开启任意个数的直流风扇单元,使得本实用新型具有多种功能组合。直流驱动电机为无刷直流电机,设于扇叶构件22的轮毂21上,每个直流风扇单元2受一独立无刷直流电机驱动,无刷直流电机的使用寿命可达2万个小时以上,因此本实用新型的产品使用寿命长,且可省电20%~30%。
扇叶构件22主要由两片以上径向设于轮毂21上的叶片构成,叶片自轮毂21径向伸出,且与轮毂21倾斜连接,扇叶构件22上的叶片倾斜方向相同,与现有风扇扇叶具有相同结构。
本实施例并非是对本实用新型的限定,任何由无刷直流电机驱动的直流风扇组成的塔式风扇均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

1、一种新型塔式风扇,包括壳体及设于其内的直流风扇单元,其特征在于:所述直流风扇单元包括扇叶构件及其直流驱动电机,扇叶构件主要由两片以上径向设于轮毂上的叶片构成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型塔式风扇,其特征在于:所述直流驱动电机设于扇叶构件的轮毂上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的新型塔式风扇,其特征在于:所述壳体内设有两个或两个以上可单独控制的直流风扇单元。
4、根据权利要求1所述的新型塔式风扇,其特征在于:所述直流驱动电机为无刷直流电机。
5、根据权利要求1~4任一权利要求所述的新型塔式风扇,其特征在于:所述直流风扇单元并排横向设置于壳体内。
6、根据权利要求1~4任一权利要求所述的新型塔式风扇,其特征在于:所述直流风扇单元纵向排列于壳体内。
