本实用新型涉及一种五叶弧形吊扇,其特点在于包括吊扇电机、五个扇叶片,所述各扇叶片的横截面分别做成为中间高、两边低的弧形状结构;所述各扇叶片的其中一端为自由端,在自由端上设有一大圆角R1与一小圆角R2,所述大圆角R1与小圆角R2呈圆弧过渡连接,且小圆角R2的半径与大圆角R1半径的比例是7:12至9:12;所述各扇叶片的另一端为连接端,在连接端上安装有安装座,所述五个扇叶片呈环形均匀布设于吊扇电机的四周,且各扇叶片分别通过安装座与吊扇电机连接一起。本实用新型具有结构简单、设计科学、出风量大、噪音小、出风覆盖区域大等特点。

本实用新型涉及风扇技术领域,特别是一种吊扇。
背景技术
在现代社会中,吊扇大规模应用在家庭、学校、工厂等人员密集的场所中。吊扇是由电机本体与安装在电机本体上的扇叶构成。目前,应用在吊扇上的扇叶大多是由金属或木材制成的片状板体,这样结构的扇叶结构较为简单,在扇叶上并无设有任何的导风结构,至于应用了这种结构的扇叶的吊扇存在出风量小、噪音大及出风范围小的问题,不能满足用户的应用需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种五叶弧形吊扇,该吊扇具有结构简单、设计科学、出风量大、噪音小、出风覆盖区域大等优点。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种五叶弧形吊扇,其特点在于包括吊扇电机、五个扇叶片,所述各扇叶片的横截面分别做成为中间高、两边低的弧形状结构;所述各扇叶片的其中一端为自由端,在自由端上设有一大圆角R1与一小圆角R2,所述大圆角R1与小圆角R2呈圆弧过渡连接,且小圆角R2的半径与大圆角R1半径的比例是7:12至9:12;所述各扇叶片的另一端为连接端,在连接端上安装有安装座,所述五个扇叶片呈环形均匀布设于吊扇电机的四周,且各扇叶片分别通过安装座与吊扇电机连接一起。
进一步地,所述安装座上设有电机连接部与U形状的扇叶片连接部。
再进一步地,所述扇叶片由铝合金板或冷轧板或不锈钢板制成,该扇叶片的厚度H为0.6-1.2mm。
本实用新型的有益技术效果:(1)通过将各扇叶片的自由端上设有一大圆角R1与一小圆角R2设计,转动时气流是先经过小圆角R2再经过大圆角R1的,使得转动更加顺畅,而且这样的结构还令到本实用新型具有噪音小的优点。
(2)本实用新型通过将各扇叶片的横截面分别做成为中间高、两边低的弧形状结构设计;使得在应用时,吊扇电机驱动扇叶片转动过程中,扇叶片会在气流的作用下形成倾斜角度,以使气流沿着扇叶片导向下方,从而使本实用新型具有结构简单、设计科学、出风量大、出风覆盖区域大的优点。
(2)本实用新型通过采用了五个扇叶片,五个扇叶片同时转动,增加了出风量,使得本实用新型的出风效果更好。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,本实用新型所述一种五叶弧形吊扇,包括吊扇电机1、五个扇叶片2,本实施例的扇叶片2由铝合金板或冷轧板或不锈钢板制成,该扇叶片2的厚度H为0.6-1.2mm,所述各扇叶片2的横截面分别做成为中间高、两边低的弧形状结构;通过这样的设计,使吊扇电机1驱动扇叶片2转动过程中,会使扇叶片2会在气流的作用下形成倾斜角度,以使气流沿着扇叶片2导向下方,从而使本实用新型具有结构简单、设计科学、出风量大、出风覆盖区域大的优点。所述各扇叶片2的其中一端为自由端21,在自由端21上设有一大圆角R122与一小圆角R223,所述大圆角R122与小圆角R223呈圆弧过渡连接,且小圆角R223的半径与大圆角R122半径的比例是7:12至9:12;通过这样的设计,转动时气流是先经过小圆角R223再经过大圆角R122的,使得转动更加顺畅,而且这样的结构还令到本实用新型具有噪音小的优点。所述各扇叶片2的另一端为连接端24,在连接端24上安装有安装座3,所述五个扇叶片2呈环形均匀布设于吊扇电机1的四周,且各扇叶片2分别通过安装座3与吊扇电机1连接一起,本实用新型通过采用了五个扇叶片2,五个扇叶片2同时转动,增加了出风量,使得本实用新型的出风效果更好。
为了使本实用新型的安装座3的结构更加合理,如图1、图5所示,所述安装座3上设有电机连接部31与U形状的扇叶片连接部32。在实际实施时,所述安装座3的扇叶片连接部32通过螺钉或铆钉与扇叶片2的连接端24连接;相对应地,所述安装座3的电机连接部31与吊扇电机1连接。
为了使本实用新型的吊扇电机1的结构更加合理,如图1、图4所示,所述吊扇电机1包括电机转轴11、转子12、定子13、上机壳14、下机壳15,所述定子13套装在电机转轴11上,所述转子12套装在定子13上,该转子12与定子13之间设有缝隙;所述上机壳14套装在电机转轴11的上部,在上机壳14与电机转轴11之间还设有轴承16,且该上机壳14与转子12固定连接;所述下机壳15套装在电机转轴11的下部,在下机壳15与电机转轴11之间还设有轴承16,且该下机壳15与转子12固定连接;所述扇叶片2通过安装座3与上机壳14连接一起。

1.一种五叶弧形吊扇,其特征在于:包括吊扇电机、五个扇叶片,所述各扇叶片的横截面分别做成为中间高、两边低的弧形状结构;所述各扇叶片的其中一端为自由端,在自由端上设有一大圆角R1与一小圆角R2,所述大圆角R1与小圆角R2呈圆弧过渡连接,且小圆角R2的半径与大圆角R1半径的比例是7:12至9:12;所述各扇叶片的另一端为连接端,在连接端上安装有安装座,所述五个扇叶片呈环形均匀布设于吊扇电机的四周,且各扇叶片分别通过安装座与吊扇电机连接一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述五叶弧形吊扇,其特征在于:所述安装座上设有电机连接部与U形状的扇叶片连接部。
3.根据权利要求1所述五叶弧形吊扇,其特征在于:所述扇叶片由铝合金板或冷轧板或不锈钢板制成,该扇叶片的厚度H为0.6-1.2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述五叶弧形吊扇,其特征在于:所述电机本体包括电机转轴、转子、定子、上机壳、下机壳,所述定子套装在电机转轴上,所述转子套装在定子上,该转子与定子之间设有缝隙;所述上机壳套装在电机转轴的上部,在上机壳与电机转轴之间还设有轴承,且该上机壳与转子固定连接;所述下机壳套装在电机转轴的下部,在下机壳与电机转轴之间还设有轴承,且该下机壳与转子固定连接;所述扇叶片通过安装座与上机壳连接一起。
