図1(a)に示すように、太陽電池パネル2は、平面視において略矩形である。図1(b)に示すように、太陽電池パネル2は、透光性基板21と、裏面保護材23と、透光性基板21と裏面保護材23との間に配置される複数の太陽電池素子24と、太陽電池素子24を電気的に接続するインナーリード25と、太陽電池素子24を被覆する充填材22と、を備え、これらが積層されたスーパーストレート構造を有している。裏面保護材23には、端子ボックス26が取り付けられている。太陽電池素子24による光電変換により得られた電力が端子ボックス26を通じて外部に出力される。
図2(a)に示す第一フレーム3及び第二フレーム4は、例えばアルミニウム、鉄、ステンレス鋼あるいは樹脂等で形成され、例えば、押出成形等で作製される。なお、説明の都合上、図2及び以降の各図では、太陽電池パネル2の図示を省略している。
次に、第二の実施形態について、図4を用いて説明する。なお、以下の説明において、第一の実施形態と同様の機能を有する要素については同一符号を付してその説明を省略する。以下の各実施形態についても同様とする。
図5(a)に示す第一フレーム3bには、第一中空部材35bの内側部位355bの終端部から離間する位置に、略円形状の第一排水口37bが設けられている。第二フレーム4aの第二中空部材45aの内部は、断面が略矩形の第二空間46aとなっている。また、第二中空部材45bの終端部には、第二空間46aを外部に連通させる開口部49aが形成されている。
図6に示す第一フレーム3cには、第一中空部材35cの内側部位355cの終端部から離間する位置に、略円形状の第一排水口37cが設けられている。また、第一中空部材35cの底側部位357cの終端部には、第二排水口39cが設けられている。また、第二フレーム4bには、断面略矩形状の第二中空部材45bが設けられている。第二中空部材45bの終端部には、第二空間46bを外部空間に連通させる開口部49bが形成されている。
図7(a)に示す第一フレーム3dには、第一排水口37dが内側部位355dと底側部位357dとに跨って設けられている。図7(b)に示すように第一フレーム3dと第二フレーム4bとが連結された状態では、第一排出口37dは、内側部位355dにて開口する部分と開口部49bとが重複する重複部分371d(第一開口領域)を有し、該重複部分371dを介して第一空間36dと第二空間46bとが連通する。また、第一排水口37dは、底側部位357dにて開口する部分(第二開口領域)を有し、該部分を介して第一空間36dと外部空間とが連通する。
本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の範囲内で多くの修正及び変更を加えることができる。
Claims (7)
- 太陽電池パネルと、
該太陽電池パネルの第1端部に沿って取り付けられる長尺状の第一のフレームと、
前記太陽電池パネルの第2端部に沿って取り付けられる第二フレームと、を備え、
前記第一フレームは、内部に第一空間と、該第一空間に連通する第一連通孔と、を有する第一中空部材を備え、
前記第二フレームは、内部に第二空間を有する第二中空部材を備え、
前記第一中空部材の前記第一連通孔は、前記第二中空部材の前記第二空間に連通する第一開口領域と、外部空間に連通する第二開口領域と、を有する太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第一中空部材は、側面部と底部とを有し、該側面部に前記第一連通孔が設けられており、前記底部に前記第一空間と外部空間とを連通する第二連通孔が設けられている、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第一連通孔が、前記側面部から前記底部に跨って設けられている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第一フレームと前記第二フレームとをそれぞれ複数個ずつ有し、前記第一フレームと前記第二フレームが交互に連結されて構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれかの項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池パネルが、平面視において略矩形である、請求項1から4のいずれかの項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第一フレームの長手方向に直交する断面における前記第一空間の断面積は、前記第二フレームの長手方向に直交する断面における前記第二空間の断面積よりも大きい請求項1から5のいずれかの項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第一フレームが水平面に対して略平行に、前記第二フレームが水平面に対して傾斜するように、それぞれ配置される請求項1から6のいずれかの項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
